Casa Felice es una casa frente al mar completamente amueblada de 2 habitaciones / 1 baño con vistas espectaculares. La casa tiene capacidad para 4 personas. La casa está situada a sólo 6 kilómetros de Georgetown en un hermoso tramo de playa en Tar Bay. Todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado y ventiladores de techo. Hay una gran sala de estar abierta, comedor y cocina totalmente equipada. Puertas francesas abiertas a una cubierta completa equipada con mesa, sillas y barbacoa. También hay una cubierta amueblada con sillas de salón en la parte delantera de la casa. Relájese y disfrute de una copa de vino mientras disfruta de la belleza natural de Exuma. What a wonderful home to stay in beachside! The place was extremely comfortable and well stocked. You can step onto the beach walk for 5 miles round trip and see about 5 people. Plenty of towels, seating and an amazing sunrise every day! The kitchen was stocked with all the appliances you could ever need. Beth the owner was so pleasant to deal with and even checked in with us after a bad storm to make sure we survived . Great stay that we would highly recommend!

What an amazing place! It really is right on the water. We started every day with coffee on the beach, and the close proximity let us come in and out of the gorgeous ocean whenever we liked! The house is extremely clean, well maintained, and comfortable! It was like having all of the convenience of being at home, except you get to be on the Exuma beach front! Wifi in the house was great as well. Truly an unforgettable experience!!!

Breathtaking ocean-front location. Expansive front deck for lounging in the sun or shade, eating outside. Incredibly well-stocked, spacious kitchen. Comfortable beds and furniture. A friendly & responsive owner and awesome property manager. Casa Felice was this and more! Did I mention its location on Tar Bay, the ideal "in-between everything" on the island?While the beach is only steps away, care needs to be taken to navigate past the rocks to get to the water. If you took little kids, I'd definitely give them a hand to get safely past the rocks.Thank you, Beth and Wade, for a fabulous stay at Casa Felice. We'll be back!

Spectacular view!

Very relaxing and enjoyable stay. The house is as described and pictured, and the views are amazing. The beach access comes and goes, but the beach is great when you can get to it!

Fabulous week at Casa Felice

The house was fabulous and the exactly as described. We had a great week. The beach was perfect as well. The wind made the surf a little rough but also helped with keeping the bugs from being a problem. We explored more of the island on this trip and visited most every beach. Much thanks to Beth for her support and for Wade and his support during our stay.

Best beach house we have ever rented!!

Comfortable bed! The kitchen had everything we needed. Great location, very centrally located! Amazing beach and view out front, and the beach was extremally private! We can't wait to go back.

Best house in Exuma!

This was our 4th trip to the island and the best house we've rented yet! Awesome location, fully stocked and BREATH TAKING views!!!! We are already planning out next trip and hope this house will be available again.

This place was exactly as the pictures show it to be. Extremely accurate. Right on the beach. Paddle boards, kayak, snorkeling equipment- everything we needed and an extremely well stocked house. Very private facing the beach. I rent w VRBO or like sites several times a year- Beth is the MOST responsive owner I’ve ever dealt with. Literally responding within 30 minutes or less almost every time. I’d highly recommend this place- we were a family of 4 adults- plenty of space(big kitchen living room area- wide open). Lots of space and great location. Central. It’s about 35 minutes either direction to get to Exuma Point(the one end of the island) and then about 35 minutes to get to the other end(Little Exuma). Highly recommend!

Amazing Getaway

Our family loved our stay at this beautiful home. The view of the ocean from the living area and deck is stunning. The house is very comfortable and well appointed with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. We enjoyed walks on the beach - very beautiful area. We would love to return!

Truly a dream from start to finish. The house has the most incredible view with lush landscaping it’s gorgeous. House is just as pictured online. Host was a gem and went over and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. This is a magical spot and we will absolutely be back!

Beautiful Property

Casa Felice is a beautiful property with breathtaking views of the ocean. We found the property to be very well maintained and the kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy a great holiday meal. The hosts were great help with suggesting activities, restaurants, and a photographer on the island, many of which can be hard to find with google searches). Would definitely recommend you stay here!

Excellent Experience

This home is centrally located on the island. We found it easy to get into town or visit locations on the north or south ends of the island from the location. The house was very clean and VERY well appointed. Plenty of privacy on the outdoor seating areas and the beach out back is perfection. We loved our time at Casa Felice and can’t wait to return. Finally, I have to mention the communication and coordination with the property owners. From booking to checking out, the owners were engaged, responsive, and extremely helpful.
