Luminoso y soleado condominio orientado al sur en el edificio más cercano a la playa! Escapada perfecta para una familia de hasta 6 personas. Este condominio del tercer piso cuenta con una cama completa, 2 literas, sofá cama, cocina completa y balcón privado. A solo unos pasos de la piscina privada, la playa, el tiki bar y el puesto de hielo raspado. A pocos pasos de restaurantes, parque infantil y pistas de tenis. Durante el verano hay actividades semanales que incluyen Pool Dance Party, noches de cine, charlas sobre la vida silvestre y artes y manualidades para los niños.

We really enjoyed our trip, this was our 5th year staying at the Tennis Resort. Apart from a few small cleanliness issues that the owner was quick to resolve and a lack of kitchen utensils (silverware) it was a great vacation.

Nice stay for long weekend

We enjoyed our stay, the location was close to everything and the walk to beach/pool wasn’t far. Our family had fun and we’d definitely come back here.

Great Stay!

We had an awesome stay here! The room was clean and the host was very responsive to any questions we had. Would stay here again! However there is only one elevator in the building and its a fairly long walk to the elevator from this room. All in all, we had a great stay here.

Great vacation

Loved staying at this condo for many reasons, the most kid friendly condo, which is very helpful for my family. There was plenty of space and room and to not worry about things being upset or broken. Jeremy was quick to respond to any needs/questions I had, and made check in super easy. Not to mention the amazing view from the balcony. Overall, would stay in his condo again if the availability is open next year :) Especially because my parents are in the same building my older kiddos were so happy to go right down stairs to visit.

After holiday much needed getaway

Had a lovely few days relaxing at the beach. Weather was perfect , location and accommodations were just what we expected. Definitely will be returning .

Thanksgiving Weekend

This was a great place to stay in the off-season for an extremely reasonable rate. The unit could use a few updates, but with the excellent price point, I was more than okay without the updates. Very clean and excellent communication with owner!

Spent another 2 weeks at this condo. Had a great stay. Absolutely love the view from the balcony. Unit had everything we needed. Jeremy was so kind and was able to extend our stay. Will be back again.

Owner asked for suggestions to make stay better for renters reached lit said I would not leave a negitive review However after sending photos of all,the issues and suggestions of finding a new cleaning service I never heard back fro the owner so therefore I would hate to have a future renter to experience the lack of cleanliness as you can see the issues mold on ceiling and on shower curtain filth under refrigerator dust on curtain folds vent dirty drips on kitchen cabinets and dried food on kitchen colander to just list a few issues So future renters be advised this unit was definitely not up to proper cleanliness!

Always a pleasure staying in Jeremy’s unit. He was quick to resolve a problem we had with the door lock. New lock installed on Christmas Eve. We really appreciate everything he did.

Great location

We had a great 3 night stay at HH Beach and Tennis resort. This is my fifth stay at this resort and Jeremy’s condo provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay. There's s fantastic ocean view from the balcony, and a very short walk to the pool and beach. Condo was very neat and clean and we had plenty of room. I would definitely stay here again!

Mold on the ceiling

I wouldn’t have had any issues if there wasn’t mold growing on the ceilings. When we walked in we were immediately hit by the smell. I contacted the owner on the first day to get someone to clean it up. The owner said someone would get sent to clean the mold but no one came the entire week we were there. I was the one who slept in the living room and dealt with sinus issues as a result. It was disappointing being told the issue would get resolved then being completely ignored.

Great little spot

If u are looking for a budget friendly spot to relax close to the beach, this is it. If u are looking for a boujie 5 star resort experience this isn't it just know what u are looking for. That being said this place was more economical than most of the hotels and the hotels all had aweful reviews. This condo is a quick walk to the beach, easy drive to everywhere, hot showers with good pressure, comfy main bed and free wifi,. The bunk beds are kinda small so maybe not great if u have teens coming with u but i would book here again in a heart beat. Owner has excellent.communication. i have no complaints!

Repeat Guests - already looking forward to next time!

My husband and I returned to this property in December 2022 after also staying here during a similar timeframe the previous year. We were delighted with how clean the villa was and appreciated the extra towels provided as well as updates such as a new patio door, coffee table, and refrigerator. The only bummer was that the stove/oven did not seem work. We love the third floor location and the resort overall. I rented a bike from the resort for the duration of our stay and throughly enjoyed daily bike rides as well as walks/runs on the beach. We can’t wait to return again next year!

Only think I liked was location of condo. The smell was horrible, I could barely breathe in their - I don't know if it was from the actual dust and what looked like mold on the ceiling near the vents which were covered in dust - or if there was something sprayed to try to cover it, I had to leave the sliding door open to breathe. I did not get parking passes for my arrival and spent about 1.5 hours trying to get parking so I could get through the gates to the condo. After driving almost 6 hours. Very disappointing experience. Not sure where exceptional reviews some from. Paid a lot for this too. Also bike rental company onsite gave us a bike with a broken chain that fell off about 20 minutes into ride...we had to walk back. They should check all bikes before renting them.

My wife and I visited Hilton Head Island with our daughter in the summer of 2018. We fell in love, our daughter made a part-time friend who also has a condo onsite and we decided to buy our condo. When my father passed and left me some money we decided to use that to purchase our condo.

I have worked in Customer service for over 20 years and my wife is an Assistant Principal at a local elementary school. We love to travel, especially to the beach where we can relax in the sun and listen to the waves. Our daughter is content just hanging out at the pool.

We are expecting our second child in August and are excited to bring him to the beach. We have put our condo on VRBO in order to provide an affordable place for people to vacation. Our focus is on ensuring that our guests have a world class stay.

We hope that you will choose to stay with us and that we can make it everything you wished for your vacation.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We picked this location due to its laid back atmosphere and the fact that it is less crowded than other resorts closer to Coligny and Sea Pines. We loved that it is on the 3rd floor and has a view of the ocean.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We always are listening to our guests and making adjustments to our amenities. Based on these we are adding addition towel hangers on the balcony, bringing more games and a Blue Ray player when we go this summer. We want to make our place somewhere people want to return and visit.
