Home was immaculate and tastefully furnished. Roberto responded quickly to our questions and was very pleasant. The screened in porch and water view was a plus. My family enjoyed the month in Holiday, trips to the beautiful beaches, Tarpon Springs and many great restaurants.

Wonderful stay

This is a wonderful place right on the water. There are a lot of birds and animals to see. The place was clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. It is spacious and there is room for people to congregate. I enjoyed the dock and the resident alligator. I will definitely be back. Roberto responded to all queries within a reasonable timeframe, and was very pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend this house.

More than we expected.

Overall house and location was great!House looks like new on the inside and had everything you needed - screened in lanai had a nice view of the channel, don't get to see a crocodile swim by up north but did a couple times here.Had a minor glitch after I made the original reservation when i put the wrong check-in date on an email but Roberto was great to work with and took care of me.

Stayed at lovely home for annual trip to visit relatives nearby. Lived the three bedrooms and having two baths and the spacious and open living room-kitchen area. Screened in patio was great although no lights so not great fir hanging out after dark. The little dock Pacific as fun (if you arent freaked out by Florida reptiles like little baby alligator that hung out next to dock.). Neighborhood is not fancy but we’ve stayed in neighborhood several times before. Very nice and clean place. Had one minor issue but Roberto was very responsive and took care of it. We’d stay here again in the future as excellent price for a nice clean 3 bedroom.

Welcome to our model home, This home is located in beautiful Holiday Florida. The home is located near many parks with a beautiful nature and sunsets. The home has a 3 bed , 2 bath sleeps 6 people comfortably with 2 queen beds and two twin beds. House is on the water in a canal with gators , turtles and lots of birds and you can enjoy the sunset right from the screened porch. As amenities are including internet, wifi, full kitchen with all needed utensils, soap , shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms and set up with a modern touch. Our U shape kitchen with granite countertop can easily entertain a large party for lots of fun.
We are home of the Rays, Buccaneers, and the NHL lightning. Also host of the New York Yankees training camp, The phyllies and the Ontario blue Jays and the World series of golf Valspar within minutes.
We are centrally located near Clearwater beach, St Petersburg beach, islands, St Pete pier, museums, amusement parks like Walt Dysney, , Epcut , Sea World, Bush Gardens, Lego Land, Universal Studios.
Tampa airport is only 45 minutes away and have a vast amount of places to go and restaurants within 5 to 35 minute drive.
We welcome your visit soon and hope we can entertain your stay with us. My name is Roberto and you can reach out if you have any questions.
