La casa club

Al entrar por las puertas del complejo, se encuentra con nuestra impresionante y moderna Casa Club de dos pisos. En el interior, nuestro equipo de conserjería lo recibirá y lo registrará para ayudarlo con la planificación de actividades, el alquiler de botes, los tours de snorkel, las recomendaciones de restaurantes, etc. Nuestra casa club también cuenta con un gimnasio de última generación con sauna y sala de vapor, numerosos salones con televisores de pantalla grande y una sala de juegos con tejo, billar, mesa de póker y juegos de mesa.


La terraza de la piscina

Justo fuera de la Casa Club, puede disfrutar del sol de Florida en nuestra amplia terraza de la piscina mientras disfruta de las diversas comodidades, como un bar en la piscina, una gran piscina climatizada con entrada a la playa, jacuzzi, mesa de ping pong, hoyo de maíz, muebles de salón, toallas de piscina y sombrillas .


La marina

Más allá de la cubierta de la piscina, en la bahía de Florida, se encuentra nuestro puerto deportivo con capacidad para 99 embarcaciones, que cuenta con muelles de concreto totalmente equipados con conexiones de agua. El puerto deportivo est�� supervisado por nuestro Dockmaster y Dockhands dedicados que están aquí para ayudarlo con todas sus necesidades de navegación. Los resbalones están actualmente disponibles para alquileres diarios, semanales o mensuales y hay descuentos disponibles para los huéspedes que se alojan en nuestras casas. Tenga en cuenta que no podemos acomodar motos de agua en el resort, pero sí podemos proporcionar recomendaciones para las opciones cercanas.


RESIDENCIA # 3819

Esta casa está ubicada directamente en nuestro puerto deportivo, brindando algunas de las mejores vistas de la propiedad. Tiene más de 3,600 pies cuadrados, más cinco terrazas al aire libre con una piscina privada y un área de comedor en la terraza de la planta baja.

Hay tres pisos junto con un elevador, lo que le permite acceder fácilmente a cada nivel. También hay un garaje privado adjunto, que puede acomodar hasta 2 vehículos de tamaño moderado.

El segundo nivel es el área principal de reunión de la casa y contiene una sala de estar con un sofá cama doble, un comedor formal, una cocina gourmet completamente equipada que fluye sin problemas a la sala familiar, así como una sala de lavandería y Medio baño. Uno de los cuatro dormitorios también se encuentra en este nivel y cuenta con una cama king y un baño completo.

El tercer nivel contiene los tres dormitorios restantes, cada uno con su propio baño completo. Dos de las habitaciones tienen una cama king y la tercera habitación tiene dos camas individuales. También hay un desayuno / bar húmedo convenientemente ubicado en el área de estar fuera de los tres dormitorios.

Esta casa puede alojar hasta 10 personas y es un excelente lugar para que familiares y amigos se reúnan en The Keys.

Fun in the sun

Amazing house in a small resort setting. The pictures don’t do justice to the home. Spacious, well appointed, great beds and linens. All of the staff couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. We had a small private plunge pool but the resort pool was so nice that we hung out in it. Great for little one’s with a beach like entry. Really enjoyed our time.

Beautiful and spacious accommodations in a fantastic setting!

This house has beautiful marble floors and spacious rooms with well portioned bathrooms! The small pool downstairs allowed our scuba divers to practice with their equipment. The staff was quite helpful and our weather was perfect!

The marina is very nice and the main reason we stayed at Marlin Bay again. We did have issues with the third floor shower leaking into the shower directly below it. Maintenance did not do anything to correct the issue. It’s been a problem for a while based on the visible damage on the ceiling. The room closest to the stairs on the third floor doesn’t have a working ceiling fan and was very warm.

