I'm a local real estate appraiser in the Palm springs and Joshua Tree National Park area. I have lived here since 1977. I enjoy running and cycling the over 5,000 mountain and park trails. International events such as Coachella Fest, Stagecoach and BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament are even more fun when you live here. The desert it is an amazing place. Aside from it's obvious beauty, it's safe, fun, worldly and there's always lots to do here. I hope you love the desert as much as I do.

We loved Tomer's place, it was exactly as it looked online and as described by Tomer in our communications with him: quiet, private, enclosed, stylish, clean, and near all the major amenities of Palm Desert like El Paseo, the living desert, hiking trails and golf. It was perfect for our two little dogs, as they had an enclosed, private back yard with 2 grapefruit trees that they could frolic in and stay safe. The master bedroom and living room were spacious and bright. Tomer was also highly responsive, particularly when we had a schedule change that he was able to accommodate. We would definitely stay there again!

This home is located in a beautiful upscale neighborhood- quiet & peaceful, yet minutes away from all your amenities in Palm Desert & El Paseo! I loved the beautiful décor, comfy bed (TV in bedroom!) and a private and secure back yard for my pooch, Scratch. Thank you Tomer for providing us with an unforgettable experience!!

Very close to downtown El Paseo, 150 golf courses and walking distance to the Living Desert Zoo & Garden. This is a convenient must do. There is also a bar and restaurant inside the Desert Zoo & Garden.
Very close to all the major attractions such as Coachella Fest, Stage Coach festival and the BNP Paribas Tennis Stadium.
