Great location

Property is a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The island is still recovering from the hurricanes but most businesses were open.

Excellent Stay and Very Comfortable

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Island Serenity. It is in a great location that is close to everything and still feels secluded. The interior is very nicely decorated, the kitchen was well-stocked and the beds and linens were all very comfortable. It was a very comfortable stay and we had a great experience with the rental company that manages it. The only negative that we encountered is that the property's community pool closed at dusk. It was locked by 8:00 PM every day. I understand closing at night to avoid noise from the pool, but 8:00 seemed a bit early to us.

My family enjoyed our vacation at this property. The property was well equipped for cooking - it even had a filled gas tank for grilling.

Our 2nd time staying in Holmes Beach. Unit is in a great location...close to shops, dining, & of course the beach. would definitely stay there again.

We totally enjoyed staying in this property. Very clean and centrally located.

Thank you for letting us stay in your property. It is very clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable and relaxing vacation. It is centrally located so that we were able to walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. The pool was great and not crowded. We are looking forward to staying here again soon!

Enjoyed the peaceful setting and townhome. The property is extremely nice. Only negative were too many stairs as we are older had to climb with suitcases and to bedroom areas.

Perfect property

Stayed in Anna Maria Island for a summer vacation. The property was clean, perfect location to the beach and all restaurants, entertainment. Had a really great stay! I’d you are staying longer than 5 days, I wld request an additional garbage bag.

Summer family vacation

We were close to all the things we enjoy about AMI. We were able to walk to the beach and the pool was right behind the home. We all enjoyed the covered balcony. Perfect for relaxing. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your home.

Exceptional experience!!!

The condo was beautiful and so clean! Close to the pool and short walk to the beautiful beach!! The screened porch was amazing! We had an awesome vacation and would highly recommend this condo. The only downside was having to leave! We will be back!!!

Casual and Convenient

The townhouse in North Beach Village was casual, comfortable and convenient. The beds were in good shape with sleeping for 6 in 3 separate rooms. The main floor had ample seating with a sheltered screened in porch where we spent most of our time. It’s convenient to shops and restaurants on the south end of the island.

Wonderful condo

The condo was a perfect location right on the beach. The view was amazing! Lots of amenities to make the stay feel like at home. Only draw back was the distance from restaurants. It was very crowded the week we were there and took up to an hour to get to the village. Otherwise would definitely stay again!! Thank you!

A home from home ……without the hassle !

To just arrive and enter a door lock code, then walk into a superb home from home ….stay a complete month with no hassle, no callers, no interruptions, no issues. A wonderful place to stay just 5 minute walk to the most awesome beach in Florida on the quietest island you could wish for. Fabulous. Highly recommend, but keep it to yourself….shhhh.

Cozy, clean, stocked

We had a wonderful time! The place was updated and cozy. Clean with plenty of space and lots of towels! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook when he wanted to. The patio was wonderful! Games in the garage were a great bonus! We will be back! Beach was close, as was everything on the island. So easy to find your way around.

Wonderful home

Island Serenity was a very nice home. It was stocked with everything we needed. We loved all the porches, the furniture, and the layout. We were able to spread out and enjoy our time. We loved the foosball table as well. We brought our hypoallergenic dog for the first time and while we enjoyed it, our son's asthma flared. We realized that despite the home being clean and nice, it was not good for asthma.

Amazing Stay at Island Serenity on Anna Maria Island

We had a wonderful time at Anna Maria Island! It was our first time visiting and we loved every minute of it. The house was amazing! Everything we needed was provided, including all we needed in the kitchen. Check-in was a breeze. The house is immaculate, spotlessly clean and beautiful. The neighborhood was very quiet and the house is steps from the pool, which was also clean and quiet. It was basically like having your own private pool with the house. We really enjoyed the screened in porch and the kids loved the gameroom downstairs! Beach towels and all linens were provided and there were plenty of beach toys in the house and even a large tent/canopy to use at the beach. We loved our stay at Island Serenity and are already looking forward to visiting again next summer.

