We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is well stocked. The location was perfect for our stay. I host was responsive. The only thing is that we did not discover a pull out couch till the end of our stay.

We really appreciated the opportunity to stay at this property. It had everything we needed for a four night stay as a family of four with children. The carpet does need to be replaced in the master bedroom and there was carpet in the bathroom. The master bedroom mattress was very soft, but our stay was lovely and we appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, the location, the amazing communication of the owners, and the layout of the house. It’s a great house. We will book again, when available.

Very nice. Sugesstion would be to make shower accommodations for disabled individuals. Grab bars at shower locations.

The house was great and true to the description. We especially appreciated having a clean, empty garage where we could unload our bikes and camping gear while we stayed at the rental before the next leg of our trip. Our kids really loved the HOA pool. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed.The only issues we had was the super soft master mattress. It was so soft that we seriously considered bringing in our camping mattress and sleeping on the floor instead. Additionally, the sheets put on the master bed were so worn that the corners of the fitted sheet no longer any static left to help them stay in place. We kept waking up to a fitting sheet that came off overnight. Luckily, I found another set of sheets in the master closet. They were pretty worn, too, but the elastic worked better. Overall, loved the house except for the poor sleep I got in the master bed.

Family vacation

Beautiful home inside and out, very comfortable, had everything we needed. Great location, close to grocery stores (love the Albertsons Market- huge store), close to restaurants. Did not want to leave when the time came.

The wedding party

Great house with plenty of room to breathe. The yard is small so you don’t have any room to play but there is a grill which is nice. We were disappointed that the pool wasn’t open yet. One of the main reasons we chose the house was because of the community pool. Overall though it was a great stay. I would recommend staying here.

Perfect place for our family

The house was in a great location, VERY clean and VERY WELL STOCKED with so many items. I was there with my daughter and son to visit Boise State. My parents drove from OR to meet up with us. The house was perfect for all of us and their dog! We would absolutely request to rent again.

Wonderful Family Rental!

My family recently stayed here while visiting my son who attends Boise State University. We had his grandparents with us so the spacious single level home with 3 bedrooms and large kitchen with lots of seating allowed us all to be very comfortable throughout our stay. The house was convenient to lots of stores and restaurants and we appreciated all of the great communication with the hosts in advance of our visit. The house was stocked with everything we needed and we had fun ordering pizza and watching movies on the DVD player. The garage was also nice to park inside of at night and made carrying groceries inside easy. There were many nice amenities and personal touches on top of being very clean. This is a really great property and I hope we can stay here again soon!

Week in Boise

Home is nicely located with easy accessible to multiple restaurants and surrounding area. Very comfortable, clean and spacious with all necessary kitchen accessories etc.. We will stay here again on our next trip to Boise.

Feels Like Home

The home is very clean, spacious and comfortable. There are lots of towels, throws, and blankets. The kitchen is well-stocked. The owners were very accommodating and responded promptly. Check-in/check-out process was simple. We have stayed at this property twice and it doesn’t disappoint. Whenever we plan a trip to Boise, we always check to see if this home is available.When we first walked into the house on our last trip, my granddaughter exclaimed, “We’re home!”

Laurie and Darrell Burchfield are both Realtors and have been for a total of over 51 years of experience. Married for over 44 years with 4 children and 8 grandchildren of which most of them live within 20 minutes or less from them. Darrell is an Idaho native, graduated from Borah High and played football for University of Idaho. Laurie is from Virginia but thinks of herself as a proud Idahoan after living here for the last 32+ years. We love Idaho and feel blessed to be part of such a friendly and welcoming population!

This property is part of the Settlers Bridge subdivision which has one of the most enjoyable and unique community pools in the whole Treasure Valley. That, in conjunction with the availability and unhindered access to Eagle Road and to the newest and nicest mall in Idaho, The Village Mall. You are literally only minutes to the Airport, The Idaho Center, Albertson's Stadium, less than an hour to Bogus Basin Ski Area or Lucky Peak Reservoir. So much to do and so little travel time to get to it!!
