La puerta trasera conduce al patio exterior con una parrilla y a la piscina que está disponible para su entretenimiento y relajación. Ven a ver este condominio en Lake Hamilton! Hot Springs Marina (501) 525-7776, está a 1/2 milla por la carretera que le permitirá usar su lanzamiento por una tarifa de $ 15 para poner su bote en el agua cuando llegue y sacarla cuando salga . Lakefront Condo

The location and condition of the condo exceeded all expectations. Owner communication was great and they quickly responded to a minor issue, which was resolved. This was such a positive stay that we have reserved a month for next year.

A perfect spot to getaway!

We loved our stay in Hot Springs, AR at this precious Lakeland Condo! The view was beautiful - a corner spot on the lake! The condo is decorated so nicely, updated, and very clean! We had our family of five and it was plenty of space! The lay out was great - open to the living room so you can see the lake while cooking! We will most definitely come back to this spot! Easy drive to downtown and the other lakes/hiking spots in the area! Great communication from the owner as well! We give this a 5 Star PLUS!

We were so very pleased with this property! The pictures don’t do it justice. The kitchen was newly updated and adorable with state of the art appliances. The living room furniture looked modern and new, different from the pictures. It was the perfect size for us, 2 adults, 3 kids and a toddler. The kids were able to just step outside to swim or throw the ball or go fishing. We enjoyed having all the blinds open and watching the boats go by. Excellent spot & highly recommend!

Convenient and Just as Advertised

This place is actually nicer than the listing shows. It was superiorly clean and looks to have been recently remodeled. The decor was as pleasing to the eye as it was comfortable. Beds were remarkably comfortable. The location is perfect for a condo setting. It has an unobstructed view of the lake and a patio to sit and just watch the action. The pool is right next door which makes this an IDEAL location for people traveling with young kids!! The owner/manager was very responsive to a couple of property related issues (not the condo itself, no worries there). There is a stairwell one must go down to access the condo. The stairwell was not lit (it has 4 lights, all of which were not working). Makes for a VERY dark stairwell at night. I notified property owner about it and would assume it will be remedied before next renter. Make sure to use caution when using the stairs if unlit.

Fantastic condo

We truly enjoyed our stay at this little piece of happiness. It felt homey the moment we walked into the condo. The host had a welcome bucket of snacks and goodies and each bathroom had essential baskets in case you forgot something. There was plenty of room and the views were great. Thanks for sharing your home with us. We hope to return!

Cute condo with great location and all the conveniences!

My spouse, 5 year old and brother in law stayed 4 nights and had the best time! The location was great. Kroger and Walmart are 5 min or less down the road. Great restaurants nearby (we loved Salsa's and Fisherman's Wharf.) Short drive to downtown and the MidAmerica Science Museum. Check out Coleman's rock store if you have littles or rock enthusiasts. The condo was beautifully decorated and well stocked. We loved being just steps away from the pool, and my husband fished while being steps away from the condo. Although we did not need the owners during our stay, they were very responsive to questions beforehand. We felt safe the entire time. The complex is gated and quiet. We also rented a pontoon from Hot Springs Marina down the street and they were very friendly. Check in/out was easy. We can't wait to return!

Condo on the Lake

The pictures do not do it justice. It was beautifully decorated and the kitchen was very updated with stainless steel appliances and beautiful countertop. Space was utilized very efficiently. The beds were comfortable. Right outside the French doors was a beautiful view of the lake and a swimming pool. The location is in close proximity to Hot Springs. Our stay here was fabulous and we hope to return in the future.

Quick anniversary trip

This place was amazing. We had the most beautiful view of the lake. The pool was clean. The inside of the condo was beautiful and very clean. It is not to far from downtown and very private.

Comfortable Stay

We enjoyed the condo. It was very comfortable for 4 senior adults. We had an issue with the combination lock upon arrival. It would not open the door. We were able to contact Mary and her husband . Had a short wait for them to get the keys and meet us. They were very nice and fixed the door. We had no other issues with the door. They also checked back with us to make sure it was working. Beds were very comfortable. We did not find instructions for remotes 4 of them, could not get one working. But did not watch much Tv just turned it on at the TV. We would stay here again. Lakeland Getaway

Great area. Extremely pleasant and well maintained condo. Enjoyed our stay. The steps down to it from the parking lot might be a little tough on senior citizens, though.
