Experience Ocean City in a renovated, airy, light-filled 2-bedroom, 2.5 bath condo 2 blocks from the beach. 1100 square feet of living space. Renovations from top to bottom. This peaceful retreat offers 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 twin over twin bunk bed for a comfortable night's sleep. The spacious living room also provides an extra queen sofa bed for additional sleeping space. This unit is two stories tall so no neighbors above or below you. Each bedroom and bathroom is on it's own floor for maximum privacy and room to spread out. The living room (with sleeper sofa) is on a different floor than the kitchen, dining room, and half bath. The condo can comfortably sleep 8 people.
Cook in the brand new remodeled kitchen or eat out. The kitchen has new appliances, a dishwasher and plenty of dishes to accommodate guests. Also has a walk-in pantry. Dining table seats 8 and offers the perfect place to enjoy a meal or play games. There is a small balcony right off the kitchen to enjoy coffee or drinks while getting some sunshine and enjoying the beach breeze. The kitchen level also includes a half bath. If the rest of your friends and family are sleeping, you can still enjoy your morning coffee or tea without waking anyone up.
Enjoy an outdoor shower, garage (single car), and a dedicated parking space behind the unit. The garage also has a 2nd refrigerator for extra drinks and ice cream. The private rooftop deck provides great unobstructed sunset views over the bay. On same block as Uncle Bill's and Aunt Betty's and only a few blocks from a park and other dining options (and a grocery store). 8 beach tags for use on gorgeous beach just 2 blocks away.
