Condominio frente al mar 2/2

Nuestro condominio frente al mar de segundo nivel en Oasis Del Caribe en el área de Boca del Río de San Pedro es un verdadero paraíso caribeño. Puedes sentarte en la terraza con un helado Belikin, relajarte y ver pasar los veleros o contar las olas rompiendo en el arrecife, a solo un cuarto de milla de la costa.
El condominio está ubicado en un vecindario tranquilo compuesto por una mezcla ecléctica de locales, visitantes y pequeñas empresas. Tiendas de buceo y pescado salpican la playa, con divertidos restaurantes y excelentes panaderías a solo unos pasos de distancia. ¡Tiendas cercanas para abastecer su refrigerador!
La ciudad de San Pedro está a 10 minutos a pie por la playa. Galerías de arte, divertidos pubs frente al mar, restaurantes y artesanías hechas a mano en todo el camino.
Nuestro condominio cuenta con 2 habitaciones, una king size y una queen, cada una con su propio baño. Cocina comedor de tamaño completo con todos los electrodomésticos. La sala tiene excelentes vistas del arrecife. Nuestro condominio está decorado con buen gusto con todas las comodidades del hogar, incluyendo TV de pantalla plana, cable, wi-fi, ventiladores de techo y aire acondicionado completo.
El servicio de limpieza está disponible a un costo adicional.
El complejo Oasis tiene una hermosa piscina y un patio con sillones perfectos para relajarse y leer un buen libro. Si planea hacer algo de buceo, esnórquel o cualquier otra excursión, los operadores lo recogerán en nuestro muelle.

Great location. Friendly stuff. It could be cleaned up from random items here and there. The kitchen pots could be restocked for the ones needed like bigger pot for pasta and some pots/pans removed. Provided filter water was great though.

Perfect place to stay !!!

This place was FANTASTIC !! , We LOVED it , cant say enough , beds great ! , had everything we needed and then some , including cushions for the pool loungers , floaties , kitchen was well equiped , Great view , dozens of places to eat or drink steps away , shopping , dive center across the street . This was the perfect way to finish off our 16 day stay ! We will stay here again for sure . Thank you !!!!

Island Paradise

This is a wonderful unit to stay in. It has two spacious bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms along with a foldout couch. The kitchen has everything you need! Walk out the door to the beach or to head to town and do some shopping! I will definitely stay there again!!

We booked this last minute and they were so accommodating. The condo was in a great location, pool well maintained. Hosts even had pool floats and plenty of beach towels. Great restaurants within walking distance. Perfect for our family of 4

Close to what I like to do

Wayo's is right there which is a plus for me as it is my favorite hang out. Less than a quarter mile down the beach is Chuck and Robbies dive shop and plenty of great breakfast places close by. The swimming pool was absolutely spotless. Great stay!

Comfortable and convenient

The condo had everything we needed and then some. Great location, near several convenience stores and restaurants. Bed was comfy, porch had a great breeze to enjoy morning coffee and afternoon drinks. The Nauti Crab us right next door, got a little loud here and there, but they close around midnight. Watching the guitar circle from the balcony was fun, and trivia night. Jose the grounds keeper was a huge help in getting us a new 5 gallon bottle of water. All in all, great place, comfy, not too fancy. Just right

We absolutely adored this place. I have been to San Pedro 4 times now and this is the place I will stay at moving forward. The location is excellent, lots of restaurants, shopping, and it’s right on the ocean. The sunrise and sunset are to die for on the rooftop. You could hear music from the bars next door but stopped early enough that it didn’t bother us. There were no barking dogs to disturb our slumber which can be an issue at other places. We will be back!!

Beautiful and clean

We really enjoyed staying here. My daughter loved having a room and bathroom of her own! This condo is beautifully updated and has plenty of space! The pool is nice, the neighbors are friendly, the location is great! It had everything we needed and more. Please note, that there is a bar right next door. It can be loud, and there is karaoke, but the good news is it shuts down by 10pm.

The location, the amenities, the comfortable beds, everything was great! Walking distance to many restaurants, bars and local shops and bakeries for groceries and small stuff. The condo was equipped for everything we needed to prepare a meal or snacks at home! The balcony with the view of the ocean was perfect for sipping coffee or cocktails! We would definitely recommend staying here and we can't wait to go back

Perfect condo in a central location

Only a few minute walk to the center of town. Walking or bikes are all you need. Golf cart rental for one day to explore the not so secret, Secret Beach. Pool was refreshing. Condo has everything you need. Definitely a return location for us!

Perfect location

I stayed here with my 2 teens. The location was perfect. We were in San Pedro for 4 nights and never needed a golf cart as everything was a quick easy walk. The bakery right out back was a favourite! The washer/dryer was a huge bonus! My one “issue” was that we never had hot water, the closest we got was cool water. That said, I never complained or brought it up as it was SO HOT we were grateful for the refreshing shower! The beds were comfortable and the condo was well stocked with everything we needed.

Nice location on the island, maintenance issues

The pictures of the property are accurate. Nice kitchen with what you need to make meals. Restaurants within walking distance on a quieter part of the island. Communication and check-in with the owner & property manager timely. Great golf cart rental found for us! Maintenance issues with the plumbing -sewer system- in the bathroom nearest the master bedroom made it unusable for half our stay. After using only twice, the maintenance needed was apparent. We stayed around one morning so that the plumbing could be cleared. Read in one review a similar issue and wish I would have heeded the warning. Didn’t feel as if we got our money’s worth with what paid for for this reason. Stay other than that was adequate. Highly recommend Mexican rocks if snorkeling in addition to hol Chan. Laundry was incredibly nice to have, connection to activities was great.

