This fabulous 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home was designed and built for comfort and style with extra attention given to each and every detail. This property is warm and inviting and located in the desirable neighborhood of Sombrero Beach.

This home is perfectly positioned on the property to maximize full use of the grounds, providing ample parking in the front, while creating an abundant outdoor living space in the back.

- Maximum Occupancy: 8 guest (includes adults and children of any age)

(*children of any age, including infants, count toward occupancy)

- No day guests or visitors allowed above the max advertised occupancy.

We have a strict 90-day cancellation policy. There are no cancellations, switching of homes or changing of dates within 90 days of the arrival date. The following fees are nonrefundable for reservations cancelled within 90 days of arrival: security deposit, reservation fee, processing fee, and any partial rental payments.

All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.

Beautiful property. We loved having each bedroom have their own bathroom. It was also very nice that the property management company called to see if we had any maintenance issues. Only suggestions we have is to put a ceiling fans down by the grill or screen in the deck area so people can enjoy being outside in the evening and not have to deal with the no see ums.

Family Graduation Trip

We LOVED this home on the water in Marathon. it is a quiet neighborhood that has water on one side and a golfcourse on the other. The ammenities were perfect and in great condition. We had an issue with the kitchen sink and a plumber was there within a couple hours. Great service! We had a BLAST and the house made all the difference.

Beautiful and well maintained home!

Everything about the home was perfect for our family. Just as pictured and had everything we needed. Pool was beautiful and we appreciated the suggestion of getting it heated! Location was great and close to everything with an enjoyable ride through the canals on our boat to get to the ocean or the gulf. We will definitely stay at this home again! Our only suggestion for improvements would be replacing a couple of the mattresses, but other than that, a perfect two week stay!

Wonderful House

We had a great time at the property. The pool was heated, which was a plus. Great views of the canal and comfortable beds. The only downside was the ant issue in the kitchen, but it was limited to the area near the sink.

Perfect stay for 4 friends

The house was perfect for 4 co-workers vacationing together. The layout with 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom allowed each of us to have privacy. The kitchen is very well-stocked, truly one of the best I have stayed at. It's a short drive to Sombrero Beach, grocery store, and pharmacy. We are very happy we paid extra for the pool heat, as our last few days were very chilly for the Florida Keys! Overall, an excellent home with everything you need. I highly recommend it.

What a Spot!

We LOVED this home! Everything was spotless, looked new - just as pictured. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook. Each room had a bathroom and a TV. We were vacationing with our two little kids and the pool was perfect for them and we spent every minute out there enjoying the beautiful outdoors space. This is our 4th time renting in Marathon and this house was by far our favorite.

Perfect for our needs

We have been vacationing in Marathon for years and years. This house if our favorite. The 4bedrooms all with king beds and all with own bathrooms for perfect. We enjoyed fishing off the dock most nights, we had kayaks delivered and paddled around from our dock into the canals. Open kitchen living room made visiting cooking enjoyable. Management company is exceptional. See you next year

Perfect stay for family/friends

This place was just perfect!! Everything you need is in the house and a great location for your Florida keys stay. Close from grocery stores, Walgreens, and great restaurants!!We requested to have the pool heated and used it everyday. The only thing was we got bit by no-see-ums. I guess you can’t control that. But other than those buggers, no complaints at all. They sent us reminder emails for garbage pick up days during our stay, connecting with us before our arrival, and answered any questions with very fast responses. We would definitely book this place again!!

Great Layout and Location

We (my husband and I traveled with 3 other couples) Loved the location and the layout. We appreciated having our own bathrooms. Location is great super convenient to go to Key West for the day, the beach, grocery stores. We enjoyed the pool. We paid for heat. The pump did go out in our pool for a day, but was replaced quickly even with the holidays.Beds seem to be at replacement ageMost of our party woke up with pretty sore backsBe prepared to provideYour own toilet paper and paper towelsHand Soap for our bathroom and kitchenOther soaps for dishwasher and laundryThey do provide you a starter pack of one roll of toilet paper one roll of paper towels, and two laundry detergent to start laundry of bedding before you leave.

Marathon 2024

The property had for almost equally size bedrooms with king size beds and bathrooms that were attached to each room, in addition to a half bath in the main area the home was very clean. The house would sleep 10. It had ample amount of Household items for cooking. We love the convenience of having a washer and dryer unit in the home. The home is beautifully landscaped and came with a modest size pool that was enjoyable for our group of five. More of a soaking kind of pool since it was only 4 feet deep. I would say the sun chairs were not the most comfortable for lounging by the pool since the chairs were actually designed to be in the pool loungers for a zero entry type pool so having them on the pool deck on the ground was a little challenging. The house was situated about a mile from the sombrero beach. It would’ve been nice to have beach chairs available. Unfortunately there was only one they did however have a couple umbrellas for the beach. We definitely enjoyed having those to take along with us. Keep in mind it does cost, about $6 an hour to park at the beach so walking there or having someone drop you off at the beach is probably a better option. The kids really enjoyed being able to hang out at the beach and snorkel. The house is located next to the Publix, Winn-Dixie and Many restaurants. It’s very close to the Crane point hammock where we were able to enjoy some kayaking for about $60/day. Also only one blow dryer available. So bring yours along with you:)

Very nice and clean, all bedrooms had king beds as well as bathroom in the room.

Very nice place, Google was not accurate but we found. Very well stocked kitchen, very short on TP and garbage bags. No hand soaps at any sinks.

Excellent and the perfect home!

Our family of 8 adults rented this home last week. The home is perfect! Yes I mean perfect! Hime has 4 beds and baths, pool, fishing, and most of outdoor space. There is plenty of space inside and out for everyone! We rented Kayaks and had them delivered to the home. What a blast! In addition the pool was heated and home was well stocked! We walked to an outdoor lunch/dinner place to enjoy food and live music. Restaurants, shopping, golf, fishing and the beach were very close. This is is a great find and the management of this home is impeccable!

Winter Break December 2021

The photos could not be more accurate. The house was ideally located in area where morning and nightly walks were possible. The house was fully stocked and even had fun inflatable rafts for the kids . The kitchen had all of necessities for cooking at home or grilling on the patio . Make sure you find the light switch for pool, the kids loved the various colors. I would highly recommend this house plus it was about a 7 or 8 minute drive to the beach and 10 minutes to the outdoor aquarium or dolphin reserve ... great vacay ... just make sure you have bug spray for the no see um bugs, caught us by surprise as the sun was setting .. enjoy the beach chair and sand toys we left behind... Good times in Marathon
