Apartment was extremely well located and Fabio and Jeanne-Pierre went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. They made their very comfortable and surprisingly roomy for Paris apartment an exceptional stay!

The hosts were outstanding. Our flight got moved back an entire day at the last second, then our arrival was delayed twice. Each time I texted them they accommodated us without hesitation. The host met us and gave us plenty of suggestions of places to go in the area. The apartment was perfect for 3 people. Very clean with a small separate bedroom and a Murphy bed in the living room. One block away is a street filled with cafes and small shops, and a lot of trips were only about 20/25 minutes away by uber. Overall, we highly recommend this apartment.

Excellent quiet apartment in a lively neighborhood.

Fabio is a thoughtful host. We were able to get in early after a long flight. The apartment is newly renovated and sleeps four people. It's close to Rue Moufftard and centrally located for Paris life. Highly recommend!.

Two-week stay in Paris

Nice location

Nice location on a quiet street. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. We were able to walk to most of the main attractions. Fabio was very hospitable and responsive to our questions. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Great location and comfortable apartment

We loved our two weeks in the apartment. We were able to walk to restaurants, movie theater, boulangeries, and much more from the apartment. Jana was very helpful getting us in when we arrived. It’s almost like home away from home.

Fantastic Paris location!

This beautiful apartment was fully equipped and great for our family of three. The location could not have been better. There are so many restaurants in the immediate area and the metro is an easy walk away. Our hosts were easy to contact and made getting in and out of the apartment so easy.

Great stay in the 5th.

I was very fortunate to spend a month in this exceptional apartment in the heart of the Latin quarter (5th arrondisement). The apartment is roomy and cozy, decorated with artwork and books that give it the feel of a friend’s place. Fabio, the host, was very friendly and accessible. The area is lively, lots of young people, restaurants, and stores. Around the corner from Rue Mouffetard and a metro hub and near the Pantheon. I highly recommend this apartment.

The house was in a perfect central location and was easy to get to all the sights Paris has to offer. The house was clean and cozy. Fabio was an excellent host and made a lot of effort to make sure we had a very good experience. Thanks Fabio for your hospitality and we look forward to visiting Paris again in the near future.

Perfect rental.

The apartment was perfect: clean, well equipped, pleasant, ideally located. Fabio was flexible about check-in time. He was waiting for me when I arrived to show me the apartment, and he cheerfully explained how everything worked, so I wouldn't encounter unnecessary frustrations. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location and experience!

Well furnished, beautiful flat in a wonderful part of Paris. Sooooo many wonderful restaurants, we (including my two teens) loved walking short distances and eating everything in sight, really. Good variety of restaurants, there's something for everyone. Easy to get around to the metro station for sightseeing as well. The flat was comfortable for the four of us and Fabio was absolutely fantastic in his communication with us. Always available with a timely response and excellent restaurant recommendations, he was a wonderful host. We would definitely stay here again, highly recommend!

Great stay in this lovely property

Fabio and his brother were soooo nice and helpful! Our flight was delayed for 2 hours and they both were waiting for us in the apartment patiently. The apartment is not too big but big enough for 3-4 people. The property is in a very safe and convenient neighborhood, walking distance to a lot of restaurants, Pantheon, Luxembourg Garden, and Metro. We had a wonderful 6 nights stay and will definitely recommend this property to anyone.

Best ever

This was the best property we’ve ever stayed at and we have already recommended it to many friends. It was cozy, warm, inviting and just perfect. It has every possible convenience from an amazing coffee machine, a washing machine, a great shower, a full kitchen and a large all channels TV. And, we absolutely loved the location - super close to the metro, easy to get to the airport, so many amazing restaurants near by and walking distance to so many things. And the hosts, we only met one but he was so attentive and helpful. All I can say is thank you for sharing your home.

Wonderful neighborhood, kind hosts

Everything worked smoothly, from advance communication through to departure. When I didn’t understand how to work the heat, Jean-Pierre (conjoint de Fabio) came to help me. Very good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Washing machine & dishwasher work well and quietly. Free Netflix available on tv. Only 3-min walk from rue Mouffetard. Also close to metro line 7, and several bus lines.

Wonderful apartment for any Paris visit

My family thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Paris and loved having this place to come back to at the end of each day. There is a great vibe to this area and we wished we had more time to explore it. Check in went very smoothly and everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. The only thing we could have used was a fan as the days were extremely hot and it took awhile to get the rooms cooled for sleep but we adjusted to that fairly quickly. Our host was out of town but was in contact as needed. We will definitely be back to the city and would recommend this as a place to stay. Thank you again for making your place available to us.

Excellent apartment in safe neighborhood

We stayed in Fabio's apartment for a week and enjoyed our stay very much in the Latin Quarter. We are a family of 4 adults and this one-bedroom apartment accommodated us. The kitchen is well stocked with all the utensils and cutlery we needed. I especially loved Fabio's fruit themed plates, which reminded me of plates my mother used to have. Fabio contacted us a few days before our stay to finalized arrival and was able to accommodate an earlier check-in than anticipated. Jana, his manager was able to meet us and go over items in the apartment, security, etc. Fabio and Jana kept in touch with us throughout the stay through a WhatsApp connection. Great wi-fi connection and we did watch a bit of TV in the evenings. The variety of restaurants and shops nearby in the Latin Quarter were great. This apartment was only a 5-8 minute walk to the Pantheon and we made it to Notre Dame in 20 minutes walking. Bus routes are nearby. The building is handicapped accessible, and this was much appreciated as my adult son uses a travel chair for walking long distances. We loved our first stay in this VRBO in France! It really made it feel like home instead of staying in a bland hotel. Thank you Fabio and Jana!

Très bon séjour

Très bon séjour à Paris avec ma famille. Appartement super et très bien situé. Tout le nécessaire dans l'appartement et à deux pas de la rue Mouffetard, on y retrouve restaurants, boulanger, fromager, pâtisserie, épicerie. Merci encore!

Accogliente appartamento nel cuore del quartiere Latino

Abbiamo trascorso nel mese di Agosto un meraviglioso soggiorno di sei giorni in questo appartamento. Il proprietario anche se non lo abbiamo conosciuto di persona ( in quanto era temporaneamente fuori zona) è stato costantemente in contatto con noi per soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta. Fabio , il proprietario ,si è dimostrata una persona cortese e disponibile. Nessun problema per il check in e il check out. L'appartamento è pulitissimo, ben arredato ,confortevole e ben posizionato . Va benissimo per quattro persone. La dotazione della casa è completa e funzionale, l'arredamento è curato e piacevole . La posizione è ottima, trovandosi nel cuore del quartiere Latino a pochi pasi dalla vivace via Mouffettard , per visitare Parigi sia a piedi che con la Metrò. Per chi viaggia con l'auto può trovare facilmente parcheggio al coperto o per strada in prossimità dell'appartamento. Che dire ... tutto perfetto e piacevole. Spero di tornare a quanto prima in questo magnifico luogo che ti fa sentire come se stessi nella propria casa .
