Great place to stay

We had a great time visiting the beach and pool and found some good places to eat within walking distance. The area is great for families with young kids. We plan to visit again.

Great location! Just a short walk to the public beach access. The condo was great, clean and had everything we needed. Be sure to bring your own towels for the beach! It was just what we were looking for! We'll stay there in the future for sure!!

Great location great hosts

We had a great stay at Ashley’s place. The place was walking distance to the beach and there were two pools in the complex and pickleball courts. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and parking right outside the building. Ashley was a great host, very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Cute, clean, comfortable & close to the beach!

This condo was just perfect for our family of 4! Beds were comfy & the kids (8 & 5yrs) loved the bunks. The tile is gorgeous throughout. The photos accurately reflect what the condo looks like. Many things have been updated and the decor/paint is cute & cheerful. We enjoyed nights watching movies through Netflix. We cooked most of the time while we were here and the kitchen had what we needed. I use the washer/dryer often and that is a must when we stay at the beach! We also loved riding the bikes provided, which is a nice savings from renting (we bring the kids' bikes). The owner of this condo is very friendly with great communication. We had a couple of questions and the dishwasher needed a repair when we arrived. This was taken care of with ease. The whole property is very well kept and clean...the outdoor shower is nice for rinsing off after the beach and the pools are pristine. The location is wonderful...you are close to the beach, many restaurants, or the food trucks in Seaside if you choose to bike. We loved our lunch at the Seagrove Marketplace! We drove to many other beach towns & state parks along 30a and also into Panama Beach. This condo was the right fit for our family and our budget!

Excellent host. Very accommodating

Seamless. Contact with the owner was very spontaneous. Had a late request to add 2 people which she quickly accommodated. All timelines were met as agreed and check-in was easy.

Great 30A location

We loved this condo for our family of four! Very easy to walk to the beach but quiet neighborhood. Our only complaint is that both pools were very cold, too cold for our kids to swim in. Communication with owner was great!

Absolutely Perfect Harmony

This lovely condo is aptly named! It is in a wonderful area of the Emerald Coast. Seagrove Beach is beautiful. Lots of white sand and large beach areas. Conveniently located across from the beach access and sirounded by many bike and walking paths. The condo has everything you need. It was a wonderful place to spend our vacation. Will be back.

Wonderful stay

It’s was a wonderful time for me and my friends that stayed. Everything we needed was provided for us. Pots, pans, utensils, plates, bowls, and forks spoons and knives. Even had a blender for margaritas. The washer and dryer was located at n the patio...we could not find it at first but after I reread the email the host sent us they clearly told us where it was located so that was our fault. The place is literally a 5 minute walk to the closest beach access it’s right across the street and you have a cross walk right out of the complex. There is a beach/rental store with an ice cream shop on your way to the beach on your side of the street that was very convenient. The host also provided WiFi and Netflix for late night. All in all it was a great cozy place to stay at.

Perfect for our family!

Rental was as advertised and even a nicer set up than we expected. Such an easy walk to the beach and so much stuff close by including the mexican restaurant and ice cream just steps from the condo. The owners were super nice and responsive. We definitely plan to return!

Wonderful Week!

We had a great time in this condo at Seagrove Beach. It was just the right size for our family of two adults and two children, ages 2 and 5. It had everything we needed for a fun week of vacation. Our children enjoyed all the board games and toys! We loved how easy it was to walk to the beach. It was so handy being next to a beach store for extra hats and sunscreen, and even better, the ice cream store that was next to us as well! We walked to the Perfect Pig once for breakfast and to the Donut Hut two different times! 30A is a runner's dream, and it was nice to get up and run in the mornings before the beach. We plan to return to Perfect Harmony hopefully over Fall Break!

My family had a great time

This property was very accommodating for my family of four. My husband and myself, my daughter 17 years old, my niece 20 years old. They slept very comfortably. The house was clean. The girls rode the bikes up and down 30A. They walked the Nature Trail. This property is in A great location. All the stores are in walking distance. I would definitely stay here again. The only issue I had was that the master bedroom bed squeaks a lot any movement you make, but that won’t stop me from staying there again.

Adorable and cozy!

We loved this place! Check in was a breeze, and as soon as we walked into the place it felt like home! The kids loved the bunk beds, the queen bed was super comfortable. We didn’t quite understand the layout, kitchen and living room upstairs and bedrooms downstairs, so you had to be super quiet not to wake anyone. The washer and dryer were a lifesaver, No need to overpack! I had ankle surgery in April so I was a little worried about the walk to the beach, but it wasn’t bad, just pretty much across the street! They had everything we needed and more! The bikes were great to ride to the little shops around town. Location was awesome! Our oldest daughter made friends within the community/neighborhood with some other vacationers her age and they road bikes and swam in the pools constantly! Lol I felt very safe letting her have a little more freedom within the grounds. It really is the perfect family vacation spot! I wish I got to explore the nature trail more, but with my ankle I didn’t want to push it. The bbq area on the pond was a perfect place to have a nice dinner. Water and beach were beautiful, even got to see dolphins and giant sea turtles! Overall it was a fantastic vacation and look forward to booking with them again! Thanks for the wonderful memories Perfect Harmony!!

Great condo much closer to beach than you imagine.

Great condo just a short walk across the street to the public beach access. Next door to a surf shop, ice cream parlor & pizza joint. Well maintained and the owners are responsive to questions. Perfect for our four person family spring break vacation!

Wonderful Girls Getaway!

This adorable condo was absolutely perfect! It was quiet and serene and just a few steps away from the beach. One of my friends called with a minor question about the tv and the owners were so sweet and gracious! We had a fantastic time and will definitely stay again!

Great Time in Florida!

We enjoyed the place and the bikes! Plenty of room for our family and a short walk to the beach. The condo had a good wifi signal for the kids to use all their tablets, phones, etc without much complaint and I liked the pool which was close by. I would recommend this place for a family of 4 or 5. Will be back next time we're in Florida.
