NUEVO PISO EN PORCHE DE 3 TEMPORADAS !!!! La cabaña de Selkie Village unidad # 166 en Beach Dreams está muy bien decorada y se encuentra en una de las MEJORES ubicaciones de la propiedad. Tiene pisos de madera noble en todas partes con un porche muy privado de 3 estaciones que se apoya en el bosque. Hay un televisor de pantalla plana grande en la sala de estar, así como un televisor en cada habitación que incluye cable, HBO, Showtime y WiFi. Relaxing, Spotless, and Exactly as Described!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was spotless and had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. We loved the three-season porch and the gas grill for relaxing evenings. The complex felt very quiet and safe, and the pool and hot tub were a great bonus. The location is fantastic—close to great restaurants and beautiful beaches. The host was very responsive and accommodating, which made everything even better. This was one of our best vacations ever! Highly recommend!

Great property and location for families

Very nice property and convenient location for family with young kids. Paul was an excellent communicator. Property was clean, comfortable and owner provided a well stocked home which we were very impressed with ( plenty of linens, pillows, paper toiletries, ice, beach gear, etc.). We would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at Paul's cottage. He was a responsive and organized host who ensured every single detail was accounted for both before and throughout our stay. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy the week. The three-season porch was perfect for relaxing and dining. Beach Dreams felt safe, well-managed and convenient to everything. The pool was a treat for two daughters ages 7 and 4. Overall, a wonderful stay and we hope to return in the future!

Lovely Spot

Host was friendly, available , and very helpful. Cottage was welcoming and met all of our expectations and more. Very clean, updated, and had everything we needed for a week near the beach. Recommend highly to anyone visiting the area. You won’t be disappointed!

Nicely decorated cabin in a condo development. Paul, the owner, communicated frequently and usually answered queries within minutes. Very clean area--never saw any graffiti or roadside trash anywhere from Saco to York. Rte One traffic is challenging, but certainly not as bad as rush hour in our hometown. Great vacation spot for a couple, or a family with one or two small kids.

A month in Wells

Perfect spot to relax, enjoy the beach, the sun, walk, and then make a meal and read or tv in the evening. We could sit out front in the morning shade with our coffee or enjoy the sun later in the day after visiting the pool. We enjoyed every day.

Maine in the fall

Paul was a great host and made us feel at home! The cottage was clean and comfortable. It is close to everything yet quiet and peaceful. Maine is beautiful in the fall- hope to make this an annual event!

The house was spotless - very clean! The house was well maintained, nice, bright and tastefully decorated. I especially loved to relax in front of the fireplace. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed.Paul, the owner was a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating. I have stayed at several VRBO and have to say Paul was one of the nicest owners. The location of the house is centrally located for visits to all the small towns and beaches nearby.I would not hesitate to stay again and highly recommend this house and Paul to anyone looking for a great place to stay!!!!

The perfect little cottage

We loved this cottage! It was perfect for our family. Paul was an amazing host and was very attentive to all of our needs. We brought our bikes with us and most of our days consisted of playing pickleball and then riding our bikes to the pool where we swam and then played ping pong in the clubhouse.

A wonderul getaway in Maine and a very attentive host

We stayed in this magnificent cottage, very well decorated, clean and stocked with everything we need to make our lives easier. Paul was a perfect host, very attentive. We appreciated the beach accessories made available to us, the BBQ, the nearby tennis court and the swimming pool, all in a safe environment for our two daughters. We highly recommend this rental.

Paul could not have been more helpful. The cottage was stocked with all we needed. The quiet location is a plus along with the convenience to so many places we wanted to visit. Will be sure to book again.

While there are many properties listed for rent at Beach Dreams that you can choose from, I believe you will not find one better situated, more well-appointed than this cottage. It really has a great amount of privacy being located against the wooded area. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!
