Riverfront Retreat es una hermosa casa personalizada ubicada en 2 acres, a solo un par de minutos en coche del centro de Buena Vista y South Main. Abra una ventana y podrá escuchar el río Arkansas que fluye en el patio trasero o disfrutar de la hermosa vista del agua y un sinfín de acres intactos de tierra de BLM a través de las ventanas de pared a pared en la gran sala. Tome un baño en su bañera de hidromasaje privada y mire hacia el oeste para tomar Collegiate Peaks o hacia el este hasta el río Arkansas a solo 30 metros de distancia.

La casa cuenta con un garaje adjunto para 2 automóviles, lavandería de nivel principal, cocina totalmente equipada, comedor, gran sala, terraza al aire libre y suite principal. En el sótano hay 3 dormitorios con cama extra grande y una habitación con literas con 3 camas gemelas y una cama doble. Phenomenal Stay at Riverfront Retreat

We had an amazing stay for 10 days and couldn’t think of a better property for our needs. Being right on the river with easy access to town is hard to find. We will definitely return and the hosts communication was very timely and appreciated.

Perfect Location

You could not ask for a better location to access BV, the Arkansas River and OHV trails. The views are stunning and the sound of the river is so peaceful!

Riverfront Retreat - What a Treat!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Some of the group have done lots of short-term rentals in various locations and remarked that the RR was the best, well-stocked, and well-appointed place they had ever stayed in. Now we have been spoiled and any future rentals will be measured against this one!

Riverfront Retreat

We chose this property for a recent corporate retreat and could not have made a better choice. Everything about the house, the property and the furnishings was first class. The owner was very proactive with communication and made us feel right at home from day one. Highly recommended!

Beautiful home, wonderful location

Very clean:). We loved the fact that the river was just out the back door and that there was easy access to the river. Lots of space!! And the game room was a wonderful place for my boys to play pool and ping pong.

This was an amazing rental for our family to enjoy the weekend in Buena Vista. The home was very nice and well decorated. They had everything we could think of and more. We really enjoyed the location and closeness to the river. Couldn't have asked for a more perfect home for our stay. This home is on our favorite list and plan to return again. Wonderful Location and Residence

We could not have enjoyed the location, hospitality, setting and beauty of this home more. We did not want to leave. You could walk to town but feel like you are at a private retreat. The home is even nicer in person. The kitchen is very well appointed, the linens are soft and the deck by the river is a special place. We fell in love with Buena Vista.

From the back porch, the view is of a rock-strewn high wall bank with the Arkansas River rushing past. Out front I are the Collegiate Peaks. We saw a golden eagle, hawks, ravens,magpies, hummingbirds. The property befits this inspiring setting.

Perfect Winter Get Away

We had a great stay at the River House in Buena Vista. This is a fantastic house and well stocked with everything that we needed. We loved the proximity to the river and took advantage by spending a few hours on the river fishing. The kids loved the game room with pool and ping pong, while my wife and I enjoyed the west facing picture windows and the great view, along with the hot tub with snow coming down. Hillary was fantastic making us feel welcome and answering all of our questions both before and while enjoying their family's property. Thank-you for sharing such a wonderful place. We will be back!

Beautiful property. Fantastic communication with host.

This property was just what my wife and I needed for our time in Beuna Vista. We had 2 weeks booked at Crossroads of the Rockies counseling. This house is a 2 minute drive from that. King size beds everywhere. The main floor bed is a bit firm but there are two more soft king mattresses downstairs. One that you can even look up and at the stars from. I can't say enough good things about the property or Hillary. I would book again in a heartbeat.

The Sabas have a large, lovely home that is well-stocked for visitors. It is very convenient to downtown Buena Vista, and has onsite access to the Arkansas River. We had four adults and one child, with lots of room to spread out. [Note if you are traveling with a toddler, there are several areas to be aware of: (carpeted) stairs to the bottom level, and stairs off the back deck to the yard. Access to the river is via steps down a hillside, and the river deck is at the edge of the bluff. Fine for adults and older kids.]

Guys Trip

Very nice property with ample sleeping room for a bunch of dudes in town for fishing and hiking reunion. Lots of room to spread out in the house, on the patio or next to river. Location is very close to town but still far enough away for seclusion. Best highlight is the river patio. Only gripe is most of the electronics did not seem to work.

Family Vacation

House is amazing for a full family summer vacation with 7 adults and 2 grandchildren (5and 3yrs). Plenty of space. Great place to hangout on the river with the backdrop of the Collegiate peaks. Easy access to BV. Best part was Hillary, the owner. Very accommodating and responsive to all of our many question on what to do in BV. Adults really enjoyed whitewater rafting. Grandkids loved Louie’s for Ice cream. Thanks Hillary!.

Great weekend in BV!

We loved our stay at the Riverfront Retreat! Hillary was super attentive and the house was beautiful, clean and spacious. We enjoyed being able to ride bikes to town and relax in the hot tub at the end of a long day hiking. This is the perfect house for a weekend getaway. We will definitely plan to rent this home on our next trip to Buena Vista!

An Incredible Home away from Home

This house was absolutely stunning!! It had everything we needed for our family christmas vacation and then some! It's only 40 minutes away from Monarch mountain for tubing, skiing, and snowmobiling! And right next to the heart of Buena Vista. There is a beautiful river that runs right behind the house! The best part though was that the owner went the extra mile, adding some nice christmas decorations/touches to the house that truly made our visit special. If you get a chance to stay here, definitely do! You won't regret a second of it!!

Family get-away

We really enjoyed our time. It was nice to have the river right behind the house. Close to town but far enough away not to have much traffic. Nice big kitchen to prepare food. Loved the bunk room for the kids. Some might want to know it was very close to the prison. We did have a wonderful time.
