A truly great experience overall. Highly recommended!

​We had a wonderful stay! The condo is beautiful, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped with everything you could need. The views of the water on both sides are gorgeous, and the front view overlooking the bay is simply unbeatable. The management team was incredibly attentive and responsive—always available to help immediately with any questions. A truly great experience overall. Highly recommended!

We truly enjoyed our stay. Check‑in was seamless, and the unit exceeded our expectations in every way. The only note I’d offer is that guests should be aware when booking a top‑floor unit, as carrying luggage up the stairs can be a bit of a workout — but we made it just fine. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would happily return.

Great location!

Great location. Excellent beach access. Condo unit was updated and very spacious. Chairs and accessories for the beach all provided with rental unit. Arrived, parked the car and never got back in it until checkout. Bridge Street a short 5-10 minute walk. Two thumbs up all around. We will be back!

Outstanding service!

xcellent experience! The accommodation is in a perfect location, very clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. I felt at home throughout my vacation. I would also like to highlight the outstanding service and attention provided by the agency. The person who assisted me was always attentive, making sure everything was going well and available to help with any needs or questions. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Condo was as nice as advertised. Beautiful bay view and beach literally across the small street. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops on Bridge St. The pool and hot tub were a nice plus after a day at the beach.

It was perfect

Pelican cove was a great place to stay on AMI. It was with in walking distance to several restaurants and shops. It is perfect for a family vacation. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The walk to the beach was very easy.

Mom and dad getaway

The unit was just as listed and communication was great, as well! We had a nice 2-3 minute walk across the street to the road and 10 minute walk to Bridge Street to all the restaurants and shops. Would definitely book here again!

The property was nice and well maintained we had a few small issues which the responded to right away. The location is perfect for the beach, fishing and dining out.

Girls Trip!

My daughters and I picked the perfect place for a girls trip! SeaBreeze provided detailed instructions for check in and check out. The unit was clean, spacious and included all equipment necessary for a perfect beach day! We will definitely be back!

Clean, cute, updated condo

Clean, cute updated condo. Photos represent the property correctly. Great view of the bay, right on the water. Only a short walk across the street to the beach. Easy walk (5 blocks) to great shopping and eating (walk the main street to 5th street then down 5th street to everything). Gets you off the narrow sidewalk on the busy main street.
