Condominio recientemente renovado (diciembre de 2018) con impresionantes puestas de sol del Golfo de México desde Indian Rocks Beach, ubicado en el tercer piso (¡de un condominio de tres pisos!) El condominio se enfrenta a las aguas interiores para observar cómo pasan los delfines y los botes mientras disfruta de su café por la mañana o de vino por la tarde.

Propiedad frente al mar, a pasos del agua del océano. Recientemente renovado (2018), el condominio de un dormitorio (1 reina y 1 cama doble con sofá cama extraíble) en Indian Rocks (Gulfside), cruza la calle hasta el restaurante Crabby Bills. El equipo de condominios acaba de invertir más de 100k en la nueva plataforma de la piscina (pavimentadoras, cubiertas y barandas) en diciembre de 2018.

Alex was a great host! He was very communicative and answered all of my questions promptly. The place was great! We used the kitchen quite a bit and it was very comfortable. I am obsessed with the double shower head! It is a great location within walking distance to so may restaurants, shops, etc. The people in the building were friendly, helpful and courteous. If I was to book a trip again, I would most definitely book this location again.

Amazing property!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We were within walking distance to many great restaurants and shops. We especially loved being right on the beach. My husband, myself, our 5 yr old daughter and 13 yr old son fit comfortably in the unit. Alex was a wonderful host, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect, quiet spot on the beach. We had a Great stay!! I wish each room had their own individual washer/dryer but we were lucky this time because our room was next door to the laundry room!!!!!! The condo is in a great area.

Great Location

We really liked the location of the property. Everyone we encountered at the condo unit was very nice. The only negative was the beds in this condo. If you need a bed with support and comfort this is the one thing this condo lacked.

What a Beautiful Beach!

This is my first time at 50 Gulfside at Indian Rocks Beach! It was all that was promised and then some. The little things like beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys make for a nice experience on the beach! The pool was heated and oh so nice on a cool, windy day. I loved it! The spacious condo was very relaxing!

Great Host

I never write reviews but thought I should based on the excellent service we received. The host really cares and wants his guests to be completely satisfied. He is very responsive and available if you have any issues (we did not). Also have an office in the building if you need anything. Great location and great price. Pool is a bonus.

Perfect Stay

The weather was warm and dry, the beach had nice clean sand. The pool was clean and refreshing although with this summers heat it was a little too warm but enjoyable. The premise was clean and comfortable. All appliances were in perfect working condition. The porch faced a waterway where you could see boats traveling by. The room faces north where is not having the sun constantly blaring down.

Less than 50 steps to the ocean!

The pool deck is super close to the beach/ocean! Property is older but well maintained! Only downsides were the condo door requires a key, which is difficult to maneuver when carrying all your beach gear; the beds were soft and the check in process after hours was a huge hassle! I would go back, but be sure to arrive during office hours.

Updated and clean

Our third stay at Fifty Gulfside and this unit is definitely the best we've stayed in. Updates are very well done. Loved the huge double vanity. We didn't use the kitchen as were with family and cooked in their unit but it seemed very well outfitted to do so. Communication with Alex was excellent. Will look for availability in this unit first for our next visit!!

Short Stay

The picture or representation of the property is a misleading since the property is old. We had to leave early for personal reasons but would have most likely checked out early anyway. The unit was very clean but we couldn't get the shower to work which was disappointing. I might also add that the owner was responsive and tried to make our stay enjoyable.

Thanks Mike for your review. I'm sorry to hear you think the representation of the property was misleading. All video and images were taken in the past year, and our unit was renovated at the end of 2020. I'm glad you enjoyed the cleanliness of the unit as that is one of our main priorities to follow high cleaning protocol. That's unfortunate you had to leave early and couldn't get the shower to work. The instructions for the two shower handles are in the house manual, and we also typically email that information with the check-in instructions (for future reference). We enjoyed our stay for the most part! We just thought we were getting an ocean view but it wasn’t. We also had trouble with both TVS turning on and staying on. The bedroom was also really warm even with the air on and ceiling fan on.

Room was fairly clean and staff were great, however room number 306 is lacking a little being maintained, entry doorway slide lock was broken and door jamb has been broken, balcony doors do not lock and latches need tightened and replaced. Had to scoot couch due to toddler dropping remote and it hasn’t been cleaned under for sometime. Could use new mattresses on bed and a new ceiling fan in living room, it constantly clicks when turned on. Overall great stay and had a great family vacation

Exceeded Expectations

This was my first time planning a “stay-cation” with any traveling app, so I was apprehensive about the pictures not accurately portraying the property. To my surprise they didn’t, only bc Alex’s property was way more beautiful & enjoyable than any app or pictures were able to describe. The little things such as beach chairs, an umbrella, sand & water toys for the kids, & a swinging bench on the balcony, made every moment enjoyable. The beach itself was the most perfect Florida beach for younger kids & adults alike. White sands, & crystal clear water, (:with a sandbar further out for adults:), alongside Alex’s hospitality, made Gulfside at Indian Rocks Beach a perfect hidden gem that I will revisit Every year! Thank You Alex!!! Please note: I’ve lived on the Florida east coast for 38 years, so I know a good beach when I find one!

First of all... property owner, Alex, checked on us to make sure everything was good or if we needed anything throughout our stay. He gave us his personal cell number so we could reach him at anytime. His condo was perfect! It was beautiful, spacious and clean! Everything you needed was available. This unit was on the 3rd floor and its right next to the elevator. Washer and dryer was right by the unit as well. Which we liked. We didnt hear any noise coming from the elevator or the laundry room. We thought the unit was in a perfect location. I am very picky person. I can definitely say that you would be happy! I recommend this unit!! This unit is on the beach! Beautiful clear water!! Hopefully it will be available when its time for us to visit Indian Rocks again!! Thank you Alex!!!! **Check in process has nothing to do with the owner of the unit. I gave 4 star because the lady (one sitting on the left) at the front office was not pleasant. Great location right on the beach

We were very satisfied with this property. The condo is nicely updated and the kitchen is well stocked. You are just a quick elevator ride and a few steps and you are on the beach. The building is walking distance to several restaurants and other amenities. Communication with the owner Alex was perfect and the on property staff was very helpful. Can’t wait to visit again.

great escape

We really enjoyed our stay. The beach is so close...love walking to the beach in just a few steps. Grandchildren came to stay a few days and there was plenty for them to do. The heated pool was a plus in October. Room had everything we needed and washer and dryer were just next door. Elevator was no problem and check in and out were very quick. Alex responded quickly with any inquiries. We had a lovely week.

Hi, first of all, thanks for renting out the condo! I hope your stay is fantastic and you enjoy it as much as I do. My name is Alex and here's just enough about me. I'm married and had my first child in September 2017. We bought the place for a beach vacation spot for my father in law to spend more time with us, meaning family is very important. So is your stay in our home away from home. We hope you feel like it's your home away from home as well. I absolutely love to just and watch the boats go by as does my daughter.
Three words to describe my style, happy, fun, and "open for feedback". Well ,that was six words, but you catch my drift. I'm interested in always making updates to the unit and am interested in your opinion.

It's a perfect vacation spot for families, couples who want a low-key setting with nice live bands within walking distance. My wife and I love Clearwater Beach, but this offers a much better lifestyle for our kids to share with others.

The condo has a great deck, open chairs, right on the gulfside, and a recently renovated pool that my wife had as a must have. The setting is great for families or couples on a romantic getaway.
