"Esta elegante casa unifamiliar 3B / 2B está a solo minutos de The Village Meridian y 1. 5 millas de la autopista. Hay una tienda de comestibles (Albertson's) y restaurantes a poca distancia.

La cocina está totalmente equipada (ahorre $$ al comer), el garaje para 2 autos y el enorme patio trasero cercado para mascotas, niños y barbacoa es para su uso exclusivo.

Las habitaciones están configuradas para el máximo descanso. Duerme como una piedra en la cómoda cama tamaño king en el dormitorio principal, o la reina y duplica en los otros dos dormitorios.

It was a very amazing stay, I had a friend of mine fly in for a week from Arkansas for both of our birthdays. His being on the 19th and mine being on the 24th. The house was a perfect accommodation for us. It was very close to a lot of grade A restaurants along with being placed in a very nice neighborhood. It was always quiet and there was the occasional law enforcement vehicle cruising through the neighborhood making us feel very safe. The location is also only 13 minutes from downtown Boise, a great location to see steelhead or bsu games while also accommodating for the Boise nightlife. It also has 3 nice bedrooms if you plan on visiting while having a family. The pricing is also very reasonable. 15/10 would stay again

Nice, clean home in quiet neighborhood. Kitchen well-equipped and having BBQ grill was great. Bath towels really big and thick!

Nice quite place to stay

This town home is in a nice quite neighborhood. It is three bedrooms and has plenty of room to gather as a family. They have a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of dishes. You might want to bring your own dishcloth and towels.

Our stay over Thanksgiving

Property manager, location all great . Inside could use little refreshing and updating. carpet appeared dirty with stains, bedding needed refreshing looking alittle warn. Home was clean .

Great location, great experience, great customer service

I stayed for a week. The week was a bit wonky and a few things went sideways while staying at this home…none of which could be controlled by the owner. BUT she definitely made it all right by being very responsive, kind, caring, and ready to fix anything. I felt well taken care of and will be booking this home again.

Quick help.

This was a nice place to stay. We found someone had let their dog sleep in one of the beds and the sheets were not changed. We called the manager and quickly someone came with clean sheets, extra blankets and changed the bed.

We have stayed at over 20 Vacation Rentals, and this home was deplorable! Everything was worn out, damaged, and looked like everything came from the Good Will Store. Carpets were stained & filthy, couch completely broken down to where you were sitting on the wood frame. Sheets had black hairs all over them, , and we couldnt even sleep in the master bed. We had to wash those sheets, and were horrified to see the mattress cover - GROSSLY STAINED!No pillow protectors on any pillows - with GROSS stains on ALL pillows. I took pictures of everything, and would like a full refund!!!Owner was notified, and his solution was to send someone over to clean sheets, and look at couch. Couch needs replaced - nothing else.This home does not meet the standards to be rented out, AT ALL!!!Coffee table was damaged beyond repair with stains, etc.Baseboards filthy, as well.

Nice place, decent neighborhood, AWFUL neighbors.

The neighborhood was decent and convenient to where we needed to be. The house was nice enough, looked clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen and some soaps in the bathrooms. Upon arrival we always check the security of the property and every window was unlocked, which obviously we took care of. We were there for 3 nights and 2 of nights the neighbors that share a wall were partying with incredibly loud music and yelling literally all night long. On the last morning, Sunday at 7am, when we left they were still going strong at an extreme volume level. A few guys came out and got in cars to leave about the time we were leaving. Because of the neighbors- we won’t be back next time we’re in town.

Never Again

Let me start by saying, you will not be dealing with the OWNER of this property. It's a management company, so the "O" in VRBO does not exist. It was stressful in dealing with this third party management company as you will receive several emails (contracts, fees, etc) that do not pertain to your stay which just confuses things. So my experience from the start was less than positive. Next, this place was filthy. Most kitchen drawers had crumbs and dirt in them; the baseboards were dusty and disgusting; bathroom counters were dirty; lifting up the cushions on the couch exposed a whole mess of hair, food scraps, dirt, and other debris. We constantly had to deal with bugs in the home which was a direct result of it being so dirty. One would expect a spotless rental after paying a cleaning fee? Moving on from the lack of cleanliness, the propane tank for the outdoor BBQ was empty when we arrived and the back yard was littered with sticker weeds. So bad that one could not comfortably walk around in the back yard barefoot. Lastly there was pre-existing damage throughout the home, broken blinds, holes/scuff marks on the walls, damaged baseboards. All in all this place was a failure. My family came all the way from western Europe to visit my wife and I, and I was really disappointed that they had to stay in this place. We paid good money for a sub-par rental. If you want a clean, comfortable, and stress-free experience than DO NOT book your stay at this property.

Great Townhouse

My wife and mother-in-law recently stayed at the Townhouse and had a great time. The townhouse is situated close to shopping and many activities. Great quiet neighborhood. We had everything we needed in the townhouse and it has a big backyard for our dogs. Close but far enough away from the interstate. Very comfortable and would stay there again when we are in the area.

Comfortable beds, linens. Furniture needs a bit more attention between visitors. Outside garbage was full. Great backyard for pets. Nice short term rental but cleanliness of bathtubs could have been better. Thank you.
