The house was great, and the property management group responded quickly to any questions or needs. The house was well stocked with all kitchen appliances and tools. Close access to the beach or a quick golf cart ride to seaside or Alys beach (as long as you charge it overnight). Highly recommend and would stay here again!

wonderful spring break

The house is beautiful, and the location is perfect. The only thing that would make this any better would be beach access. Any questions we had were quickly answered by the host. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay, great location, great rental

This rental was great! Our family of four found the house to be incredibly clean, furniture and decor to be great and community pool even better. We did have an issue with the golf cart running out of power, but the management staff was very kind, helpful, and assured us they would remedy the problem. Thank you for a great stay.

Lovely stay.

Great place to stay. Everything was very clean. Would definitely recommend to try it. I think they dp need another pool for that many townhouses. Pool was very crowded one of the days we stayed. Still had fun and it's absolutely Beautiful.

Great stay on 30A

We really enjoyed our time at this property. Having the golf cart to help my elder parents get around really helped. There was plenty of room for the six of us. The beach was a close bike/golf cart ride away and spending several evening at the HUB right across the street was a nice way to end a few days. My only suggestion would be to leave more dishwashing detergent and possibly some beach towels. Looking forward to visiting again!

Our first stay in 30 A

We loved our stay ! The place was very pretty , comfy and great location . The neighbors next door were very friendly . The only negative comment was the fan in the master needed to be dusted , the windshield wipers didn’t work on the golf cart and the brakes were squeaky. We enjoyed dinner at the fish house and across the street at the Hub . The pool was very nice . The deer lake beach access very pretty . We also used beach chair service at Walton dunes that was nice beach access . Thank you for a great stay

September perfect weather week

This place was very nice inside, beds were comfortable. Air conditioner worked great..very cold which we like! Beds were comfortable..bunk beds were full size so two teens fit on one bed. The golf cart was fun. Easy to drive, only goes 25 mph. We took it on the main 30a road, but I would only suggest that for during the day as some cars don’t like following behind you when they are driving 40-45 mph. We took it to the more public beach area about 4 miles down to Santa Clara beach. I think there are couple closer beach entrances but you can’t park at those. Water was beautiful and had a lifeguard station there and bathrooms. We also liked the closeness of seaside which has some cute shops and food trucks there to eat at. That was only 15 min away from the house. PCB was the other direction, great shopping there, has everything..but highlight, Ron Jon’s surf shop. Rosemary beach 10 min from this house too..ice cream shop fun to go to that way. So this is a good central location..to get to all the fun spots. Not on the beach but has a big pool area and as I said not too far to get to any beach.

Beautiful area and great stay!

The house was just as pictured and the location being so close to the The Hub was awesome! Everything we needed was a golf cart ride away. The house was beautiful - our only complaint was that the floors need to be mopped better as the bottom of our feet were black if we were to go barefoot. The beds were nice, having access to laundry was so helpful (make sure to buy a small bottle of laundry detergent, trash bags, paper towels...etc as they only provide you with 2). The pool was super close and gorgeous, the golf cart was fun, and my 6 year old was excited to see a scooter and sand toys in the garage to play with. Public beach access was farther than expected but several locations were within golf cart driving distance but not walking distance. Overall a great stay and really neat area! We will visit again!

Nice location across from the Hub, spacious residence, was pretty nice

The property setup was slightly different than what I had assumed based on photos. It’s three separate units instead of two. Parking is much smaller than the picture shows. The golf cart wasn’t near as nice as the picture led me to believe. It seriously needs some maintenance. You could hear the front right tire squeaking from a mile away! The house was adequately clean when we arrived. However, it appeared it hadn’t been dusted in quite some time by the looks of the overhanging island lights. It was 75% degrees with a 67% humidity level In the home when we arrived, which made the WHOLE home stink of rotten seafood that we discovered the next day in the garbage can in the garage. The garage, of course, smelled to the point that I gagged profusely every time I had to go in it. So, I put the the trash can out a day earlier than the rules permitted. Which, of course, led the neighborhood “Karen” to “covertly” snap pictures of our can out a day early, rather than inquire as to why. The pool was very nice. There was one particular red-headed female worker there who was the nicest person I came across during my stay! It wasn’t as family-oriented a neighborhood as I had assumed it would be. There were a lot of reckless kids being allowed to speed golf carts through the neighborhood, drunk couples driving around from The Hub, and few friendly people. We enjoyed our stay for the most part, but we probably won’t return to that area in the future. Too many “Karens” and “Richards”, which took away from the happy, fun, family vacation we had intended.

This property was perfectly central to all parts of south Walton beach areas. 5 stars

We very much enjoyed staying at 64-B! I’d definitely rent there again. I do have a few suggestions... Maybe add memory foam toppers to the mattresses (they were a bit hard) A box of tissues would be great A basket of blankets Tell renters to bring trash bags, 2 provided were not enough and more dishwasher detergent.
