I am a VP of IT at a major healthcare company in Lexington MA. Have been in IT for more than 30 years. My wife and I have always loved the cape and this complex has everything we were looking for.
Por qué escogió este alojamiento
This complex is extremely peaceful and is great for a small family who wants to enjoy a vacation on the cape in the beautiful New Seabury in Mashpee MA. It has great views of the Nantucket Sound and and it is right next door to the New Seabury golf course.
It is located less than a mile from the Popponesset Marketplace, 2 miles from the Mashpee and South Cape beaches, approximately 5 miles to the Mashpee Common and about 11 miles to the Falmouth Center.
The charming Popponesset Marketplace has a miniature golf, bike rentals, small shops, ice cream and games AND the Raw Bar with the legendary Lobster Rolls!! Also, the Popponesset Inn is on the opposite side of the Market place.
The Mashpee Common has over 90 shops and restaurants with the summer festivals and concerts.
This unit is a tri-level condo. It has two entrances, one on the first floor that enters directly into the guest bedroom, and one on the 2nd floor that opens into the main floor with the living room and the kitchen. The steps from the living room will take you to the master bedroom on the 3rd floor.
The unit is not child-proofed and therefore we prefer not to accept any infants or small children. This is a tri-level condo with steps to the master bedroom and also steps to the 2nd guest bedroom.

Awesome Views!!!! especially in the mornings and the late afternoons. You can have a glass of wine on the Adirondack chairs in the courtyard enjoying the views of the ocean and Martha's Vineyard in a distance.
Walk to the private beach or drive/bike to the Mashpee Town beach and/or the South Cape Beach within 5 minutes. You can also walk to these beaches on the shore line during low tides with the spectacular views of the ocean and Martha's Vineyard.
