Trato de mantener mi actual calendario. Política inmobiliaria requiere al menos 7 días de alquiler y un máximo de 6 ocupantes.
¡¡¡Lujo!!! Waterfront 3 dormitorios, 3 baños ciudad natal (unidad de final), 2400 pies cuadrados en la hermosa playa de Clearwater. Privado terraza en la azotea y garaje privado con muelle privado. Nuevos muebles clásicos elegantes de color negro con un toque moderno, mostradores de granito, techos de 10 pies a lo largo, 42 "HD TV de pantalla plana / DVD en el gran salón. Panel combo TV / DVD Piso en habitaciones de 2 y 3 y 32 "HD TV de pantalla plana / DVD en el dormitorio principal.

Enorme dormitorio principal rey, baño principal con tocadores dobles y dos lavabos, bañera de hidromasaje bañera de hidromasaje y cabina de ducha acristalada con un cabezal de ducha doble y un armario de agua separado. 2 vestidores lo suficientemente grandes como para albergar una cuna. Esta unidad final ofrece 3 y seis ventanas laterales del pie para adicional hermosa luz del sol de la Florida.

La unidad cuenta con dos plazas de aparcamiento adicionales en el camino de entrada. Hay un patio cubierto fuera de la gran sala. Hay un patio cubierto en la planta baja también. Ascensor privado accede a todas las plantas de esta casa desde el garaje a la terraza de la azotea. Esto es muy bueno para el equipaje y los alimentos. First time visit to Clearwater

This condo exceeded our expectations! It is so clean, roomy, and comfortable. The condo is beautiful and in a great location. It is close enough to walk to the many restaurants and shops but it is removed from the traffic and crowds. The hostess was easy to contact and replied back immediately. We loved our stay here and plan to return.

Great property in a great area

The place had everything we needed. It had lots of space. Beds were comfortable. Pool was a good temperature, warmer than others we experienced in Florida. It was great that we could fit a car in the garage and one on the drive. The only improvement I would make is that the table only seats 4, so the kids are dinner at the breakfast bar. But other than that it was perfect for us.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially the proximity to beaches and restaurants. Loved the pool area and being able to relax looking out on the water. Townhome was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed, even sand/pool toys for our grandson.

Waterfront Sunrises and Sunsets!

From the sunrise and sunset views on the rooftop deck, to stand up paddle boarding alongside the dolphins from the dock, we made awesome memories with the family at this beautiful condo. The property was awesome - clean, spacious, well maintianed, awesome location. I highly recommend it!

Perfect Family Getaway Close to Everything

We had an incredible stay at this Vrbo property! The location was unbeatable, with the beach and numerous restaurants just a short walk away. We even walked to some of the water activities, which added to the convenience. The house was exactly as described—spacious and well-equipped with everything our family needed for a comfortable stay. The elevator was a fantastic addition, making it easy to carry our luggage up and down. The shared pool in the community was more than sufficient for our group, and we enjoyed relaxing there after our daily adventures. Overall, it was the perfect spot for a family vacation, and we would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic family vacation!

We stayed here first 2 weeks of July 2011 and the accommodation was superb! Plenty of room for a family of 4, well kitted out and very clean. We've stayed in this block before but this property is head and shoulders above the others we've tried. Everything is as described, the pool is great and the beach really is less than 5 minutes walk away. Kathy was great to deal with but in all honesty everything is so well sorted we didn't need to bother her for the whole two weeks. We'll definitely be back!

I have rented condos over...

I have rented condos over the past several years in several locations acroos the United States. I am happy to report that this property is the nicest I have come across. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The photos provided are fanstastic, but they do not do justice to the condo. You want for nothing, everyhing you may need is provided. The condo is clean, the location is perfect. The rooftop view is worth the stay alone. I recommend this condo, and look forward to renting it again myself.

Fabulous stay in Clearwater Beach.

Fabulous stay in Clearwater Beach. We had such a great vacation. The condo was just perfect. It is less than two blocks from the beach. Right on the canal. Water everywhere. We could walk to dinner, shops and the beach. The condo was very well appointed. We cooked some fabulous meals. The rooftop is amazing. Views of the water in all directions. Each bedroom with its own bathroom was an added bonus. We would highly recommend it. The owners were so easy to work with. We will be back!!

