This single story, open layout home is the perfect home base for your Anna Maria Island vacation. Located in the heart of Holmes Beach, A Villa Paradise is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, shopping center, and several restaurants. Easily walk to such favorites as the Ugly Grouper, Freckled Fin, Duffy's, Feast and more. Forget about the car, you won't even need it!

Island style awaits you as you step inside A Villa Paradise. The owner/designer has created a cheerful and beachy home away from home. The kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need to prepare and serve your favorite meals for family and friends. A Keurig coffee maker and regular coffee pot are both provided. The living room offers a sofa with chaise for relaxing and sliding doors that open to the beautiful backyard and pool. Outside you will also find a gas grill and dining table for 4 for alfresco dining on the patio.

The master bedroom features a king bed and a full ensuite bath with walk-in shower. The queen guest bedroom is huge and even offers a seating area and desk for working from home. The internet has been upgraded to make sure you have a fast connection so you can finish working and get back to vacationing. The third bedroom offers two comfortable twin beds and every bedroom has it's own TV with streaming apps and cable channels. The second bathroom is accessible from the hall where you will also find a convenient washer and dryer.

A Villa Paradise even includes a whole house Air Scrubber by Aerus which was installed directly into the HVAC system. This air purifications system removes surface and airborne contaminants including VOCs, odors, dust, pet dander, and other allergens.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS WHEN BOOKING ON VRBO

At the time of booking your credit card will be charged by BEACH BOUTIQUE RENTALS for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

We require an initial 25% deposit with final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Full payment will be due immediately if the arrival date is within 60 days.

Although the VRBO policy states no refunds, we will refund in the event that you need to cancel your reservation prior to 60 days before your arrival date. We will implement our Beach Boutique cancellation policy as indicated on the rental agreement. This allows for a refund of the deposit paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and the original management fee. Within 60 days of arrival there are no refunds.

PET POLICY:

We are DOG FRIENDLY! A fee of $150 + tax is required in advance for each dog you are bringing.

2 pets maximum unless granted an exception. Weight limit of 75 lbs maximum per pet.

Due to property insurance policies and liability concerns NO dangerous breeds or aggressive animals are allowed. The following breeds (purebred or crossbred) are not permitted:

Pit Bull, Akita, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Siberian Husky, Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chows, Any Wolf-dog hybrid, Any other dog that has been known to have bitten anyone

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We generally require a minimum stay of 7 nights with Saturday check-in during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!

Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.

Our cleaning fee includes a professional linen service. When you stay with us you can rest assured that you will have high quality linens such as those at a fine hotel. We also provide plenty of luxury bath and beach towels.

Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.
