¡No podríamos estar más felices de tener esta propiedad en nuestro programa de alquiler! La cocina cuenta con encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y una lavadora / secadora de carga frontal. El dormitorio principal tiene vestidor, acceso al porche, un televisor de pantalla plana y una cama king. El baño principal tiene una bañera de hidromasaje y suelos de mármol con calefacción. El segundo dormitorio tiene cama king size, TV de pantalla plana y el baño tiene una combinación de ducha y bañera. El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama queen, un televisor de pantalla plana y el baño tiene una combinación de ducha y bañera. El cuarto dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales y el baño tiene una ducha independiente. Esta unidad de ático cuenta con un gran porche con amplias vistas del Océano Atlántico y la Isla Jekyll. Esta unidad realmente tiene todo lo que necesita para unas vacaciones relajantes en la playa. El porche es accesible desde la sala de estar, el comedor y el dormitorio principal. Esta unidad se encuentra en el quinto piso de un complejo y tiene un elevador de estilo comercial para facilitar el acceso a la unidad. Vistas al mar también ofrece una piscina de agua salada! Better views than expected; not my choice for property manager

The photos of the living space don’t do the property justice - the views are better than pictured and the space is very large and easily accommodated our group of six adults and two children. The property - including the wrap around patio - was impressively spacious. Also the property’s kitchen had everything you could possibly need and then some. The property was clean minus a few funky things... range hood was kinda grimy. When I turned on the jets for the spa tub in the master it pushed out lots of grime and mold or some kind of funk. Jets need to be cleaned thoroughly before anyone uses it. Also - ice maker still not working. Important - before booking be sure to read the fine print. We were concerned about the contract on this property (allows for showings if needed during your stay, doesn’t provide remediation if there is a utility issue and some other weird things). Frustrating part is that when we contacted agent she wasn’t interested in discussing anything. She was short and basically said their way or the highway. They got their way and it all worked out fine but the contract is a bit much and the property manager wasn’t my favorite. Location of this property was awesome. A block from the beach with beautiful views. Nice walk to pier and the quaint beach shops as well as the lighthouse and Neptune Park.

Amazing condo in perfect location!

Great location, nice property

The condo was very clean and looked just like the photos. The location was great - right across from a beach access point and a quick walk to the village and several good restaurants. Nicely furnished and well-equipped with the exception of towels - there was only one bath towel per person.. Plenty of room and privacy for 8 adults or two couples with kids.. Would definitely rent this property again.

Very Large, Great Location

Beautiful large beach condo, second row, walking distance to restaurants, shops, pier and lighthouse! Well stocked kitchen for cooking in. Very clean. Had elevator and carts for easy transporting. Pool is small but we were only family there. Negatives are need for new and more bath towel sets and kitchen towels, there is no grill and no chairs or umbrella for beach. We had a great time there and would definitely rent again.

The perfect condo!

This was one of our favorite condos yeah! The location to beach and village are amongst the best on the island. The property owners thought of everything! The kitchen and bar were well equipped with any tool or cookware you could possibly think of for cooking in a high-quality meal. The beds and furniture are high-quality and very comfortable. The layout was great! We will definitely stay here again!

Favorite St Simons Location!

Siple vacation

Condo is great! It is very spacious, especially the porch and living area. We very much like that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The location is really good, only a short walk to the beach and the village. The only negative is the small size of the pool.

Second Stay -- Always Great!
