Everything about this place was perfect. Our host was very friendly and interesting. He is very versed on the "to do's on the island. The condo was clean and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay so much, we felt very comfortable and relaxed.

This property has everything you need and more. The location is fantastic and the amenities were excellent. We would definitely stay here again if we are back to Kauai !

We loved the location! 5 minute walk to the beach. The owner lives in the bottom half. He was very nice, shared a mango and avocado from his tree, and made sure we were comfortable. Parrish was the company that took care off the booking. They were very good to work with. Had a problem with the WiFi and they got right on it and took care of it. The whole experience overall was wonderful!

Perfect Kauai getaway!

We loved our stay here, great location. Walking distance to multiple beaches! We loved being able to walk in the area and a quick drive to some great restaurants. Location was great but the condo is right by where all the maintenance people are which can be a bit noisy at times in the morning however it was still a great area! Highly recommend for sure.

Lovely neighborhood

We loved this small place just a block from the water. Poipu is a great little community. The owner of the place was very kind and available for advice. He also left some mangos on our porch one day for us to enjoy. Would definitely like to stay here again - perfect for two people to relax in beautiful Kauai.

The property was lovely, they provided beach chairs which were really nice chairs, a big plus for us. It would have been good to have some condiments/salad dressing, cooking oil....that sort of thing, as well as baggies, foil, plastic wrap in the kitchen, but other than that minor thing, it was wonderful. We spent evenings out on the balcony enjoying the fresh air, very nice!

Nice studio, perfect for two

We enjoyed our stay in Studio B. It was very clean, small but perfect for two people. It is noisy in the mornings so if you like to sleep in, this is not the place for you. The loud garbage trucks come several times per week around 6:30. Short walk to the beach, nice neighborhood. Patio area was really nice.

This was a lovely 1 bedroom near Poipu beach with a small view of the ocean from the lanai! The lanai is also quite big and we were able to enjoy sunsets from it. Everything was clean and organized and the place was stocked with a lot of the basics you would need. We did have a few issues (wifi not working, bathroom sink drain not working, garbage for complex not being emptied for 2 weeks) but the team was very responsive and quick to solve them so it was almost not an issue! Parrish did send us a full lease for our stay outside of VRBO with a cancellation fee attached which is not mentioned in the listing - I feel they should update their listing here with this information as I was surprised to see a 250 fee attached when the VRBO listing showed 0. Overall we had a great stay!

Neat condo with amenities but extremely noisy

The ocean view is a bit misleading--the view is further away than how it appears in the pictures. The rest of the pictures inside the condo is quite accurate. The problem was the noise in the morning. The Parish collection office/or some other office related is next door and all the personnel or someone starts the day ~ 7---lots of noisy trucks coming and going. The walls are thin and I could hear the next condo TV with the doors closed. The bed wasn't super comfortable either. But the plus point is, it had AC which is important on some days even in December.

I enjoyed my stay. I loved the location of the property, just steps from the beach. The beach chairs and ice chest were nice to use during our adventures in Kauai. Would definitely stay here again.

Good place

Pretty well kept. The bedroom doesn’t have A/C, and no shades/blinds on most the windows in the room. You can also hear all the traffic since these “windows” are more like shutters. so if you’re a fussy sleeper like me you may have a hard time sleeping. Other than that I though it was good.

Mahalo for your review. The AC in the unit is enough to keep the whole space cool as long as you do not shut the Shoji panel door. If you do, then it will reduce the air flow. We will pass on your comment on the blackouts for the jalousie windows. Please note, there are curtains and the jalousie windows are opaque, so you do have privacy.

Great Place

Nalo Studio B was a terrific place. Nice big kitchen with dishware and cookware. Very comfortable with AC since Kauai was pretty steamy at the time. One problem was the lock on the lock box at the office was really hard to open.

Cottage delightful!

Cottage cozy and just right size for two. Being close to Brennecke Beach a plus for sure in addition to seeing the ocean at the end of the block. Nice Decor and new bathroom and kitchen. Perhaps a trade more flatware, glasses and plates or small containers for leftovers would be a useful addition. Loved it and would rent again.

My first VRBO

I didn’t know quite what to expect, and was very pleasantly surprised with this condo! The location is great - a short walk to wonderful Poipu Beach. You can easily hear the surf and that adds to the relaxation. The condo was immaculate and the furnishings very comfortable. Parking was easy and very close. The interior of this unit is dark - walls, rugs, furniture, cabinets; repainting even the ceilings would lighten it up. And at some times of day there is a lot of noise from the business next door and from garbage trucks. But I would rent this one again in a heartbeat!
