I'm sorry if you found yourself so bad in my apartment enough to leave this kind of comment(the first so negative after 5 years!!!)but everyone has their own perception.The day of arrival I was sick and these guests were received by the cleaning girl even though I always said to be available on the phone or on the internet for anything and in fact I always answered immediately any question or request that Roediger gave me sent.These guests had requested a check-in before the appointed time and I gave it to him in an extraordinary way.Instead they arrived with a 2-hour of delay without even warning.My apartment is a normal apartment(not as luxury as perhaps expected Rodriger),it has been completely redesigned and not just the bathroom and the kitchen as Rodriger says,it is an apartment with a very good quality price ratio as can be seen from the other reviews.The kitchen has the usual kitchen utensils apart from a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and juicer.In the pantry there’re pots and pans in good condition and if a handle of one of the pans isn’t there I don’t think it's a problem because you can use the other pans because it isn’t absolutely true that there’s only a pan! There’re at least 3!in the living room there’s a normal sofa bed and enough chairs for 7 people(rodriger has stayed with his wife so they were 2 so I don’t understand the need to use or criticize the other chairs)even though I always leave the table around 3/4 chairs(I don’t add more on the comfort because it’s subjective).Rodriger also says that no indications have been given on gas, washing machine, hot water:the directions are written in English and I remember always having answered the questions of rodriger on how to activate gas, etc.!The hot water works perfectly just wait for 2 sec.for the shower and place the knob in the sink for the kitchen.Roediger also says that there is no laundry dryer, it’s absolutely not true!In the balcony there’re 6 long wires to spread almost 2 washing machines!I really don’t understand the reason for all these absurdities that Roediger wrote!And to finish,I always leave to my guests 2 towels each that for 6 nights are enough, Roediger has asked for 2more and I brought them immediately but I don’t think it is correct to say that the towels were scarce!I don’t add anything about the location of the apartment because at the time of booking Roediger saw very well where the apartment was located.

hola, como mucho pelos en la cama??? a lo mejor era porque los huespedes anteriores habian un perro! Pero hay 2 chicas que limpian muy bien el piso y obviamente todas las sabanas y toallas son limpias y esterilizadas. puede ser que se escapo algun pelo del perro y se quedo en el suelo de la habitacion. no creo que habia pelos en la cama!! por favor, le ruego precisar este asunto! gracias Valentina
