Thank you so much for this amazing review! We're so happy to hear that your stay at the villa was such a hit with the whole family! It sounds like you had the perfect mix of adventure and downtime—just what we hope for all our guests. We completely relate to the feelings you described—every time we're at the villa ourselves, we’re also blown away by the area, the peaceful mornings, and that special energy of the place. It’s such a joy for us to share that experience with enthusiastic guests like you! We put a lot of love and care into keeping everything in top shape—from the lush garden and sparkling pool to the house itself. Our wonderful concierge is always nearby and happy to help out, so guests can just relax and enjoy every moment. We love that the teens enjoyed the pool and the fast Wi-Fi (always a win!), and that you made the most of everything Tamarindo has to offer—surfing, zip-lining, local markets, and more. Thanks again for your kind words. We'd absolutely love to welcome you back anytime you're ready for another unforgettable getaway.

Dear Tiffany. Thank you for the review and sharing your feedback about the property. Oro del Sol 16 is located in the Tamarindo back hills, a short distance from town, in a very quiet neighborhood surrounded by great nature. The property is very private and well-secured. There is a nice yard around the pool with grass and trees. The house is very comfortable and welcoming, ideal for families and friends. The kitchen is recently remodeled and fully equipped. All the house has air conditioning and internet, a washer and dryer, a Cable TV in the living room, and gated parking space. The house really has all the assets for a perfect stay which also already resulted in many satisfied guests and many really positive reviews as you can read. Together with the owner and our maintenance team, we are constantly vigilant about the good condition of the house and where possible proactive measures are taken to avoid problems. We are very sorry about the inconveniences you experienced during your stay. As you indicated we were quick to respond to the issues and resolve them. Unfortunately, appliances stop working sometimes like with the refrigerator, the broken chair, and the gate, and in these cases, we always take immediate action and repair. We have our office open 7 days a week and an after-office phone number for emergencies to ensure our guests our best assistance. Our maintenance teams are always available, which you called pretty responsive yourself. This year as you know we experienced very heavy rain storms with over 10 inches of rain falling in one night and many properties in the area have unfortunately suffered leaks. Thankfully all of these have been now repaired; however, we understand that you were unfortunate and without these situations going on during your stay, you would have enjoyed more the property and your time there. We, again thank you for your review and hope you can come and stay here another time in the near future. For those of you considering renting this wonderful house, please take time to read all the reviews where we are consistently rated a 10/10 during the many years of offering this wonderful home. We look forward to hosting you again.

Hello Lydia, thank you for your feedback. We are glad you enjoyed the quiet location of our house and at the same time its proximity to the bustling city center. The living room couch has been replaced in the meantime, thank you for pointing out! We thank you for your visit and look forward to hosting you again in the future.

Hi Jennifer, it was a real pleasure to welcome you back and show you all improvements we made, part of them based on your constructive feedback after your previous visit: we remodeled the master bedroom with a new king size bed, new mirror, romantic lamp and decorations, new blackout curtains and rain shower. Also a beautiful door has been added to this room to provide complete privacy. We are really happy that you appreciated all these efforts and further improvements like the renewal of the entrance, gated parking for 2 cars from now on and some new furnitures. On top of that, the alarm systems has been completely renewed and is super user-friendly. Last but not least, a super fast internet connection provides full connectivity. We are glad that you took benefit from the 24/7 support provided by our local agent of Tropical Vacations by RPM. Together we make sure our guests have a perfect holiday without worries. We are very happy that you enjoyed the possibility to order bread and pastries delivered at the house, a service that we only launched recently. Thank you for all your positive feedback and we look forward to host you again soon!

"Update July’21: we have removed the shed at the entrance, making the parking lot spacious enough for 2 cars behind the gate. Also the entrance has been improved in the meantime. Thank you for drawing our attention to this. We are sure you will enjoy your next stay even more! We look forward to welcome you again. "We are very happy that you like our house so much that you came to stay a second time. We really appreciate the comments of all our guests and thank you for bringing up the parking space. We will take it into consideration and the next time we stay in our house ourselves, we will check what options we have to remedy this, hopefully still in the course of this year, if not certainly next year."
