Welcome to Sun-kissed, a beautiful 5 bedroom / 5 bathroom (sleeps up to 24) vacation home in Paradise Village at Zion resort located in Santa Clara, Utah! This home is perfect for family reunions, friend get-togethers, sports teams, church group getaways, and as a place to stay for so many events held here in Southern Utah. It's the ideal place to gather everyone together to make memories that will last a lifetime!
Sun-kissed offers some amazing amenities including a private hot tub on the back patio, a roof-top deck, two fire pits, patio cooling mister, scooters, ping pong table, board and card games, Xbox One console (with games and 4 controllers), large flat-screen TVs with extended cable channel service, a fully stocked kitchen, and more! This vacation home has all you need to kick back and enjoy some time away. You can soak up the sun on the extended back patio overlooking the lazy river and Kid's Cove Water Park or hang out on the rooftop deck surrounded by amazing views of Southern Utah's Red Mountain and Snow Canyon. It really is amazing!

ABOUT THE PROPERTY:

This fully loaded, 5 bedroom/5 full bathroom home can sleep up to 24 people. The first bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, private bathroom, and a flat-screen TV. There is a queen bed, private bathroom, and TV in the second bedroom. The third bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom, and TV. The fourth and fifth bedrooms each have two full over full bunk beds (new/upgraded mattresses as of August 2022!) and private bathrooms. A queen sofa sleeper is available in the living room. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities and the dining space boasts an extra-large table with seating for 16!
PARADISE AMENITIES:

The Paradise Village at Zion resort also provides many amenities to enjoy, complimentary with your stay. Sun-kissed backs up to the lazy river, Kids' Cove water park, and a 20-person hot tub. Then it's a short walk to the clubhouse that can be rented out by guests. The clubhouse includes a kitchen, large gathering space w/fireplace, bathrooms, and an outdoor patio w/fireplace. There's even a workout room stocked with necessities to keep you on target even while on vacation! Near the clubhouse are a large grassy area and more water fun! With a kiddie pool, waterfall, natural rock waterslide, and another extra-large hot tub, everyone is entertained! For your convenience, the resort provides onsite parking for boats and trailers.
Adjacent to the resort is Gubler Park where Sun-kissed guests have easy access to pickleball courts, a splash pad, playground, basketball courts, sand volleyball court, soccer fields, baseball fields, and pavilions. (These pavilions, courts, and fields can be reserved through the City of Santa Clara.)
