*Cottage 461 is an older house with charm and character! The cottage sleeps 8 adults. It is located on the marsh side of 10th street. Just a short stroll across Sea Island Drive to one of the nicest beaches on Sea Island. This Classic Cottage is the perfect getaway. Large open plan living room and large dining table that overlooks the picturesque swimming pool with spa and plenty of outdoor seating. Easy walk to the beach.

***Lessee passes for the Beach Club & Cloister may be available at renter's expense. Contact us for availability inquiry.

***Pool is unheated and may be ONLY be heated at renter's expense with the payment of a heating fee. Contact us if heating of the pool is required.

***Cottage 461, as most of Sea Island homes, is on septic system.

Cottage 461

I thought the overall cottage setup really worked well for our family. There is plenty of room in the house, with great open areas that flow well into the pool and patio area. The kitchen and bathrooms need updating, along with the overall decor in the house. However, I understand the reasonable price on the rental reflects the outdated condition of the house.

Thanksgiving holiday

On the whole our experience was excellent. It is an old house, but was priced accordingly. They need a new set of pots and pans. The ones there were totally unacceptable. Also the toilet seat in the master bedroom must be fixed. Someone could really get hurt as it kept falling off.