Amazing Townhouse

What a find! This immaculate townhouse is located on a quiet street just a couple of minutes walk from the main beach. Extremely spacious, with terrific views, very new. We enjoyed watching the egrets, herons, ospreys, and dolphins from the balcony. Despite being there during spring break, the street was peaceful and quiet at night. We walked to everything...shops, the beach, restaurants, with no problem. Everything we needed for a great vacation was included in the townhouse; beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, all the kitchen necessities, beach towels, etc. Plenty of room for the 4 of us to spread out and have our own space. Kathy was very responsive and great to work with. I highly recommend this rental for anyone heading to Clearwater Beach.

family visit

We had a great time and the condo was located on a quiet street with the channel behind (just like the pictures). It provided lots of space for the whole family (myself, two grandchildren, son, daughter and her husband). Kathy was great to work with through booking and follow up. If we go back to Clearwater, we would stay here again. Kids rented jet skis just down the street. Pirate ship experience to see dolphins just a short walk away. Clearwater Aquarium is close (Winter the dolphin from the movie Dolphintails resides there). Busch Gardens not too far away (buy tickets online through Busch Gardens.com and you get two days for the price of one---for visitors within a seven day period). All in all a good time by all. Wonderful place and location.

This is the first time our family has vacation in the Clearwater area. It was beautiful. The condo was lovely and we loved the location. The pictures are spot on. We were able to walk to the beach and the Pier. I also loved having the three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It is nice when everyone has their own space. We enjoyed the pool. We were the only ones out there each time we went out. It is is quiet and peaceful. My son had a blast on the dock and saw a couple of manatees while he was out there. We ate lunch at the Beach Shanty, right around the corner. It was delicious. We got sandwiches and chili dogs. I couldn't believe how good a chili dog could taste. We also enjoyed Frenchy's and Crabby Billy's. We truly enjoyed our week together.

Home Away From Home

My husband, my almost-two year old daughter, and I just got back from our vacation in Clearwater and we really, really miss the townhouse. For the short time we were there, it felt like our home. The townhouse is everything you could ask for in a vacation rental. Its in a perfect location - just a 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. But if you want something more private, the building has a pool (which we had to ourselves most of the time). And you have access to all the beach and pool things you need - from beach towels, coolers, toddler floaties, beach chairs, and toys to build sand castles! The interior of the townhouse is beautiful and extremely spacious, especially the master bedroom & bathroom! It is equipped with just about everything you could think of - seriously. You can tell there was alot of thought put into the decor and amenities. We had everything we needed and felt right at home almost immediately. I have to add... I personally love that the townhouse is decorated in a neutral, contemporary style so you DONT feel like you're living in a tropical shirt (like many other rentals)...hehe. In addition to the pool, there are a few other amazing outdoor spaces. There's the rooftop deck with a gorgeous view of the gulf. There's also a balcony. Both are great places to eat breakfast in the morning or just hang out having drinks & watching the sunset. Lastly, the owner was very prompt with addressing our needs when we arrived. She was a pleasure to work with. I've rented a few vacation rentals in the past and this is by far the best. I definitely recommend this rental and would consider coming back here.

Would stay again

We've stayed at several rentals over the past few years and frequently find that the quality of the rental does not quite match the pictures. That was not the case here. Property was in excellent condition and we felt very much at home. A few notes: if you want to be near the busiest area of Clearwater in terms of beach and shops, this is it. Just a short walk to everything. I have been to Clearwater several times over the years and have never seen it as crowded as this, so prefer the north portion of the beach where it is quieter. That said, there is also a quieter public beach to the south within 2 miles (over the bridge) that was an easy bike or walk. We are outdoor enthuisiasts and heading south for road biking/jogging was a nice option from this location. Communication with the owners was easy and uneventful, though did not occur until a few days before arriving... I like meeting the owners and communicating earlier, and while that did not happen here, it also didn't impact the stay whatsoever. The only complaint I have about the property is the terrace can be loud in the Master BR if you have kids or neighbors being active above. We could not go to sleep too early as one family next door appeared to be playing soccer (but finished before 11PM) and our own kids - who were just playing cards - would make a lot of noise when just moving a chair back from the table... so a lot of noise comes through the ceiling. Be prepared to supply most of what you need, as is customary in rentals (soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, etc). Last, the garage was a terrific ammenity, as it allowed us to store the car and bikes without worry and the elevator from there made unpacking/packing very easy. We would stay again without hesitation. Thanks to Kathy who was available via text if we needed anything.

