This gorgeous home is perfectly located on Sea Island to provide you with stunning sunsets and breathtaking river and marsh views. 1106 River Club epitomizes quintessential Sea Island living and recently underwent a complete renovation and is newly furnished. This professionally decorated, 3 bedroom / 3.5 bathroom, waterfront home is nestled in the safe haven of River Club and only a 2 block walk from the private, 5-star Cloister Hotel, Beach Club and the Tennis, Spa and Fitness facilities.

This home was completely renovated and every aspect of luxury living was well planned for your optimum living experience. From high end appliances to luxury furniture and designer décor, this gorgeous Sea Island home truly has it all.

The entryway to this home is truly stunning with a private courtyard and gorgeous archways that lead to the covered breezeway that connects to the front of the home. There is a beautiful, private home nestled along the right side of the home, that even has fresh rosemary in bloom. From the moment you enter this beautiful cottage, the stunning and warm entry lends way to the gorgeous river views. The grand front door alludes to the charm and high-end nature of the home that features wood beams, arched entryways and real wood floors throughout the home.

This grand, open-flow kitchen was completely remodeled and features an oversized island with barstools, tons of counter space, and high-end appliances, including a gas stove. The views alone will have you wanting to spend more time in the kitchen and congregating with everyone. Adjacent to the kitchen is the full-sized bar, which includes a wine fridge, additional sink and full sized ice-maker. The kitchen and bar connect to the Great Room and Dining Room, all of which have amazing views of the Black Banks River and marsh. The den features plenty of seating and has a charming feel. With corner views of the marsh, this is such a scenic spot within the home. This great room is rounded out with a stunning dining room table that features a gorgeous banquette seating along the wall, with the antique wood dining table and chairs. The space lends way to a gorgeous back deck that features a dining table with 4 chairs, additional soft seating, and bench seating around the perimeter of the deck. The outdoor space is completed with a grill, and is the perfect place to end the day and watch the sunset over the marsh with a cocktail or dinner.

Downstairs also has a gorgeous guest bathroom that is off the foyer and great room. This floor is completed with a spacious bedroom that features a King bed and an oversized, en-suite bathroom. The bathroom features marble counter tops and vanity, and a combination shower and bathtub. All of the bathrooms in this home are spacious and have been newly renovated and feature high-end touches throughout.

The master bedroom is truly one of the highlights of the home. This oversized bedroom features a California king bed and stunning river views that are seen throughout the room. The master suite includes separate his and hers walk-in master closets, with plenty of space to neatly unpack everything. The master lends way to a connected office space that features river views from the front and side of the room—providing tons of natural light and a gorgeous and peaceful atmosphere. The master suite is rounded out with a large master bathroom, featuring a separate jetted tub, large tiled shower, dual vanities, and a spacious layout.

The second bedroom upstairs has two full size beds and lots of natural lights. This room features a large closet, and a very spacious, en-suite bathroom. This bathroom has plenty of space for 4 people, with dual vanities, plenty of cabinet space and a newly renovated shower. The second floor also has a laundry room in between the two bedrooms with a HE washer and dryer, separate sink, and plenty of space to do all of your laundry during your stay.

This home features a 2 car garage, providing you with plenty of parking space, in addition to the driveway, and overflow parking can use the cul-de-sac adjacent to the driveway. The garage also has an extra drink fridge. The home is connected to the garage via a gorgeous covered breezeway, so you can always get to and from your car and stay dry when it’s raining.

This home is truly a Sea Island gem, with it’s vibrant and cheerful décor that creates such a peaceful atmosphere at this beach house. With Sea Island’s private, 5-star amenities within walking distance, you can’t ask for more! This is an amazing vacation rental for a family, friends or associates. Temp Member Cards are available for purchase and needed to be set up in advance of your stay.

Option to Purchase Sea Island Temporary Membership Cards:
The home owner has a Sea Island Membership, thus Temporary Membership Cards can be arranged and purchased for renters, which grants them access to all Sea Island Amenities and gives them the ability to book activities, dining, spa, golf, etc with Sea Island. If the guest chooses to purchase temporary membership cards, the guest is charged the fees, as shown below:

Adults (26+): $175 per adult, per day
Children Under 26: $60 per child per day. Children are considered under 26 years old, not married, immediate children. (2 free children’s cards are provided per family, with the purchase of at least 1 adult card, per family that day.)

Guests can pick and choose who in the group gets cards, and on what days. **Guests are required to purchase cards for consecutive days, no skipping dates in between (ie has to be the 6th - 8th, not the 6th and 8th.)** Please reach out if you have questions or want more information on how temp member cards work.

Example: A Family of 4 with 2 adults and 2 children under 26 will be charged the following on a daily basis for the days that they opt to purchase temp member cards: $175 per adult, per day and nothing for their 2 children, so their total would be $350 per day. If a family has 3 children under 26, the 3rd child would incur an additional $60 per day charge, for total of $410 per day to have temporary membership cards for everyone. Children under 7 are free and cannot have their own card. Children can receive their own card once they turn 7.

Stunning Sea Island Getaway

Sea Island never disappoints and this property was absolutely stunning! It was a perfect getaway for our family with four very active boys. The house was beautifully decorated with amazing attention to detail to make it a perfect stay! We saw dolphins from the moment we arrived. This property compliments the 5 Star Resort very well.

4th of July Holiday Week

Amazing views and home, location perfect! Watch dolphins play in the marsh while having coffee. Kitchen well stocked-plenty of towels and wash cloths to go around. Many stays in Sea Island and this is a definite rebook!

Just perfect!

If you are looking for peace and tranquility in a perfectly renovated cottage this is the place for you! This cottage has an ideal location in a quiet cul-de-sac with a view of the marsh and only a couple of blocks from the beach. The host provides you with everything you can possibly need and more. We can’t wait to return!

FABULOUS Home!

A wonderful property, very well appointed with everything you'll ever need. We did not use the grill, but will plan to next time. The home is an easy walk to The Cloister, making everything very convenient- esp if you are here for a wedding. This will be the 1st place we'll check for availability no doubt.

Delightful Senior Fall Break Get Away

The property is tastefully decorated and very comfortable and easily accommodates many guests. Although not originally intended, we ended up hosting a total of 9 in this wonderful home and this home accommodated the group with ease. The views from the main room to the back side of the property, overseeing the water, was spectacular and such a relaxing vista. Home was well stocked. Location was superb and convenient to the Beach Club and Cloister. I would definitely recommend this property and would gladly seek out this property again. Thank you for a wonderful stay and memories!

Perfect Trip

The house is exactly as it is presented in the listing. It is beautifully decorated but still feels incredibly comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could ever need and the view from the back porch is awesome while you grill in the evening or have your morning coffee. The location within Sea Island is so convenient to allow easy access to the Beach Club, Sea Island Spa and the Cloister. Also, the property manager was always available and quick to respond when we had a question or request. We highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Fabulous Condo

I almost hate to tell people how great this condo is for fear that it won’t be available the next time we want to go to Sea Island. Everything about it was perfect! The view was stunning….the rooms were tastefully decorated and well appointed….the kitchen had everything you could possibly need….There were 2 bikes that came with the condo and they rode very well with no issues. I can’t think of a single negative thing about this condo. Sheer perfection at Sea Island!!!
