Great locationAdvertising Queen & King beds but clearly one room had a double bed.The bunkroom while great for kids we had wimen over 60 sleeping in there and not comfortable for them.We contacted the host regarding the filter were overdue to be changed. They came on site to fix a closet but neglected to change the filters which could be seen thru the vents that they were xtra dirty.

Great Location and Family-Friendly

Our group had a wonderful time in this home. It comfortably fit everyone and was well-stocked, especially in the kitchen, which made group meals easy. The location across the street from the water park was a huge bonus for the kids! The only challenge we had was that the bedrooms didn't have curtains, which made it tough for the little ones to fall asleep and sleep in, especially with the late sunset. Just a helpful heads-up for future guests. Otherwise, we loved our stay and would absolutely come back!

It was very nice and clean, close to the water park and lazy river. Just one concern, the breaker for the kitchen outlets and island kept tripping and the breaker itself was getting hot to the touch when we flipped it back on. Probably should be looked at sooner than later

This was a great place to stay! We loved how close it was to the water park. It had plenty of room for our big family. We will definitely be back to stay here again!

Fun for families!

Paradise Village 104 was an excellent choice for our spring break! Plenty of space for 2 large families - we could have fit more! Kids pool with lazy river and water slides was right across the street. The location of this house could not have been more perfect! Everything was very clean, dish and laundry detergent was provided and plentiful. Only complaint was downstairs master king mattress was ridiculously soft. Good for some I guess, but terrible for my husband and me. Overall, this place is an excellent choice for families!!

Beautiful place.

I’ve stayed in a lot of places in St. George. This is by far the best place I’ve ever stayed. Wish I could’ve stayed longer. We will be looking to stay at this place in the future.

Great Layout & location

This house is so good for multi-family. Every family had an attached bathroom and large bedroom w/large closets. Loved having 2 large living areas to spread out. Nice to be able to cross the road to the pool but not too close for all the noise. We did have to watch the kids out front due to cars coming and going from the pool parking. The hot tub was clean and hot. All the spices, kitchen supplies and dishes needed. Great house - we will use this one again!

Pioneer village 104

The home was clean and well set up to fit the needs of our family. The kids did complain about how hard the bunk beds were. We loved each bedroom having its own bathroom. The mommas and little ones loved that the pool was so close. I loved how welcoming the staff are to work with. They actually treated us like they really wanted us there.

Great location!

Location was wonderful, size was perfect for our family. Loved having all the private bathrooms. Few issues like we couldn't get the apps on the downstairs tv. Master bed and sheets need replacing, master shower needs more water pressure and probably a door to save moulding. The kitchen table was covered with a heavy plastic which was very annoying, ugly and never felt clean. The floors didnt seem clean because my socks or feet would seem to get dirty easily just walking around inside. I tried to clean the kitchen floor but the cleaning supplies were pathetic. Other than these few things we really enjoyed the amenities and space.

Great place for families

This was such a wonderful place to stay. Right next to the pool. I loved having a bathroom for each bedroom and some extras. Everyone had their own space.

Great stay

We had all ages stay at this property. There was plenty of room, the kitchen was very well stocked, and there was plenty of backstock. It was great to be right across the street from the water park as well. Very comfortable and inviting home. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic property and stay!

Great house for a multigenerational vacation. Large master suite on the first floor for grandparents, and rest of bedrooms upstairs. Open common space downstairs was enough for all 11 of us for lounging and seating, and the loft space upstairs was a nice separate area as well. The kiddie waterpark with slides and lazy river is literally steps across the street. Water temps were nice and warm. This was excellent for smaller kids, but perhaps not thrilling enough for bigger kids/teens. A/C was strong enough in 105+ degree heat to stay comfortable inside. Multiple ceiling fans throughout the house kept the air circulating and cool. It'd be nice to have some blackout curtain option somehow, for those of us with little ones on a nap schedule. Something like you see in hotel rooms, with a set of light filtering curtains first, and then the blackout curtains next. Property location was great- there's a very convenient plaza with grocery, gas, and some fast casual eating options 1 mile away. Driving 20 minutes into St. George for the big box stores does get tiring after a while - don't do this every day!

Excellent house, excellent location!!!

There are a bunch of great houses in this development, but we chose this one because it’s directly across the street from the amazing kids’ pool. It paid off. It was great for everyone to be able to go back and forth throughout the day from house and pool, and the kids’ as young as 7 has the independence to go back to the house for a snack, bathroom, etc. Other’s staying in the community had to drive over to the pool. No thanks. Another great feature was the large upstairs living room. Picture the adults all hanging out downstairs, having a great time, listening to good music, playing cards around a long table, and the kids all upstairs, watching a movie and playing fusball. That was us every evening. Epic. Did I mention that world class Snow Canyon State Park is only 10 minutes away? Don’t miss it.

Great place to stay!

It was easy enough for me to do the online renting of this property snd im not computer savvy. The property fit our family well. Each family had a bedroom and a bathroom and then some of the cousins used the bunk bed room. Our grandkids LOVED the water park!! Suggestions would be to have a 2nd frig in the garage for storing more good. Aldi, room darkening shades would allow kiddos to sleep a little longer after going to bed so late.

Spacious

The property was spacious for our party of 9 adults and 1 infant. Perfect for spending time together yet not feel like you're walking on top of each other. The extra long dining table made it possible to eat together at one table rather than in several smaller groups. This is the only place we've stayed that has accommodated a larger group so well.