Awesome location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week on AMI. The townhouse was great and had everything that we needed. It is located close to a lot of great restaurants…….Hurricane Hanks and The Ugly Grouper were both really good. We had perfect weather all week and the beach was amazing! Clear water and white sand, only a 5 minute walk. They have all of the beach items that you need…….chairs, wagon, toys, floats, etc. The kids really enjoyed the foosball and ping pong tables. Our code would not open the door when we first arrived and they sent maintenance over. Tommy was great, very informative. We had an awesome trip and will most definitely be coming back next year! This was our first trip to AMI and we have found our new vacation spot!

The condo/house is large and spacious, many amenities provided - though some of the beach chairs were broken. Loaner bicycles which would have been great because the island is so crowded. This is only real negative, though not the fault of the owner or rental agency. Wait times of 90 minutes to go out to dinner, insane traffic jams, no green space except on beaches (which are beautiful). We were without water for several days due to leaking water pipes - but this too is no one's fault.

Great unit close to beach

We stayed at Island Serenity for one month. We loved the space this unit offered. Maintenance was quick to provide help for just a few small things when we arrived. The walk to the beach is 0.3 miles (10 minutes max) and the unit has a wagon and beach chairs. We also enjoyed the heated pool which is right outside the back patio. The only real complaint we have is that we could not get the TV's upstairs to work. We had "tech savvy" younger people look and they couldn't figure them out either. There were two of us working remotely and the wi-fi did "drop" and needed to be reset several times. Not a big deal, but it decreased work productivity by at least 45 minutes each time. Loved how close this unit is to restaurants and retail. We were able to walk to places which was needed during traffic which was much heavier this year due to road closures.

We have rented in the Village on two other occasions, I was somewhat disappointed in this home, we did enjoy our stay. The on call staff was great, they addressed our every need. The house was not cleaned to the standards we have seen in the past. The upstairs shower curtin is discolored and stained. The upstairs TV's really never worked, someone came and worked diligently on them one day. I did not want to take time out of our day to have someone come again.I don't know if things like this are checked before renting, there were not specific instructions for the turning on of the TVs, downstairs TV was fine. The porch was very dirty with a layer of black dust, When we arrived the trash can was full, so our trash had to be placed on the floor of the garage. Overall your staff, aside from the cleaners, were great. The cleaners did not fully unload the dishwasher, the cutlery rack was full but we did not notice until a couple of days later. We asked for more cutlery, but was not needed if the washer had been unloaded by the cleaning staff, I felt awful about this. I only mention all this for the next renter, these are minor issues but when spending close to 3,000. a week they are worth mentioning. Overall we had a lovely time and will be returning to Anna Maria in the future.

Great home close to the Beach!

Super ausgestattetes Haus in idyllischer Lage, nur ein kleiner Fußmarsch zum Strand und zur Trolley-Haltestelle. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit dem Auto schnell und gut zu erreichen. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen :-).

Lovely townhouse in convenient location

The townhouse is just as advertised - the pictures showing the property are accurate and the accommodations were very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Some functional elements of the home need to be addressed such as the patio door needs some WD40 (hard to open) and the kitchen needs more utensils and pans - a whisk would have been nice. It is not set up for someone who loves to cook. Regardless, the appliances are nice and we loved having access to the awesome grill. What isn't mentioned in the description, is the great game room on the ground level. Lots of fun. The walk to the beach took about 5-10 minutes, once we found the shortcut through the property. We also especially liked the 5-min walk to the dog park. Don't miss it if you're bringing your four-legged family member. We would absolutely stay again!

Beautiful and Accommodating

Has anything and everything you need to enjoy your time at the beach or at home. Beautiful setup as well as great amenities for kids and families. Had all sorts of games to play as a family as well as a ping pong table and arcade machine. Would highly recommended this place. Amazing