Great location for a stay in Clearwater

This is a charming, incredibly spacious location that provides many options for dining, nightlife, and excursions in and around Clearwater. The owners have thought of everything you might need, including a beach cart, umbrellas, chairs and other useful beach items (we were glad to add a volleyball and football to the mix). Communication with Kathy was quick and easy. Five star option for Clearwater.

Our first VRBO experience and it was excellent.

Everyone enjoyed the experience. Great location. Very clean, modern, spacious unit. Owners were excellent communicators and provide a beautiful condo. Absolutely no complaints nor suggestions for improvement. Beach, condo pool, and local restaurants and attractions were were appreciated.

Our Clearwater Family Vacation

We LOVED our stay at this location! Kathy was an amazing host and so good about messaging right back if I had any questions before and during the trip. I really appreciated that. The property was so clean and so much space for our 4 big kids, ages 12-17. They each had their own bed, which is hard to find in one condo place. This was definitely a luxury condo and just beautiful and clean inside and out. The pictures online look exactly like the place looks in person. It's located off the main drag and so quiet. Our favorite was hanging out on the rooftop at night...so peaceful. Walk down the street and you enter into the busy, Clearwater touristy areas. Everything you need is in walking distance. We rented a car and was nice to keep it safe in the garage, but realized we didn't really need one because we could walk to everything or use Instacart to order online for delivery. I used the Instacart app for Publix groceries and Walgreens. Kathy recommended that to me the first day and I used it 3-4 times for groceries and items we needs from the store. We found a different restaurant each night. Some of our favorites we walked to were Frenchy's, Crabby's, the Marina Cantina, Jimmy's Fish House and Iguana Bar, and the Taco Bus. Starbuck's was close by but we used the Keurig for our morning coffee each day. The beach is just a couple minutes of walking, SO CLOSE. The wagon that is in the garage was a life saver, a cooler for drinks, and chairs too. There was a couple of umbrellas to use but we rented a cabana most days when we went to the beach. We have older kids but there are lots of sand toys and buckets for younger kids to play with at the beach too. You can find a "SurfStyle" store every block or two to get beach items clothing/gear you may need/want at reasonable prices too. The pool is perfect. Was a little cooler than the beach water actually and so clean. A couple days we had it all to ourselves too. The bay view is beautiful and was quiet in the back. I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. It was perfect for our trip with our family and we hope to be back again sometime. Thank you Kathy for being a wonderful hostess and sharing your place with us.

We raised our family of 4 children in Ohio and vacationed in Clearwater Beach for over 20 years. We have vacationed around the world and cannot find any city as convenient and any beach as beautiful as Clearwater Beach. The city is very charming and remains extremely quaint. The new beachwalk and new development have added an element of beauty and class. Our large family gathers altogether in Clearwater Beach at least once a year for a wonderful beach vacation.

As our family grew, we found Clearwater Beach the perfect place to take the kids every year. They couldn't get enough of the ocean. They were just amazed the first time we took them to the beach. The beach was enormous and the amount of sand was magical. There was no question, we had to invest in our own 'Clearwater Beach home.' We hope you'll enjoy all that Clearwater Beach has to offer. Clearwater Beach has been named the top city beach in the Gulf region. This 4 mile long beach is one of the largest in the Tampa Bay area. A tourist mecca with major hotels and small, family owned properties. Pier 60 Park features a family recreation complex on Clearwater's expansive beach with covered playgrounds, fishing and concessions. The Sunsets at Pier 60 festival features music, entertainment and a beautiful Gulf of Mexico sunset throughout the year. Major Volleyball tournaments are frequently featured on the beach, and volleyball nets provided on the beach are often in use by tourists and locals. Fishing charter boats, dinner cruises, parasailing, and other boating excursions are available from the Clearwater Beach Municipal Marina. Going to the beach is an everyday ritual and we enjoy being 100 steps away from the beach. We love to have happy hour and dinner out at a different beach restaurant every night.
