¡Nuestra casa en Margate es su escapada de vacaciones perfecta!

La casa totalmente amueblada cuenta con 6 habitaciones con un total de 9 camas, 3 baños, una cocina completa, comedor, sala de estar, porche cerrado y terraza. El porche cerrado es un lugar maravilloso para sentarse y pasar el rato con amigos, especialmente después del anochecer. Las comodidades incluyen lavandería en el hogar, WiFi, cable, acceso a la parrilla, entrada para cuatro autos y aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, la cocina y la sala de estar. Se proporcionarán seis insignias de playa, y usted tendrá acceso a todas nuestras sillas de playa, tablas de surf, carrito de playa, toallas de playa, etc. Las sábanas son tuyas. También habrá ropa de cama en los armarios si prefiere usarlos y lavarlos al final de su estadía. WiFi y cable están incluidos.

The house is roomy and so comfortable.And Nicole is the BEST host!We’ve been coming back to this great spot for 6 years and every year is better than the last. Such a great place for our family (and pets) to gather, relax and enjoy the beautiful Jersey Shore. Margate is an excellent location with its quiet beach, yet just a few minutes south of Atlantic City and north of the family fun Ocean City Boardwalk; and a short drive to beautiful Cape May. We love it all! And we love Nicole’s great house as our home base.Can’t wait to go back next year!!

This was our second year staying here and we love it! The house is comfortable and has tons of options for sleeping arrangements. The short walk to the beach and shops on Ventor is super convenient. Can't wait to stay again!

Perfect beach house for large families!

Great house for large families. This house has everything you need from beach chairs/towels/all you need for cooking and grilling etc. Huge house with so much room. Lovely outside space to hang out. We were there during heat wave and house was fine lots of ac units that kept us all nice and cool. Nicole was super responsive during the entire process before, during and after. Highly recommend staying here.

Comfortable and easy

Although this property is a little dated, it was very clean and comfortable. There was tons of space for people to relax and get away from each other if they wanted to. The back patio of this home is the bomb! Fenced in for the dog and so nice to hang out in. It would be good to know that you can't swim at the beach entrance that is the closest to the house. We really enjoyed our time there and would definitely return!!

Great Location

This house was amazing. It is a 10 minute walk from the beach and walking distance to all of our favorite spots on Ventor. There are plenty of beds and the 6 bedrooms allow for alot of flexibility with sleeping arrangements for large groups. There are 2 living room areas and the back patio is HUGE. We had 4 children so the outdoor shower was clutch. The house is fully equipped with all the beach gear you need. We are definitely planning on booking again next year. Thanks for a great vacation!

50th anniversary

My family stayed at this property for a week. It was perfect for 9 of us. The back yard was great for us. Plenty of chairs lovely table and an umbrella. The house had all the amenities that was listed and more. One minor complaint was that the oven was very dirty. When we tried to heat up a pizza, the whole kitchen got Smokey. I cleaned it as best as I could, but it needs a good cleaning. Also, it was a little further away from the beach than we thought. We had to drive (my husband has a bad hip) and a few days it was difficult to find a parking spot. We had a fantastic week at the shore. Nicole was very helpful.

Wonderful Roomy Beach House Stay!!

We had an awesome week at Nicole’s house! Plenty of rooms and space to hang out together and separately. The house is tucked back in a cute and quiet neighborhood but walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and anything else you would need. Nicole was so responsive any time we reached out. We will definitely stay again and look forward to our next get away there!

2023 June 24 to July 1

We loved this property. It had everything you needed which is the first for us renting a shore house in NJ. Fully stocked with supplies, I didn't need to bring the extras I usually pack. The back patio was great for our 18 month granddaughter who loved the sprinkler fun I found in the outdoor toy bin. I also didn't need to bring any toys for her as there was enough to enjoy at the house. Our granddaughter stayed with her parents in their Margate condo but they came to us for the beach. Nicole was very responsive to any questions. We enjoyed our week in Margate.

Another awesome 😎 stay at Nicole’s Margate property

Plenty of room; great beach access; excellent communication. Our family loves getting together in this comfy, convenient, pet family home. Very few places accommodate our large family with such welcoming and comfortable accommodations.

Location is excellent! Margate is a beautiful town with the best beach ever. House has plenty of room. We were a family of 8 plus 2 little people. House has everything (outside patio, grill, laundry area, plenty of parking). House is older (kitchen, bathrooms need updating). Air units in each room - it was very hot and some of the units did not work well, wall to wall carpet throughout house older and had odor) Host was very pleasant and took recommendations well.

