Esta hermosa casa de cinco habitaciones tiene capacidad para 20 personas. Esta casa se encuentra a solo una cuadra de la playa, en una servidumbre adyacente. El nivel principal incluye la sala de estar con 65 "Sony 4k Ultra High def HDR SMART TV, sonido envolvente, gran sección con sofá cama, área de comedor con capacidad para ocho, cocina, desayunadores con capacidad para siete a ocho, área de cocina comedor con capacidad para ocho, medio baño, dormitorio con literas dobles y baño completo (para cuatro personas) y suite principal: 43 "LG SMART TV y baño principal contiguo (para dos).

El nivel principal de la casa tiene una terraza en el sur que mira hacia el golfo con un área de asientos de mimbre acolchada, dos tumbonas y una mesa con sillas y sombrilla. El nivel superior de la casa tiene tres dormitorios y un baño completo. Un dormitorio tiene dos camas matrimoniales (duermen cuatro), otro dormitorio tiene una cama queen (duermen dos) y el tercero tiene dos camas individuales sobre literas llenas (duerme seis). El camino de entrada ofrece estacionamiento con capacidad para ocho vehículos. La casa también cuenta con un televisor en cada habitación más una en la gran sala, una cocina completamente equipada, una ducha exterior, una parrilla de gas realmente agradable y un patio cercado. ¡Debería esperar tener un momento difícil para dejar esta casa al final de sus vacaciones!

Great house and location

House was perfect. We were in town for a CrossFit competition and it very comfortably slept all 14 of us. The living room and kitchen are so big and open, we were all able to hang out without it feeling crowded. Short walk to the beach, close to all the restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

A fantastic, roomy property for large families and groups

We had wonderful family vacation at this house. There was so much room for everyone to sleep, eat, and play games. Access to the beach was very easy because the pathway runs right by the backyard gate. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked with EVERYTHING you need to cook for a large group. The deck was great and well furnished and we spent a lot of time on it. We had a small dog with us, so the enclosed backyard was a huge plus. I would highly recommend this property to anyone vacationing with 8 - 14 people.

Good location!

The house accommodated our family of 10 perfectly for a week - plenty of room! The kitchen was well stocked as were the linens - we didn’t find anything that we needed that the kitchen didn’t have! The deck furniture was nice and there was plenty of seating inside and out. The overall layout of the house was great! The location was an easy 1 block walk from the beach! The neighborhood was in an excellent location and flat, so great for walking or bike riding! Also, we could get to restaurants, bars and shops within 5-8 minutes. Pensacola Beach is super family friendly and has everything (except a grocery store) you need for a delightful stay. Now for the things that weren’t up to par in the house - the house needs a complete update of interior paint, carpet, bathrooms, stove, microwave, steps to the upstairs, more closet space (many closets were locked as owners closets). Also, the garages are off limits so it made it hard to store bikes, and beach items. Check-in / out was easy! We would not rent this property again unless it gets a total refresh.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Felt property was good enough but some areas could use a upgrade. Some paint and hardware and cleaning could go a long way. Took several tries to get paper work settled but Julie did a great job getting it done. We also got in early which was great.

The home was a bit worn down, ie broken patio chair, master tv would only turn on and do nothing further. There were also some cleaning issues, ie smelling like dog urine when we arrived, cigarette buds on the patio furniture outside. None of these items ruined our stay, but could definitely be improved upon.

family vacation

The master bedroom had apparently had an A/C problem and had a portable unit in it that left it a bit humid. It wasn't a bad place but it definitely could use updating.

Relaxing Vacation!

This home is beautiful! It is nicely furnished, tastefully decorated, and well stocked. It had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the most relaxing, peaceful beach. We had about 20 yards of beach to ourselves! It was also a very short walk to the trolley stop. We will definitely be back!

Great beach rental!!!

This was such a great place to have our family reunion! Beautiful home. Very nice owners. Nice to have 2 refrigerators since we needed food for a large crowd. Nice to have the heated shower outside so we didn't track sand all over the house. Thanks!

Fabulous house in a wonderful location

The house is very spacious and nicely decorated, and we loved hanging out on the huge deck! The Gulf was close and it was convenient to have the sidewalk leading to the Gulf right next to the house. The owners were so nice and accommodating - we were in a bind and I inquired and they let us stay even before all the updates were completed. Thank you for allowing us to rent your beautiful home!
