Had a great stay in the colder weather! Perfect spot for a winter weekend getaway with the hot tub, very close to a lot of the main areas for summer time too when all the seasonal spots are open for the season!

We enjoyed our stay in Kennebunk. Off season so not everything was open but the house is in a good location to get to the main area and many restaurants were open. The house is kid friendly with many kid toys and books and a crib which was very convenient. The whole family also enjoyed the hot tub. Off season pricing was good.

Communication was excellent. Property was clean and had a decent kitchen set up for those who like to cook. Complementary doggie bags were nice. Hot tub was on and running when we arrived. While there were basic spices on hand there was no sugar (plenty of salt though!). It would be nice to have the basics for cooking, coffee preparation on hand.

Quaint house in a nice area, amenities were as listed. The fire pit and hot tub were an added bonus. 15 minutes from Kennebunkport and short drive to beach to see the beautiful sunrise.

Just right for the 2 of us and our son’s dog, who stayed with us at the last minute. Nice backyard for her to roam around and the hot tub and deck were great. Very homey.

Child-friendly property close to the beach

We appreciated the proximity to the beach, the provided crib and toys, and the on-site ammenities such as the hottub and outdoor shower. Would definitely recommend to others!

Extra long weekend stay

Stayed for four nights with our dog. Place was clean, fully equipped, and close to everything you need! Our dog loved hitting the beach early in the morning and a beach pass was included! Easy access to lots of shops and fantastic restaurants. Perfect spot to relax while being close to adventure if wanted!

The home was in an exceptionally quiet neighborhood and very relaxing. We stayed in for a few meals and found the kitchen very well equipped for our needs. The rooms of the home were very nice sized with 2 bedrooms. We thought that the infant crib was a really nice touch for a young family that may be traveling. The home served well as home base for us, as we took day trips to several lighthouses, rocky shores and towns of Kennebunkport and Portland. Hot tub was wonderful to return to after a long day of walking. Owner of the home was very quick to respond to the few questions that we had. We really enjoyed our stay.

Extra long weekend stay

We came up from Boston with our dog for four nights. Home has everything you need for a comfortable beach stay, including a beach pass for the nearby beaches. Everything was clean and comfortable. Excellent location near beaches, shops, and restaurants. Not walkable in the summer heat, but just a very short drive. Our dog loves running on the beach in the morning and we enjoyed relaxing at the beach in the afternoons. Check in and out was very clear and easy. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect beach vacation house

Prime location, close to everything in town & beaches! The house had everything we needed and early check in was a huge 5 stars for us since we had 2 little kids and they wanted to start vacation right away :) house was perfect, we would absolutely stay again. Glad it was dog friendly to accommodate our little family vacation. Great trip and great house!

Cozy Getaway

This property was the perfect size for our family of 4 and small dog. The house was very clean and well stocked with the essentials (kitchenware, towels, blankets). We were able to enjoy both the hot tub and fire pit, and there was lots to do nearby. We would definitely stay here again.
