This is a well-equipped, lovely spacious place to stay on Sanibel. The pics do it justice. The fabulous shelling beach is steps away and the area is quiet. No complaints!

They had everything we needed. All we had to purchase was laundry soap and toilet tissue after the two rolls per restroom were used. Bring your own spices. We had a lovely stay and highly, wholeheartedly recommend.

These are my only minor complaints: the linens (sheets) they’re so rough it felt like sleeping on construction paper. Also, there were no extra trash bags for the kitchen. And I would highly recommend the owners get a new coffee table. That thing is the worst. I was afraid my toddler would fall and hurt themselves on it. And so many things would fall down into those holes and it weighs 1000lbs to try and lift it up. Just not very convenient or functional for the space.

The condo was beautifully decorated. The thought and attention to detail was amazing. We only stay in condos or homes when we vacation and this was the most well stocked property we have stayed in. We did not have to purchase or rent anything for the beach, which was amazing. The check in was sooo easy. It took less than 5 minutes which was great because we had groceries in the car. The team was super friendly at check in and very helpful when I inquired about next year.

Even better than expected. The proximity to a lovely beach was super. If our plans bring us back to Sanibel, we would definitely return to this property. It was a very hospitable condo and well decorated.

Property was really nice. Decor was top notch! Emailing staff was easy and convenient except for the weekend. Maintenance had to change batteries in door lock during our stay and was nice and friendly.

Rental coquina 3G is modern and cozy. So clean and we appreciate the well-stocked kitchen appliances, as well as the beach chairs and beach towels. Really is ready to go for a relaxing vacation. The only ask would be to include instructions on the smart tv set up. We had 3 remotes and couldn't figure out how to watch the regular cable tv. Also, tv in master bedroom had no cable signal. Well appointed amenities. Close to shops, rentals, and most importantly the beautiful beach! Rental agency is always easy to work with. Great communication and responsive to any needs while we are visiting. You really make it easy to just show up and begin a relaxing vacation!

We LOVED this property!! We had the most wonderful stay at Coquina 3G. The easy access to the beach allowed for early morning walks, easy access to the condo during sunny beach days and glorious sunset viewing. The location was ideal for access to both ends of the island via bike and car. The property is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated - lots of space, light and charming details. The kitchen was well stocked and the washer & dryer are outstanding! The only disappointment was the pool which was dirty when we arrived and the chairs should be replaced. We will definitely be back to stay at this gem. Would definitely recommend Coquina Beach 3G UNLESS we wanted to stay there ourselves -- then we'd have to down play how wonderful the property is!! The Sanibel Captiva Island Vacation Rentals team was extremely friendly and helpful. We appreciated all the extras offered to us through booking with the company. Excellent customer service. Clear and helpful printed materials. Swift maintenance help. Loved the Tween Waters access, the Bailey's gift card AND our masks! Very helpful during both pre-vacation planning and during our stay.

Coquina 3G is a beautiful unit and well appointed with everything needed for a great vacation. We enjoyed the updated appliances and appreciated having plenty of beach towels available. Rachael and Paulina were very helpful and pleasant to work with. Rachael spent time finding me a great unit for my family when my first choice was not available.

Where's the wifi????

Nice location. Nice kitchen. Cleaning crew left dirt under tables. The main complaint was that there was no working wifi for the week. We had work and online classes to complete and could not use the wifi 5 of the six days, even after contacting the manager twice.

Wonderful vacation. Great rental company to work with. Great condo. Downside is parking. Only one assigned parking spot so if you have 2 vehicles, it becomes tricky. Very helpful and friendly

Perfect place to stay

Everything about this beautiful little condo was absolutely perfect from the decor to everything that was available for us to use while we were there from beach and pool gear to anything you would need in the kitchen. Location on the island is perfect and just a few steps to the beach. I hope to return and stay here again.

Beautiful adorable beach get away

This picture perfect condo was just what we needed for our first family vaca with our 4 year old daughter. The condo looked exactly like the pictures on the website. It was fully stocked with everything we needed for the week and was just steps to a beautiful beach and a warm salt water pool. Sanibel is a beautiful, quaint island and this condo certainly matched the feel of the island. Rachel was a pleasure to deal with and quickly resolved any needs we had. I will be recommending this home away to friends and family.

Great condo with location right next to pool and beach. They were kind enough to set up a Christmas Tree for us before we arrived on Christmas Eve! Clean, cozy, and the kitchen was equipped with new/ excellent utensils & dishes. Thank you so much for an awesome vacation!!
