Aloha y bienvenidos a nuestro condominio recientemente remodelado en el soleado Poipu, Kauai. ¡Esta unidad privada de un dormitorio bien mantenida está a solo unos pasos de la playa!

Puede relajarse en el lanai mientras disfruta de la hermosa vista al mar. Es perfecto para parejas y genial para tu luna de miel.

El salón tiene excelentes vistas de los jardines y la piscina.

Puede escuchar las olas del océano desde el dormitorio por la noche o relajarse en el Lanai con hermosas vistas al mar. La cocina está totalmente equipada con una estufa estándar de 30 'y microondas. Nuevo televisor LCD de 40 pulgadas con canales HD para su disfrute en la sala de estar. Además, acabo de instalar un nuevo televisor de 27 pulgadas en el dormitorio. Todos los televisores tienen un reproductor Blue Ray

Hay dos playas de arena al otro lado de la calle. Nadar con las tortugas marinas y observar las ballenas y las focas monje se encuentra a menos de 100 pies del condominio. O bien, puede relajarse en la piscina rodeada de jardines tropicales mientras escucha los sonidos de la cascada cercana. El área de barbacoa está disponible para que disfrute con mesas de picnic.

Hay una variedad de restaurantes sobresalientes en el área de Poipu. Las tiendas están a solo unos minutos en Old Koloa Town o Poipu Shopping Village. No se olvide de visitar Spouting Horn y el Jardín Botánico a poca distancia. A solo unos minutos se encuentra el golf, el tenis y la equitación. En el puerto de Kukuiula hay inmersiones en mar abierto, recorridos por el océano, navegación y pesca deportiva.

Great Location

The view was great of the oven and loved spending time on the deck for breakfast and dinner. Close to beaches and restaurants. Kitchen had double of everything. Bed was comfortable. Pool area was peaceful for just seating and reading a book. The office had a scale so we could weigh our bags.

The kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals. The washer and dryer and a/c all worked perfectly. And the bed was comfortable. The only downside is having to go to the rental office to pick up and drop off keys.

Fantastic Condo and Location

The condo is fantastically stocked. There were coffee filters and other things needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with pans, tons of beach items and coolers. Also really liked having our own washer and dryer in the unit. The pool and location is awesome.

Great home base for anniversary island adventure

Had a very memorable stay at our Prince Kuhio condo. Comfortable amenities, and it was pleasant to see all of the included items in the unit: especially the Tommy Bahamas beach chairs and umbrella and the boogie boards. So nice! Really enjoyed going home to it each night, and waking up to roosters crowing each morning. Thank you!

We did not have hot water the last three days. Other than that, our stay was great and the house was well furnished with beach equipment including chairs, coolers and umbrellas. I especially liked all of the containers to store food. The location is unbelievable.

Beautiful condo great location

Enjoyed our stay. It was exactly as the pictures showed in the listing. Enjoyed eating breakfast on the lanai while watching the sun rise over a mountain to my left and the waves from the ocean to my right. Sunset was a very short walk to the beach. Perfect location to travel around the south and west side of the island.

Enjoyed our stay

This unit was a good value. Everything was as represented. We liked that 1) AC, 2) Parking structure, 3) Sun blinds on both ends, 4) Wash/Dry in unit. The local property management team was very proactive in communication. I forgot to display the parking pass one evening and received a courtesy note the next morning. I liked that someone was paying attention as the parking is very limited in this area. Did not take advantage of the commons but it appeared very well maintained. Thanks!

Great stay

Beautiful complex and condo. Condo was equipt anticipating all needs. Host's personal artwork was displayed throughout, a great adddition to beautifful decor. Close to all south shore destinations and the airport. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

Only downside is having to stop by Management office in Luhie upon arrival after a long day of travel and especially when you're trying to make your flight as you depart the island. Wish they could jump into the 21st century and put a coded keypad. Or at least let you leave keys in the unit when you leave. Other than that, it was great. I'd stay again.

Anniversary getaway

This property was perfect! The front and back views are fantastic. The beach is just across the street and was great for snorkeling. The kitchen was nicely stocked and the bbq area was great. The pool was clean and quiet.

Lovely art, a well stocked kitchen, beach gear, and a very comfortable bed meet you each visit. The view of the sunrise, park, and the ocean from the lanai (balcony) is a wonderful experience and gives us a sense of serenity. Do yourself a favor, book PK213. If you see days available on the calendar book then as quickly as you can, or someone else will. We have stayed in this unit at least six times. Aloha!

The condo was very clean, extremely well stocked with everything needed and more! We enjoyed listening to the waves at night and the 'parakeet show' at sunset and sunrise was awesome! Grounds were very well kept as well, and we enjoyed a dip in the pool at the end of the day before heading across the street for sunset. We will definitely return!

Lovely Spacious Condo!!

Was great to have use of beach chairs and umbrellas and a big plus to have washer/dryer in the unit. I wouldn't hesitate to rent again if available. The lanai is not private at all, so wasn't able to use much, but that is not a deal breaker for us. So nice to back onto a park instead of other condos. Would recommend
