Beautiful Condo in Private Marina

Very clean, well appointed condo in an upscale marina with a fantastic pool and located in a quiet, easy to access area. Our stay was wonderful and met our expectations fully, but it should be noted that there is no beach access on the property or within walking distance. Also this particular unit does not have a sea view or pool view but it is not advertised as having either so it is only worth noting as a consideration in your search. The view is mostly of a garden/pathway area that is quiet. Overall, it is exactly as described and we would stay again for sure!

Amazing stay at Marlin Bay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was by far one of our best experiences. We have rented many high-end homes and #3826 is in our top 3 list. The home was very clean, well maintained and had all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed spending time relaxing by the pool, playing games in the club house and watching the amazing sunsets. A few of the best restaurants in Marathon are within walking distance. We highly recommend trying a Lobster Reuben & Key Lime pie from Keys Fisheries and Florida Keys Steak & Lobster House for dinner. Plenty of room for fishing gear and paddleboards in the garage. Lastly the staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

The house is fully equipped, spacious, and beautiful. Perfect location for a quick dip in the pool or walking to the marina for a day of boating. We enjoyed a short walk to dinner at the Florida Keys Steak and Lobster House (delicious) and to the Keys Fisheries for fresh fish that we cooked at home! The gorgeous resort with lush landscaping makes for the perfect getaway!

Wonderful

The house was great, very modern, clean and beautiful. It’s on 3 levels. The bottom floor has the garage and a nice bedroom with a separate full bath with shower. ( the only negative comment is that bedroom was warm at night). The second floor had a large kitchen, dining room and living room. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and cookware. The third floor had a wonderful main suite with a large bathroom with large tub and shower and doubly vanity. And a walk-in closet with a small refrigerator and separate sink. The property is part of a resort with a nice pool and spa and a marina. There was a bar at the pool for drinks. We are breakfast and lunch in the house and generally went out for dinner. Very good food particularly at The Hideaway, Frank’s and the Steak and Lobster House. It was our first family trip with our now adult children and significant others and we had a wonderful time.

Luxurious Relaxation with prime location

Communication with the company was easy and they were very knowledgeable. The residence was well equipped spacious and CLEAN, again LUXURIOUS is how I would describe this resort. Beautiful landscaping, decor from appliances to furniture! The kitchen was my favorite- although we ate at local restaurants: Castaways (sushi and manatee siting, key west steak and lobster house), we tried to use the kitchen a couple nights! We even bought seafood and lobsters from next doors keys fisheries and grilled steaks at the marina! Location was perfect, we rented a boat and enjoyed both boat and pool every day! The marina was prime location to 7 mile bridge and around to Vaca Cut where tarpon were consistently feeding at the aquarium. We took the boat to sombrero reef each day as well for my family to snorkel. I cannot wait to go back and look forward to booking again!!!

Perfectly relaxing

Our stay was very enjoyable and relaxing. The unit was spacious and perfect for our two families. Everyone enjoyed the pool, games, and kayaks. There were great food options within walking distance. We visited the aquarium, Bahia beach for a hike and snorkeling, and spent a day in Key West. We also really loved a fishing charter.... everyone caught several fish! We would definitely recommend this location!

Unfortunately with the current COVID situation, some of the amenities were not available, but the house and rest of the resort were beautiful! The concierge was excellent from pre-arrival communication, efficient contact-less check in and outstanding response to anything we needed during our stay. The house was gorgeous and completely outfitted. We would highly recommend this place, except that we don't want the secret to get out! :)

A Wonderful Slice of Heaven 2020

There was not one thing we couldn’t have asked for – the kitchen was nicely laid out and had everything you would need to entertain family and guest. The linens were beautiful and most important – the BEDS were AWESOME! BEST SLEEP EVER!!! We traveled with another couple and we both are looking into the purchasing the Wellsville Bed (Yes, we lifted up the mattress to find the manufacturer!!). We slept the best and that’s not typical when traveling. This same luxury was the same throughout the resort, pool area and grounds. The staff was extremely helpful and eager to make sure our stay was perfect. We offered only one suggestion – to perhaps looking into adding additional air conditioning vents on the lower level (bedroom downstairs was warm) given how comfortable the 2nd and 3rd floors were perfectly vented.

A Place with a View 2020

What an amazing resort!!! We 100% enjoyed our stay from beginning to end. Our villa was just beautiful and looked as if no one had ever stayed there before. There was not one thing we couldn’t have asked for – the kitchen was nicely laid out and had everything you would need to entertain family and guest. The linens were beautiful and most important – the bedding was amazing - best sleep ever!!! We traveled with another couple and both are looking into the purchasing the Wellsville mattress. This same luxury was the same throughout the resort, pool area and grounds. The staff was extremely helpful and eager to make sure our stay was perfect.

Family weekend

Our trip to Marlin Bay Resort was amazing. The property is gorgeous, the staff is so friendly and accommodating, the location is great for walking to restaurants. The house was so beautifully decorated and the finishes were outstanding, there's so much space, and an elevator too which made it easier to get luggage in. The resort is fairly new so it was quiet, which was awesome, felt like we had the place to ourselves. The resort pool gets a lot of great sun through the day and the chairs and umbrellas were great for relaxing. We were so impressed by Marlin Bay and can't wait for an opportunity to return!