Communication is made before arrival and throughout the stay, clear instructions, on contactless entry, and departure. The staff concierge is there for any questions or needs. Great bar by the pool, Chef makes a great drink, would recommend dropping by there. The facilities and the home were top notch, very clean, super friendly and helpful staff, the home has everything you need. Restaurants, food, shopping, and excursions are minutes away. The home is spacious and very clean , has all the amenities . Our plunge pool was rather nice to enjoy, and again the staff was on top of it...one minute i saw palms in the pool, then a short time after we left all the debris from the wind was removed. We will be back. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Great property with everything you need

We were a group of 2 families, 4 adults, 3 teenagers. Property is absolutely one of our favorites we have rented on VRBO (although if went again would go directly to property manager). Decor is very nice. Very clean. Kitchen well stocked - good pots and pans, sharp knives, tupperware for outings, cutting boards, etc. Nothing we needed that was not there. One bedroom is off of the kitchen so a bit hard for our teenager in the morning. 3 other bedrooms on top floor. Pool on property was great. Loved having bar open 1-7. Employees all super friendly and constantly wiping things down. Prompt responses when called with questions or texts, before and during stay. Only minor thing I would change is unit only has 1 TV in the family room which is adjacent to the kitchen. The couch fits 3 people and there are 6 bar stools. There may have been a TV in master but cannot recall. In late evening when we wanted to watch NCAA tournament games, would have been nice to have a TV in the living room with the big sectional. I love that there were not TVs in kids rooms (not that they watch TV with phones:) Or a TV downstairs on covered patio which we used for dinners 3 nights. Plunge pool was heated which was unexpected and enjoyed by all. 2 car garage has a middle post so tricky to back into. Had a Pacifica minivan and had to fold in side mirrors before could get all the way in. Any kind of big SUV would not fit. There is adjacent parking 20 ft away from front door. Very short walk to Florida Steak & Lobster, Keys Fisheries restaurants. Couple blocks to Keys News and Coffee. Publix 1 mile away. Overall, enjoyed Marathon. Lots to do. One last thing, the marina at sunset was great. There's a resident group of 4 French Angel fish at the end of the dock with the tower. Also group of 10-15 parrot fish that patroled the wall, and a nurse shark. Fun for kids to get some fish feed also on site and feed the fish at sunset every night.

We do have a TV in the Master Bedroom and we will certainly consider adding a TV to the larger of the living rooms as we can understand people may want to congregate there instead of the smaller family room. You are spot on about the garages and how larger vehicles can have a tough time getting into them, but luckily as you mentioned we have overflow parking right next to the homes. We pay close attention to all of the details and are very appreciative of you recognizing and enjoying all the little touches :) We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the very near future!

We had an issue with the washing machine but they got it replaced on the 4th day of our stay. There were 9 of us in the home and there was plenty of room & lots of space to spread out. There are 2 living rooms, the largest does not have a tv...we didn’t do a ton of tv watching but would suggest one if the larger room for hanging out with the whole group. Also, there is a strange banging noise either the plumbing about every 30 minutes or more frequently if people are showering/flushing toilet, that you can hear in the bedroom's (master & guest) on one side of the house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The resort is very nice, our home was also very nice. Spending the extra month for the waterfront property is worth it. One negative is if you like to cook, the pots, pans, and knives need to be updated. You couldn't even sharpen the knives they are so bad. We didn't have sufficient cookware which was disappointing. One final disappointment is the water main broke in Marathon, affecting the water at the resort. We didn't have water for a full day, couldn't shower, couldn't flush toilets, couldn't wash hands - and because we weren't able to shower that kind of ruined our plans for the day so we had to stick around the resort. I expressed my concern to management, asked for some sort of compensation and they were unwilling to offer any sort of compensation, which is unfortunate given the amount of money we paid to stay there. We were the guests, we were unhappy, sorry it's not our fault doesn't cut it. Get some new pots, pans and knives, and the next time the water main breaks, you're in the business of hospitality - I would recommend at a minimum providing drinking water and at least ensuring your guests are happy and satisfied.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay and this beautiful resort. The accommodations are 5 Star for sure. The towels, linens, appliances and furniture are all high-end. The only thing we would like to see is a tv in the larger livingroom. It was difficult to watch tv in the room that has a small sofa that only seats 2-3 people. Everything else about the unit is fantastic!

Marlin bay house

This place was stunning. The views were fabulous. The whole resort was gorgeous Only thing was we couldn’t fit larger cars in the garage. Had to park outside nearby which makes the cars hot. But it was no big deal.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our stay. The house was amazing. The marina was great. The sunset views were to die for and the staff was friendly and extremely helpful. We liked it so much that we booked the house again for 4 weeks and I am talking to the rest of the family to come down next summer and have a family reunion at the resort.
