Esta casa es perfecta para una escapada tranquila, un sueño de golfistas o el paraíso de los pescadores.

Cuando entras te saludan la hermosa sala de estar perfecta para relajarte o leer un buen libro y la gran sala que da al patio, la terraza, la piscina y el canal. Si disfruta de la vida al aire libre, le encantarán las puertas corredizas de vidrio de gran tamaño que abren toda la casa a una hermosa área de piscina con spa encerrado por el lanai.

Encontrará todo lo que necesita para cocinar una buena cena o una barbacoa junto a la piscina en la cocina recientemente remodelada que muestra nuevos pisos de baldosas, nuevas encimeras de granito y gabinetes nuevos.

La suite principal cuenta con una cama King size con vestidor y sala de estar. El baño principal recientemente remodelado incluye encimeras de granito con dos lavabos, gabinetes nuevos, una nueva ducha con azulejos y un tocador para sentarse. También tiene una bonita vista y acceso directo a la piscina y al lanai a través de la puerta corrediza de vidrio en la suite principal.

Las dos habitaciones están bien equipadas con camas queen size y vestidores. Una de las habitaciones está al lado de la piscina con una hermosa vista y puerta corrediza de vidrio. El baño de visitas incluye ducha / bañera.

Esta casa se encuentra en un vecindario tranquilo y agradable ubicado a pocas millas de algunas de las mejores playas, restaurantes, campos de golf, senderos para bicicletas, tiendas y mucho más de Florida sin mucho tráfico. Si te encanta pescar, este es un lugar perfecto. Puede pescar directamente desde el muelle o usar el elevador para su bote con acceso a la bahía y al golfo.

¿Tener hijos? Les encantará la piscina y a ustedes les encantará que el patio trasero esté cercado. Si tiene niños pequeños y todavía quiere disfrutar de estar afuera sin preocuparse por la piscina, tenemos una barrera de seguridad que mantiene a los pequeños seguros. Great place to stay!!

We truly loved our family time in this beautiful home. The home was stocked with everything we needed and the owners ( fellow Michiganders) were wonderful and quickly responded to any question we had. Would highly recommend this home, and we would love to stay again sometime. Pool/hot tub area was perfect and loved how the big sliders opened up all the way leading out there. Great set up!

Very nice place

The house was great and totally met our needs. Unfortunately we had a cool rainy week, so we didn't use the pool too much, but we did spend a lot of time in the hot tub! The only downside was that the house was kind of far away from things to do. If you're looking for a super quiet, relaxed place to stay, this is for you!

Private Pre-4th of July Gathering

Very quiet neighborhood, with lots of room to move about the home. Well furnished, very comfy living room furniture, 65 in. TV, well equipped kitchen. Had a super time relaxing by the pool, though my 5 yr. old grandson kept me IN the pool most of the time. Loved it.

Fun in the Sun

We had a fun and relaxing week at this beautiful property! They had anything and everything we could have possibly needed. We spent our time split between the beach and the pool/hot tub. The house and property were super clean and tidy. The owners are very friendly and communicative. We loved the fun items to make guests feel welcome and at home. We would definitely stay again!

Everything & more !

As soon as we pulled up to the house - my husband was impressed!! The hurricane did so much damage to the area - but the this house was all put together!!we enjoyed the heated pool & the warm sunshine practically everyday !!! We have stayed in several different VRBO properties & this one by far had so much more in the house that we didn’t have to buy - We had the privilege of meeting the owners - wonderful people !!! Texting Barb was like texting a friend !( before we even met!! ) Would highly recommend this property for a family or just a couple that want to get a way !! The drive to Boca Grande is worth it ! A cute little town ( even with the damage from the hurricane)

Considering a Hurricane

Enjoyable experience considering a hurricane hit here about a month ago. Very nice Floridian style home. Barbara McGuire was very accommodating. We Would definitely recommend friends and family to stay here for a enjoyable vacation.

A perfect getaway

We came down with two of our friends to get married on Venice beach. We wanted our own space to get ready and relax and this was it! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub every single day. The house is perfectly laid out. Communication with the hosts was easy and always prompt. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!!

Excellent!

This was our first VRBO experience and I can't believe how easy the whole process was. The owners were amazing with communication, either via text, email or the booklets left at the house. We couldn't have asked for an easier vacation. The house is amazing! The location, the amenities, the canal, it was all perfect for us. The house was stocked with just about anything you would need. We enjoyed the canal, the pool and the lenai every day. The house is close to many beaches, we even saw manatees swimming right off shore, tons of shells and sharkteeth to be found, fishing charters, everything. We will most definitely be back and have already recommended this house to multiple people! Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful home with myself and my family.

Relaxing retreat

The property offered everything necessary to relax and unwind from the monotony of our daily routine. The pool and spa were perfect for our family and equipped with so many pool toys, even the baby had several options. The dock was a great escape for my daughter, who tried her hand at fishing, netting, and crabbing. Hunting and tracking the lizards was also a perfect pass time. The home is wonderfully decorated, I love the personalized display from all past guests and the map in the dining room. I recommend this home for anyone looking to get away but also though who like to explore differnt areas. We traveled to several surrounding beaches and community without disappointment and all relatively close to the home. We had a great time.

We currently live in a small town in Southwest Michigan called Baroda. Living near Lake Michigan has made us love the water, boating and sun and we knew when we bought a second home it would have to be on the water. In Michigan we have a small farm with horses, goats, chickens, dogs and cats. We have 4 grown children with 9 grandchildren. We love to travel, camp, ride the golf cart around the neighborhood, go boating and simply enjoy the outdoors. We have two mottos: "you only live once" and “its always an adventure”.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We chose this location mainly because of the weather and location. We searched for areas in the United States that during the winter had an ambient temperature of 70 degrees or higher with a pool on the water and this is where we landed. We have never been more happy with a decision than this one. The location was perfect and neighborhood is so quiet that we fell in love. They always say "you cant pick you neighbors" but if we could have, we would have picked ours because they are all awesome!

Quiet neighborhood yet just a few minutes from shopping, entertainment, golfing, fishing, beautiful beaches or pretty much anything you need to make your vacation perfect. You also have a private pool and private hot tub with all of the amenities of home plus more. Our home is stocked with everything you should need including spices! We have stayed in to many places that don't have what we need so we wanted to make sure this house has everything you would need to have the best vacation ever!
