With Foosball, Ping pong, YouTube Tv, a private hot tub, spacious kitchen, and just across the street access to Kid's Cove at Paradise Village. Enjoy a cold/hot drink beverage on the observing deck while your kids play on the Foosball table upstairs or enjoy Paradise Village amenities. Spend your nights telling scary stories around the fire under the starry sky or soaking your tired muscles in the private hot tub. Great Family Reunion Spot

We had a great time with the entire family. There were things to keep kids from ages 4-18 busy, and plenty of space to grill/cook for 25+ people. The teens had their own arcade area upstairs and played board games on the upstairs patio. The little ones floated for hours in the lazy river. I was pleasantly surprised by how little the video games and TVs were used during our trip thanks to many other options.

House was good. Just a little worn and the lighting in the home is not great. Unfortunate that the ice machines were both not functioning. Kitchen was unorganized and some pans were dirty. Teenagers said the bunk beds were extremely uncomfortable and moved a lot. All other beds were quite comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it is a great location.

Fun in the sun!

We loved our stay at red sands in Santa Clara and will definitely be coming back! The house was right across from the pool and fully stocked with everything we needed. 8 adults and 5 kids stayed here comfortably and it was a great price for all the amenities

We had a wonderful time this weekend. There was plenty of room and so many things for everyone to do. We own 40 apartments and so we take pride on making sure everything is in top shape, so we wanted to make you aware of some things that need attention in this home. When we arrived, there was a terrible pet oder. We noticed the carpets were pretty dirty and could really use a good carpet cleaning throughout the house. That would really help with the oder. When we went out to the garage, there was a horrible mildew smell. It seemed to be coming from the utility room out there. One of the bedroom closet door upstairs is broken. None of the ice makers were working so we had to buy our own ice. One of the drawers in the fridge is broken as well as the bottom side door that holds catsup, mustard etc. Other than those items, the home is wonderful and we will definately stay there again. Thank you.

Nice property!

We enjoyed our stay! the beds were extremely comfortable and we loved that every bedroom had it's own bathroom. Kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed all the conveniences, especially being directly across from the water park. Highly recommend!

My family absolutely loved staying here! The kitchen was so clean and spacious, we loved cooking in it and the pool was so much fun!! We spent everyday swimming and laying out. Utah's Best Vacation Rentals was so helpful and responsive. Can't wait to come back!!

Awesome stay!!

We loved staying here! It exceeded all of our expectations! It was perfect!! The location was perfect. We had all ages— infants to elderly and it was very accommodating. Loved having bathrooms in each bedroom.