Great vacation in Margate City

This is a great house for families with pets. Plenty of beds, great common spaces inside and out, well-stocked kitchen with more than enough cookware, dishes, utensils, etc. Our host, Nicole, is very responsive and understanding.. This was our second visit to this property - two years in a row - and both times all of the family agreed it was a place well-suited to our activities and needs. We will certainly consider this house for future vacations.

Excellent Home, Owner is wonderful

This was our second year renting this Margate gem. Nicole is wonderful and responsive (if needed, which we didn’t need to). Everything you could ever need is in the home with plenty of room to spread out. Welcome binder is very informative. Front porch, grill, and back patio are just some of the added bonuses there. AC throughout (but wasn’t needed with ocean breezes). Walking distance to EVERYTHING you could need on a beach vacation. 5 stars and we will stay again. Stay and you will feel like you are at home!

The property had all the space we needed and the common areas are open so we all felt like we were together in the house. Nicole is very sweet and responsive! Our large family had another GREAT vacation (in addition to last year), with our pets. Looking at the calendar to book again next year....

Great family home

My family and I had a great time at Nicole’s home! The location is unbeatable - we walked everyday to the beach - even with all our beach gear! The home itself had all the space we needed and truly had everything you could possibly need in terms of accessories (beach, cooking, etc). The home may be a bit outdated, but in our opinion, the home was nicer than the pictures portray. Nicole was also great to work with - would definitely stay again!

The size of the house is great - plenty of bedrooms and living space - the enclosed front porch and large back patio were really nice as well. Location is awesome - short walk to the beach and to all the Margate restaurants. Owner is very responsive. My family would definitely stay here again.

Great family time in Margate City

Large, comfortable home, plenty of bedrooms, full kitchen with everything needed for cooking and dining, pet friendly, great off street parking, nice outdoor seating and table for patio dining. Interior could have been cleaner. Could use more closet and shelf storage and interior updating. Seemed like prior occupiers left things behind which should have been removed. Too much clutter in the laundry/pool gear area. Under beds a bit sketchy. But, large families and pets will have a great time especially with beach only a fee blocks away. Nicole, the owner was super nice, easy to contact and responsive.

Another Relaxing Margate Vacation

This was our second trip to Nicole's beach house. As before (late last summer), this was the perfect place for our little family (we have a toddler and a dog). The house is much larger than our NYC apartment, and that alone is a huge selling point. It is outfitted with everything we needed, from abundant linens to toys for our tot, to well-placed ceiling fans and strong AC units. We spent ample time throwing a ball around on the lawn, cooking out on the gas grill on the back patio, preparing meals in the spacious, eat-in kitchen, and watching movies on Netflix/Amazon at night. The beach is obviously a big draw, and being 10 mins' walk from the sand suited us well. Nicole has beach wagons and plenty of stuff to pack into them (beach chairs with built-in sun shades, bodyboards, etc), and we enjoyed greeting the neighbors and pointing out the different flowers, lawn ornaments, and rabbits, to our daughter as we made our way beachward. We loved the fact that you can hear the ocean from the house even though it's not on a beach block. It still really has that beach-house feel. Parking is easy either in the driveway or on the street, the Wifi signal is strong and consistent, water pressure strong and water gets very hot, and the washer and dryer work great. We chose to bring a few of our own stainless steel pots and pans, and other specific kitchen items since we knew we would do a lot of cooking for ourselves and the little one over the course of our two-week stay - so if you like to cook without using plastics/non-stick surfaces, you might want to BYO as well. Otherwise, we just showed up, unpacked, and got to the good part. I cannot recommend this sweet, soulful house more!

First stay in Margate but won’t be our last!

From check in to checkout the property satisfied our every need. Nicole attended quickly to any questions we had. House is very well stocked with everything you would need for a beach stay from beach chairs and wagons - beach tags- to linens and supplies (even though we brought our own). If you forgot anything I would bet it’s in the house. Roomy home and quiet neighborhood with friendly people. Walking distance to everything you may need, groceries, take out of all sorts, ice cream and burgers. Clean beach town without the typical “riff-raf” you get at some beach towns. Relax relax relax! Thanks Nicole and we WILL be booking again next year!
