Ocean Dunes 311 es una villa muy bien remodelada de un dormitorio, 1 baño frente al mar que tiene una cocina totalmente equipada, sala de estar combinada de comedor y dormitorio separado con una cama tamaño queen, así como una cama tamaño queen en la sala de estar. El balcón de la sala de estar ofrece una vista directa del océano, así como una gran vista de la hermosa piscina frente al mar. Cada villa en Ocean Dunes ofrece servicio de internet inalámbrico.

El Ocean Dunes Complex es una propiedad frente al mar aproximadamente a 70 yardas de la playa en South Forest Beach Drive y está a una corta distancia a pie de Coligny Plaza, que tiene muchas excelentes tiendas y restaurantes maravillosos.

Spring Golf Trip

Reviewer Comments: Ocean Dunes Villa 311 was an awesome location and we had an amazing ocean front view! The beach was just gorgeous! Rented beach chairs and an umbrella. The lifeguards were so friendly and efficient! Overall we truly enjoyed our vacation! It was very close to Coligny with wonderful shops and restaurants!The bed was super comfortable! The shower has recently been updated and is very nice! The kitchen is small but has everything you need in there and is laid out very well, the space is maximized! Only two suggestions: first the villa needs a little TLC. The balcony furniture is unraveling it needs to be replaced. The living room furniture is uncomfortable, pillows/cushions are flat and also needs to be replaced. Planter for decoration in living room should just be discarded very old and outdated. Second suggestion is to put in more hooks and shelves the space is small but could be maximized so much better with just a few inexpensive storage options. We just felt like we had to live out of our suitcases because the space is just not user friendly.Only one complaint with Vacation Time Rental overall they were very helpful but upon checkout I called to let them know that our unit had not been sprayed for pests since 1/28/22 and was on a two month schedule and was overdue. I did not want them to spray while I was there but felt it should be done before the unit was rented again because we did have to deal with bugs. I did not feel the person I spoke to was receptive to my concern.We will return to Hilton Head Island hopeful next Spring. And I would consider staying at this location again!

Great views!

The property was exactly as advertised. The place was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Views from the balcony were great for watching the ocean waves and beach while enjoying a beer or wine. Conveniently located to restaurants and shops.

Older property, but well kept. Great beach area, nice pool. Could have used a few more bowls, needs new cooking pans, really just minor things. Over all it was fine.
