Cottage 329 tiene una gran sala de estar del techo de la catedral que linda con el comedor y la cocina, por lo que es ideal para reuniones familiares. Hay una peque��a sala de estar fuera de las ����reas de estar principales que es ideal para acurrucarse con una novela de playa. Wonderful Home!

The house was clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. It is just minutes from the pristine beaches. Plenty to do in the nearby town. Loved it!

Great Stay on Sea Island

Our family of 5 thought the house was spacious and conveniently located to all of the things the resort had to offer (however, not included with this property).We’d recommend the property again. Easy communication.

Nice Sea Island home Great location

Booked thru VRBO and was now in contact w Georgia Coastal Realty. No welcome letter but a 9 pg doc of rules. Home lists as cancelable but realty still gets 400. Home is as described. Near the Cloisters but this home does not allow you to use any amenities. Beach is nice and an ez walk. Take bikes as there are wide walking/riding paths which we enjoyed. Bring charcoal if you plan to grill. Also bring your online tv passwords. Lots of sliding glass doors. Some lock/unlock. Nice washer/dryer and ice in freezer when you arrive. Big garage if weather is yuk and you need a place for kids to play.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Four night visit celebrating the retirement of two owners of our business. We had a great stay. The Property Management Group, was very professional and kept us informed of the whole process of the rental and had great suggestions for our dinning and entertainment. Would stay here again and use the management group again as well.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The best thing about this house is that its location is on 7th street and close to all the Cloister amenities. Although the property is well maintained and good size, it is poorly designed and has not been updated in decades. I'm pretty sure it still has the original bedspreads,curtains, and rugs from the 1970s. The large great room (the biggest room in the house has no tv in it and a chair that literally has no legs) the only place to hang out and watch tv or relax, especially with kids, is in a tiny area behind the kitchen. And the tv in the armoire in the master bedroom is so far off to one side you can't see it either. I would not rent this house again due to poor interior layout and lack of upgrades for even the minimum modern upgrades.

Wonderful cottage

This cottage served our needs perfectly - a comfortable place to stay with great access to the beach. Very clean, great windows, and a huge, well-landscaped yard. Like other reviewers, we wish there had been a TV in the main living room, but absolutely made do without it. (The smaller room with TV was fine!) Would recommend this property to anyone!

Great House!

Great house; priced appropriately. No Beach Club access, even for a fee, but not a big deal if you do not need pool access. Great yards and interesting layout! Love the location.

Perfect location for Sea Island Beach Club access.

House is well maintained and a good standard for three guests. All the appliances work and the linen, towels were all new. Overall a great place with a helpful management company. Thanks !
