3313 Central comparte un camino de entrada con una propiedad frente al mar y tiene las mismas excelentes vistas al océano que frente a la playa, pero es la mitad del precio. Sin calles para cruzar, estás literalmente a unos pasos de la playa (a unos 30 pies). Hay una terraza en la azotea con vistas panorámicas de Ocean City y la vecina Atlantic City y Sea Isle. Este condominio es ideal para aquellos que desean todas las ventajas de una playa, que desean permanecer en una zona tranquila de Ocean City (a unas 10 cuadras del paseo marítimo), pero no quieren pagar $ 8000 por una semana de vacaciones.

This rental was awful. This must have been a rental for many years without any or very little renovations done. From the exterior to the interior, this place has been left go for awhile. The photos in our listed posting didn't even match to what was there. Mouse traps in the kitchen cabinets, worn out mattresses, large weeds and bush cover the entire front of the building. Exhaust fan in bathroom doesn’t work, furniture is worn out, ice maker drops ice on the floor and then melts all over. I could go on and on, but I would stay away from this rental as there are many other beautiful properties in Ocean City to stay at.

Pros: location and you can have your dog. Cons: arrived to find the floors to the entire unit not cleaned. Dishwasher broken and full of dirty dishes/cutlery. Called owner who sent housekeeper. She emptied dishwasher and washed cutlery. Took dirty dishes and returned them Monday morning. Also brought new cookware and told me dishwasher would be here Tues or Wed. It was delivered to property but not installed while we were there.Broken ice maker, hall bath door handle, broken kitchen cabinet door. Old food splatter through kit and some bedrooms. Lots of curbside pickup furniture. I’ve been renting in OC for 45 years. This was a first.

Check in and check out was seamless! You just can’t beat the location and the ability to bring kids and dogs!If you cook a lot in the house I’d plan to bring some supplies. But the kitchen was stocked with all the necessities.

Lots of issues

There were many issues with this place1. Through the app, I reached out to the property owner 5 times with no responses. I had to call VRBO directly to have them get in touch with me. 2. When we got there, someone was staying in our rental. Because there are no numbers on the units they thought they were in the right one. Originally they wanted us to move into the lower unit on the last day of our stay. I said this was not acceptable so they were able to accommodate us in that regard. They also tried to make up for the fiasco by offering us a late checkout 3. They provided 2 keys, only one was to the unit we rented. 4. We found hair balls in the house, could have been cleanerThis stay would have been better if we had an open line of communication with the owner of the unit.

Almost Five Star

The rental itself was just as described. We enjoyed the cleanliness and close proximity to the ocean and restaurants. Communication w owner was prompt. The only reason we didn’t give this rental five stars is the master bedroom has a very firm mattress almost hard. Great for a night or two but we definitely could not stay an enitre week not w the mattress they have. Maybe others like the extreme firmness of their mattress but we prefer our mattress to be more middle of the road at the very least. Not a detractor if you like firm mattresses. Overall we would recommend the property. For us we would probably not rent it again but only because we couldn’t sleep properly but if the owner were to change or upgrade the mattress we would not only rent it but would change it to five stars the next time we stay there.

Worked for our purposes.

We were in town for just 1 night for my mother-in-law's birthday. This is the first time I've stayed at a VRBO where we had to bring sheets, blankets, towels and pillows. However, there was no toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap (or any other amenities like shampoo/conditioner etc.) but fortunately there is an ACME just a few blocks away. I'm giving the 4 stars because of the view/sound of the ocean across the street, and that we could bring our small dog with us. Also, owner let us check in early and check out late, which was great since we were only there one night.

Nice Place

Overall we had a great vacation. Property decent size and in a great location. The floors were dirty and I had to mop them. Communication was limited prior to rental but was good during and he did everything he could to make our stay enjoyable. Overall 4 out of 5. You can’t beat the price, location and ability to bring pets.

July 4th week

Pros: The house is in a great location and it is a great space. Cons: Check in was at 4pm but the cleaners did not leave until 4:30pm . We wish there would have been a vacuum in the house. We had to clean the washer and dryer prior to using them. The shower curtain liner had mildew all over it and had to be removed. Most of the window blinds did not work properly. The house was very dusty. The water filter on the refrigerator needed to be replaced. The return air filter was caked with dust.

Dog friendly property

We had plenty of space for us and our dog. And it was nice sitting on the deck where you could see the ocean past the house in front of us. We cooked in every night so I wish they had more kitchen supplies. That was lacking.

3313 First Floor, OC, NJ

The outside was not very pleasing (overgrown yard, and siding needs a power wash). Inside was clean and large and had everything we needed. The breeze on the deck made it very nice to sit there. Overall, it was a good rental unit and we enjoyed our stay

Location Location Location

Although not in the heart of downtown Ocean City, my family and I really appreciated the location. In a quieter area south of the boardwalk, we were a 5 min walk away from our fav burger spot, multiple ice cream joints, WAWA, and other eateries. The boardwalk itself was a very short drive and free parking was available with a little effort. But the best part is that we were literally steps away from the beach. Since we kept our puppy at the house on beach days, we were able to check on him through the day since it was so close to the beach. The unit itself was clean and had everything we needed to cook meals. There was no "handbook" that detailed what to do with garbage, parking arragements with other tenent, etc but communcation with the owner was good and all our questions were answered in a timely manner. Overall my family enjoyed our stay here and would consider renting it again.

The home is in a great spot and very nice however it is definitely overpriced. The outside of place was filthy. Broken door handles, broken screens, cabinets were dirty, top of fridge was filthy. The house does have plenty of room and is close to the beach which is very nice.

Decent Stay

Family generally enjoyed their stay, though the listing did not mention that there were no pillows on the beds (mentioned that towels, linens and covers were needed, but no mention of pillows). There was a moldy smell in the unit, and the neighbors on the second floor have two large dogs and there was a odor of pet urine that made sitting on the deck almost impossible the first night.
