With Foosball, Ping pong, YouTube Tv, a private hot tub, spacious kitchen, and just across the street access to Kid's Cove at Paradise Village. Spend your nights telling scary stories around the fire under the starry sky or soaking your tired muscles in the private hot tub. Fun in the sun!

We loved our stay at red sands in Santa Clara and will definitely be coming back! The house was right across from the pool and fully stocked with everything we needed. 8 adults and 5 kids stayed here comfortably and it was a great price for all the amenities

Loved everything about the house and the area

Excellent

We have stayed here the past 2 years over spring break. It fits our family well. We love that it's across the street from the pool and slides. We love the large kitchen table, the fire pit and hot tub. The multiple bedrooms with attached baths is great. We have already booked it again for next spring break! We had to buy a few more rolls of paper towels and a box of tall kitchen bags. No ice maker, but we bought ice.

Great house and great location

Everything about the house was wonderful! Our family had a great, comfortable stay. The big pool is right across the street which the kids loved. We will definitely be staying here again.

Well used home

The house has good proximity to the water parks within the resort community. You can certainly tell it has been frequently used. It was large enough for the entire family.

Fun Family Reunion

We had a wonderful time being together in this unit. Plenty of space and right across from the water park. Red Sand management was very helpful and kept in touch to see if we needed anything. We would rent this unit again.

Excellent for a big Family!!

As a mom with nine kids, I've got to share how amazing Paradise Village 103 is for families like ours! This vacation rental is an absolute gem. First off, it's right by Kids Cove, which is a lifesaver when you're wrangling a big crew. Plus, the fact that it offers parking is a huge relief in vacation spots. But what really sets this place apart are all the little extras that make it a dream for the kiddos. The arcade games, foosball, and shuffleboard kept my bunch entertained for hours. We're already counting down the days until we can book again!

Great house!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. Everything was great! The only suggestion I have is to bring your own toilet paper. The paper provided was thinner than tissue paper. Other than that, it was perfect!

Great place for our Famiky Reunion

We loved the huge dining room table and the on-suite bathroom ms for each of the 6 bedrooms!! Our grandchildren loved the arcade games, the shuffleboard game and all of the board games. The close proximity to the pool entrance was very convenient. We had plenty of room to gather and play games.

PERFECT!

This home was just perfect for our family get-away (8 adults and 7 kids). Here are some of our favorite points: * Very kid-friendly! We had 7 children, ages 1-8 years old, and this place provided everything they needed: games, toys, pack-n-play, high chair, and the bunkroom was a hit for them AND their parents, too. * Proximity to Kids Cove water park. Literally, a quick walk across the street, and we were at the water playground. This made it simple to accommodate naps, meals, needing a break from the heat, etc. The Kids Cove provided fun for all ages, including adults. Lazy river, slides, shallow area, shade pavilions, lots of chairs and pool towels. * Massive and well-stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare and eat meals for a crowd. It was great to have a second fridge. * Lots of individual space with storage (closets, drawers, etc). We had 3 married kids and their spouses, so four couples, and each had their own private bedroom with king bed, ensuite bathroom, and tv. My husband and I really loved having our master suite on the main floor with all other bedrooms upstairs. * Two family rooms, one up and one down. For us, this meant kids playing upstairs while adults are playing downstairs. Hahaha! * Clear instructions. From start to finish, we received very helpful, informative emails and texts. We also appreciated the instructions posted throughout the house. We have stayed in other places, in St. George and elsewhere, but this one was far-and-above the best!

I will start off with the positives: Nice and large house. The staff was very responsive to every text or call.. the house had all the space our party needed. The beds and ac were nice. The location is perfect for the large pool. The kids loved the video games. The negatives: the internet was very very bad. The streaming Roku wouldn't load half the time, devices wouldn't connect, and the internet even went out for a bit. There was evidence of water problems on the ceiling on the living room. The ice maker didn't work in the refrigerator, and when we arrived the house wasn't very clean and the curtain was coming off the wall. The house seemed like it needed a refresh on a few things.

The very best location in paradise village for young families that plan on using the water park

Our family of 8 adults and 4 children under 5 had a truly amazing time at this 6bdrm 8 Bath home. The space is very well laid out. The kid used the bunk room and the adults all had master suites The kitchen is big and has all you need except for a regular coffee pot (Kuerig only) and the pots and pans can use updating. The location was perfect for our family who went back and forth to the water park most of the afternoons. The hot tub is immaculate at the home and we enjoyed the gas fire pit. I would recommend weekdays if you have that time as we had the water park to ourselves. The management company makes entry and departure a breeze and they answer questions immediately. Couldn't be happier with our stay. Oh, there is an extra refrigerator in the laundry which was so useful with so many of us. Also, they provide a wagon on the garage which was handy for going to the pool.

Very Good

Great location across from the water park. Plenty of fun things for the kids to do, like shuffleboard, foosball, ping pong, arcade games, and hot tub. Plenty of space for our big group of 20. We did have a few issues. When we arrived there were no kitchen trash bags, there is a huge hole in the ceiling near the garage, the Wifi went out, and the biggest inconvenience was the microwave didn't work. It was not fixed or replaced during our stay which was a huge bummer. Overall, we had a great stay though.

Really excellent house

Overall everything was really excellent. The house was perfect in layout and took good care of us. There were several small issues, more than I've ever had at a stay, that needed to be addressed such as we ran out of kitchen trash bags, one of the main pendant lights in the kitchen didn't work, there was a huge hole in the ceiling near the garage, there were garbage cans missing, there weren't batteries in the kitchen trash can lid, etc. Overall the management handled everything well but as someone who regularly does events like this it was much more of those kinds of problems than usual. I would stay at this location again, though.

It was an awesome experience. Loved it all. Except make sure to lock your back sliding door, we got cash stolen out of our wallets.

We had a great time, we hosted a 80th Birthday party with 45 people and the house was perfect. Plenty of room and games to play. The large Barbecue was nice to feed every one and the fire pit kept us warm in the evening.
