When I was looking for the perfect place to invest, Dunes of Panama, Building A immediately stood out to me, and here's why. The low-density design of this building was a major factor in my decision. With just 7 floors and only 9 condos per floor, there are only 63 condos in the entire building, which is rare for a beach property. This creates an intimate, more exclusive atmosphere that you simply can't find in larger, overcrowded resorts.
