The house is older and seemed like no one had stayed there for a while because it was pretty dusty. However, the house was comfortable and easy to stay in. Check in and out was very easy and the host was very accommodating when we’re a couple hours late because of flight delays. The biggest issues for us were the fence that is visible along the water in one of the photos isn’t there anymore so it was more worrying with our toddler, the fire pit area was full of nails, the stairs leading up to the deck are wobbly, with a couple steps are at different heights, and people other than the host and guests have access to the property that we weren’t aware of. One of the days of our stay, a nephew was using the garage under the Vrbo house to do work on the property next door. He was friendly but some warning would have been appreciated. The pros are that property is quiet with amazing views. We saw a lot of different wildlife including dolphins, alligators, turtles, fish, ducks, Sandhill cranes, and other birds. The property is near attractions, including a splash pad, and the beach. It is close to groceries stores so we were able to do most of our cooking at the house. It was overall a pleasant stay, but I don’t think I would stay there with a toddler again.