Paradise! And a great location.

Our family of 4 ( including 2 adult kids) had a fabulous week at this condo. The location on the beach was gorgeous as we enjoyed many meals and drinks on the balcony that overlooked the ocean. It was typically a 5 to 10 min. walk to many stores and restaurants though far enough away from the noise of San Pedro. The condo was clean, well furnished, and had a nice pool. Lisa, the owner, was extremely helpful and responsive to the multitude of questions that I had not only about the condo but about Belize in general. She even provided a cell phone. The local manager, Christina, answered questions we had and helped to arrange for Jesus, the taxi driver, to pick us up from the airport. We spent the 1st few days of our time in Belize in the Cayo district and did a day trip to Tikal (rent a car from Crystal at the airport, make reservations beforehand) in Guatamala and a tour of ATM cave (go with Carlos the Caveman). The week at the condo in San Pedro was spent diving with Ecologic Divers; they are reasonably priced, focused on safety, an eco aware business, and their staff is very friendly. Our favorite restaurants: Blue Water Grill, Elvies Kitchen, Lone Star, and Warugama (for the puposas and lobster burritos). Renting bikes from Joe's to ride on the beach north of the toll bridge is fun and cheap- stop at the Palapa bar for a drink.

Great location, view, pool, atmosphere, owner, manager, cleaning service.... All good !

I stayed in the condo from November 10- December 8, 2018. It was just as described. All the amenities that are needed for a long vacation. The convenience of the location allowed for ease in walking to anything needed. No golf cart needed for transportation with the exception on a day trip to Secret Beach. Accommodations for the cart can be made at the local grocery store operator (Mark) for $50 + $10 in taxes/day. Chuck and Robbie’s was the dive operators used located a 10 minute walk along the beach road from the condo. Super Buys was the large grocery store to do the extensive shopping. This was about ½ mile walk so a bag on wheels or a cart for the long listed items. Grocery store around the corner (MUST CHECK EXPIRATION DATES) for the minor items. Other convenient grocery stores at round a-bout good for just about everything. DO NOT forget to use the hammock while people watching on the wrap around patio! Plenty of board games for use also. If you take the steps to the top of the building, there is a viewing deck that is great for star watching also. Tuesday morning (7ish) on the lagoon side has the Mennonite Farmer Market worth visiting. This is a great site for watching the sun set also. Restaurants enjoyed in walking distance of condo while in San Pedro: Hungry Grouper, Mesa, Estel’s Dine by the Sea (Sunday’s bar-b-que at noon especially), Caramaba! Restaurant (pick your own fish and how to have it prepared), Sandy Toes, Palapa Bar and Grill (hamburgers were especially good), Sandbar (excellent pizza and calzone), Boogies Belly (for the meat pies before 11 am).. and many others rated on Trip Advisor.

2nd time staying 4 weeks

Stayed November 6 - December 4, 2021. Great place.... Location, convenience, clean, furnished with everything needed for a month vacation, pool, nightly security, and even comes with hammock for swaying in the breeze on the 2nd story wrap around patio. Friendly neighbors, view of pool and ocean from patio or go rooftop for star viewing or to watch sunrise and/or sunset, walking distance to everything needed. These are all good reasons for me to make a third visit in the future.

SUPER well-stocked condo, fantastic complex!

My husband and 16 yr old son stayed 11 nights in this condo, it was perfection! Best-stocked kitchen (not that we cooked!) and best bed linens and mattresses/pillows we have had in any rental - son even said it was the best bed he'd slept in! (Q BR). All of the furnishings were clean and comfortable. Having a washer/dryer was priceless! Great hot water and really good water pressure. Very thoughtfully equipped with anything and everything you could possibly need. The location is ideal - walk to dozens of bars and restaurants, close to the bridge, convenient to bodegas for supplies. The grounds were immaculately kept daily, including the pool. We don't like staying ground-level - more breeze and security/privacy upstairs - and they had security guards at night, too! 15 units total, seems like mostly short and long-term renters. 3 buildings, each with access up the stairs to the roofs. Parking lot on the street, and ample parking on Boca Del Rio. Of note: what we would consider the "main" bedroom - facing ocean and with the King bed - does not have an en suite bathroom, you do have to go to the hall bath. Nauti Crab is directly next door which is fine most nights except Friday - KAREOKE. Plan to be elsewhere until about midnight, it's rough. Or drink on your balcony and critique the carnage without having to be in the middle, heh! We'd absolutely rent this home again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it! We visit San Pedro every year, and it's been our favorite so far!

Good experience

Although we had a couple of hiccups property manager resolved very quickly. Sun - thurs is relatively quite but with the bar next door being able to open until midnight it was loud. Overall good experience.

We have been traveling to Belize for over 25 years. We always felt that we would eventually buy something here when we had the opportunity. We live in Florida and love the sunshine, water and beaches, but there's something about Ambergris Caye.....

We purchased this condo because it fits us perfectly. We enjoy the quiet neighborhood, but love to go to town for entertainment which is a little stroll down the beach. It doesn't have that "resort" style feel, it feels like we just arrived home!

This second level unit has fantastic views of the reef, and being in the front of the complex you feel like you have the front row seat.
