Great stay!

Our family of six loved our stay at this property! It was exactly as listed, beach access was very close, and we loved the fenced yard with the pool. There was plenty of space for us to spread out, and the host had beach towels, chairs, a beach wagon ext which was an added bonus. Would absolutely stay again!

The house was absolutely perfect. It was very clean and comfortable for everyone. The communication with the property manager was great and we appreciated the flexibility. We would definitely rent again!!!

Everything was perfect except parking. Really needs 3 car spaces but grateful for overflow option. This was a beautiful home with so many great things and we really appreciated getting to work with Jessica. She’s great!

Just steps to a beach path and close to the Sea Pines entry gate. Very roomy house, well stocked and Jessica was great to work with.

Great house and location. Short walk to the beach and bike trails outside your door. It is a cannot miss. Was hoping to stay longer, but the house was already booked.

Great homey feeling house. Carpet is being replaced soon and was our only complaint. The surrounding homes were quiet and people were very welcoming. We saw deer on the beach and just enjoyed the private beach area. Would definitely visit again!

Wonderful location to beach

Nice home. Functional but not overly fancy. 1-2 minute walk to the beach. Two king rooms perfect for husband & self & brother-in-law. Plus, extra bunk room didn’t use. Two king rooms have own bathrooms. Bunk room has to was bathroom on other side of house. Dog friendly too.

This was a really pretty home very close to the beach. It had comfortable beds and we were grateful about it being pet friendly. The only issue we had were the bugs…they were really bad and prevented us from being able to be outside at all or from using the small pool. We would get eaten alive the moment we stepped outside. The property manager said the property was due for a spray anytime so maybe it would be bettter after that. Overall, a nice stay in beautiful Sea Pines! Thank you!

Great location and house! Beautiful pool area!

We absolutely loved this property. It was just a few minute walk to the beach. The pool and outdoor area was amazing and a great size. We brought our 2 dogs with us. The entire back area was fenced in which was great. The house layout was perfect for our family. The house was well stocked with anything you could need for the kitchen, pool, and beach. It was very easy to communicate with the property managers. We would definitely love to rent this house again for a future stay!

Fantastic Location

This was a great house for our Thanksgiving gathering - SO close to the beach! I have stayed at "oceanfront" hotels that had longer walks to the shore. I had brought kitchen supplies I thought I might need - mixer, casserole dishes, etc - but they were all supplied there! Wonderful gathering area for games and jigsaw puzzles, plus a generous deck/pool area for outdoor time. Beds/bedding were very comfortable.

Dorian interuption!!

This house was great, I loved having that little den area away from the living room. Nice hideaway! The only small thing that needed repaired was a transition bar between the master bedroom and bath (the carpet tack strip was exposed and those little nails hurt!!!) - We placed a rug over to prevent getting cut. With the small interruption for the "Dorian" storm in the middle of the week (we only lost 1 day) Everything was great!!!

Great House in Sea Pines!

We really loved the layout of the house. Three couples and each had their own private bathroom. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need! The living room was a great place to gather around to watch movies and play games. The house sat 4 rows back from the beach-a short 2-3 minute walk. The home was very clean and the shed out back had a wagon, beach chairs and several pool toys. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. Bikes were a bonus! We would definitely stay here again!

The home was very nice and spacious. Nicely decorated and I loved they didn't just use all white towels in the bathrooms. We lived that it was waking distance to the beach and it had a pool at the house. I lived that it was not far from restaurants so it was an easy drive to get there. I wish we could've stayed one more day. The only thing that I wish the cleaning fees was not so high and it also would've been nice to have gotten some of the fees back if the place was left in good condition. I've rented other vacation rentals and I normally get at least the deposit fees back. I loved that the owners responded to questions I had before we got there. Plus Jessica gave me great suggestions on things to do and see while we were there. I would definitely book this property again. It felt like we had our own section of the beach. My family and i had s great time and can't wait to go back to make me memories.

The house was clearly a home—tasteful furnishings and fully equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable and everyone had their own bathroom. The walk to the beach was close by and lovely as well. And the neighborhood was beautiful. We were delighted!

HHI vacation at Laughing Gull Road

The property was as advertised and the property managers (Sea Pines Rentals) were great to work with. The unit was spacious and 'southern leisure' at its best. A small snafu with the grill was resolved with alacrity and professionalism by the property manager, Jessica. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish it could have been longer (and a little warmer ... April is the cruelest month)

Great week in Sea Pines

Had a great stay in HHI. The property was in a great spot in Sea Pines….very close to the beach and a short ride to restaurants. Bike rides everyday on the beach and to get meals were very enjoyable. House was as advertised. Had everything we needed. Loved our week in HHI!

Great house in Sea Pines

Everything you need to enjoy time in Hilto Head and the beach. The walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes. The neighborhood is quiet. Having the pool in the backyard is an added bonus.

Very nice great location

Everything from booking to getting checked in to the pet sheets that were provided and the house itself it was a great overall stay. The kitchen was well stocked but kind of disorganized. Little disappointed with the ice maker the one with the fridge was broke and the built in one was very slow in producing ice. The grill could use some updating but overall everything was good.
