Cozy Tahoe Donner Cabin

Our home is not a short-term rental. We require a booking with a 31 consecutive calendar day minimum, 90-day maximum stay. A signed rental agreement will be required along with proof of identity.

Inside you will find a family home to be enjoyed year-round​ within the residential Tahoe Donner development located 5 miles from Old Town Truckee. Our development has a host of public and private amenities.

Tahoe Donner private amenities are accessible for a daily fee of $15 for ages 7+, $5 ages 3-6, free for 2 and under. Property owners are entitled to 6 TOTAL cards beginning January 1, 2025. Each card entitles access for ONE person age 3 and older. Private amenities include The Beach Marina at Donner Lake, Trout Creek Recreation Center, Northwoods Pool, and the Tennis Center. Public amenities include the Downhill and Cross Country Center, Snow play, Champion 18 Hole Golf Course, Equestrian Center, Hiking and Biking trails, The Lodge Restaurant, Bocce Ball Courts, and Creekside Picnic Areas.

The outdoor deck space flows effortlessly with the indoors during the warmer months for the ultimate Tahoe living experience​ within the tall pine trees. A WIFI Sonos Sound system within the living area downstairs and loft area upstairs. Load the Sonos App onto your phone for access to the system with your music choices and select the sound output from the different room set-ups we have created. Our kitchen is well equipped for the Chef in your family.
