Precioso frente al mar 2ª planta unidad totalmente actualizado y que muestra muy bien. Lanai cuatro asientos para cenar al aire libre con vistas fabulosas de la bah��a de Kona y los inolvidables atardeceres de Kona. complejo de vacaciones muy popular entre los piscina frente al mar y jacuzzi, barbacoa y un área de picnic. Ver los delfines y las ballenas se divierten en la temporada de la privacidad de su Lanai. Convenientemente ubicado a pocos minutos del centro de Kona, Ir de compras, restaurantes y la buena mesa. Hay una unidad independiente de A / C en la sala de estar. Bueno para el área inmediata, pero no para toda la unidad, incluyendo dormitorios.
Sea Village es un proyecto para no fumadores. No se permite fumar dentro de las unidades, así como en cualquier lugar dentro del proyecto.

The property has a lovely view of the ocean and is conveniently located in a safe environment. I appreciate seeing the view but the unit gets extremely hot in the afternoons despite the ac unit and additional fans. I think having the option to use blackout curtains would help keep the unit much cooler. We were advised not to over use the ac or there would be an additional charge. Despite a hefty cleaning fee we were responsible for doing some of the laundry and returning all dishes to their respective spots. Usually, turning on the dishwasher (not putting the dishes away) and emptying the trash is all that is required.

Thank you for your review. Lanai blinds are a consideration. Because the unit faces North and not directly West into sunset, the few hours of afternoon sun have not been an issue with previous guests. We have the highest electric in all of the US so we request that a guest think green and only use A/C as needed and not while away from the unit. We have not had to charge anyone to date. The guest was not required to do any laundry as previous nights and departure day linens & towels were told to be left for cleaners as per contract. Rinsing and putting dishes in dishwasher is fine as long as dirty dishes are not left out. Respectfully submitted. Management

Great location. View was amazing with tropical fish below and a broad view of Kona. Spacious two bedroom with pull out couch. Would happily stay again.

Arrival was easy. It was close to downtown Kona but not walking distance. The unit was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need! Response to questions or issues was super quick! The view from the deck was amazing and the unit was quiet. The beds we’re comfortable and the closets had beach items available for use. Would definitely recommend if you’re visiting Kona!

Our unit was perfect. It had everything we wanted/needed for our stay and more. Beautiful view and grounds. We have stayed at the Sea Village many times and this unit did not dissapoint. Can't beat the location. Would stay here again.

Great Ocean Front View

Easy to find location on Alii Dr, quick walk to downtown. Great salt water pool and view, Condo had more then enough supplies, there was nothing we needed. Several beach chairs and snorkeling equipment was available.

We saw dolphins, colorful fish, surfers (we had some big waves during our stay), swimmers, boats and even a cruise ship. Throw in your binoculars, we used ours everyday we were there. Also, the bedroom air conditioners kept us nice and cool at night.

What a view!

Location was great, a short drive to downtown Kona. Property and condo were clean and just as described. Coffee on the lanai every morning was something to look forward to, beautiful view! This was our second time staying at Sea Villlage and we’ll be back! The only con, the condo was warm and the AC unit could not keep up.

Loved our stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our condo was the perfect size for the 4 of us. The view was amazing. Waking up and sitting on the lanai with a cup of coffee and the ocean right there was breathtaking. The grounds were beautiful with community BBQ’s to cook on was very nice. We had dinner outside 2 nights. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Communication with the property manager was very easy. Responses were very quick.

Great stay

Unfortunately there had been no cleaning to the unit when we first arrived. We notified manager and waited on the deck until unit cleaned. The house cleaners were very nice and super efficient. The view was spectacular so the wait definitely did not discourage us. Great place, great beds, great view. Can’t ask for more.

Nice but a/c was a joke

This property should not be listed as air conditioned. The portable unit did absolutely nothing! i saw other reviews saying a/c was bad, but expected the best. It was miserable sleeping. Recommend vertical blinds to help keep out setting sun heat. Washing machine leaked - needs bew seal. Location was great. Pool area was great. Grill/picnic area was great.

Would have enjoyed it better if.....

-I would have realized that air conditioner did not affect bedrooms. In May is was hot and uncomfortable sleeping-even with fans. -Neighbors above weren't so noisy and heavily footed with small child running around. -Neighbor did not smoke pot in the morning while I was doing yoga -Bedrooms weren't at front of condo facing common area and walkway that was also very noisy. Condo was what you paid for...mid-range. Had roach when we came in and finishes were also. Bed and pillows were awful-towels and amenities were great. View was amazing but no great beaches nearby-had to drive 30 minutes. Overall we much prefer Maui or Kauai for the effort and cost.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arrived 6PM. Neither bed made up, towels in washer & dryer.Dish washer never did work right. New washer installed, used once and it leaked water badly. Refrigerator ice maker broken. Leaked water and ice. Not fixed prior to departure. Went without nearly entire stay. Tiresome doing dishes by hand. King mattress way too soft for comfort. Pool & hot tub both closed for cleaning 5 days.

Fantastic Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in the condo for 16 days in January 2025. The views and lanai are outstanding. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, baking ware, coffee pot, toaster etc. The two bedrooms are good size. The condo has a lot of beach gear, including chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, towel and beach toys for children. The unit is in close proximity to the pool. The pool is lovely and very welcoming temperature wise. The unit also has lots of games and books for entertainment. Also, a tv in living room and one bedroom. The condo can get quite warm for sleeping. There is an air conditioning unit in the living room but in my opinion, it serves no purpose. There is no elevator. There is plenty of parking. We plan on returning to this unit next January. The host of the unit is very responsive to any questions or issues.
