Perfectly situated in South O, you’re within walking distance of the area's top cafes, craft breweries, and boutiques. Enjoy a 25-minute coastal stroll to the Oceanside Strand or a quick bike ride along the shore. Nestled between Downtown Oceanside and Carlsbad Village, the charm of both coastal cities is just a few minutes' drive away.
Guest access:
The suite is yours exclusively for the duration of your stay. As the building is shared with long-term residents, we ask that guests respect the quiet, local atmosphere of the neighborhood to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
Private parking:
Guests have exclusive use of Garage F, with additional ample street parking available. To ensure a smooth check-in, the garage fob is located inside the unit for you upon arrival.
Street sweeping:
Please be aware of city street sweeping on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month before 6am. To avoid a ticket, ensure your vehicle is moved from the street or parked in Garage F during these times.
Nearby train:
As a historic coastal rail town, Oceanside implemented a noise ordinance in 2023 that has significantly quieted the area. While train horns are now rare, you may still hear a distant signal during low-visibility weather or for required safety protocols.

• Age: Primary renter must be at least 21 years old.
• Pets: Friendly pets are welcome! Please note an additional cleaning fee applies.
