Beach Haven in South Clearwater Beach

This unique two-story vacation rental with a loft is perfect for a large family or two. It has large panoramic windows with incredible views of the harbor from every bedroom and living space. The Dockside Condos are centrally located in South Clearwater Beach close to all the action of Shephard's nightclub, restaurants, sports bars, miniature golf and more, as well as being only two blocks to the beach. Come and enjoy this condo just one block from the white sands of Clearwater Beach.

The furniture is new and cozy with plenty of seating. On the main living floor there is a private balcony with views of the bay. The large open floor plan has three full bedrooms that will accommodate up to 10 people.

The master bedroom on the main floor has a king-sized bed, a wall mounted flat screen TV, and a full bathroom. The second and third floor have a welcoming open concept with amazing views. The second floor bedroom has a king-sized bed along with a TV. The second floor has a sitting area with a pull-out queen-sized sleeper sofa, a TV, and a DVD player. Also, there is a day bed with a trundle that will sleep two people. On the second floor there is a large bathroom with a double sink, Jacuzzi tub, walk in shower, a bidet, and a walk-in closet. The third floor loft has a queen- sized bed and a dresser.

There are lots of restaurants within walking distance, activities at Pier 60 on a nightly basis. There is so much to do, or you can just relax with your toes in the white sand.

Best condo ever!!

We absolutely loved our stay. So much my wife stated she would like to live there daily. Everything was perfect. From the view, location, and amenities. 16 year old daughter and friend had the whole second floor to themselves and loved it. Easy checkin and checkout and communication with host was easy and quick. Nice easy walk to the beach, stores, restaurants. Could not have asked for a better vacation. Will definitely be returning!! Thank you!!

Beautiful view. Great location. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Pool was not available due to “maintenance”but there was an option to go to a different pool at a nearby property. Overall, this is a perfect spot for a family.

Property was easy to access, great location and family friendly. I loved the multiple levels and multiple bedroom locations for family vacationing. Space was clean and funcational. Felt very private in a busy area.

Stayed here with family for 3 nights. .Condo nicely decorated with gorgeous view. Communication with Host was excellent. Short walk to beach and lots of beach equipment supplied. First floor has big private bedroom and second floor has multiple bed areas including a loft. The second floor bedrooms aren’t completely private from each other but works great for a family. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

You won't find better in Clearwater

Could not ask for a better host, property, or location for getting away to Clearwater. Karina is an amazing host. She's always quick to reply and is more than accommodating! The property was clean, spacious, and created a relaxing but fun environment to be in.

Great stay! Great property!

This place is a great place for a family to stay. There are a lot of local amenities within walking distance.We loved kings pizza and parlor donuts and we of course loved surf style. This property has a beach cart to use and towels. It’s really convenient to have a washer and dryer and also stove and microwave. It’s a way better stay than a lot of the local hotels and just as close without paying daily parking fees. Great dockside view as well with a small balcony to enjoy watching those occasional afternoon showers. Host was easy to contact and communication was fast. Thanks for a great vacation!!

Dockside Condos

Very clean quiet place to stay. Minutes walk from the beach and shopping, which was great. Views from the back overlooked a peaceful marina. We had no issues with parking but traffic in the area can be dicey at certain times of the day. One heads up, if you are traveling with all adult couples, privacy between the 2nd and 3rd floor rooms is a little lacking as the loft overlooks the 2nd floor room with only a thin canopy for privacy. Otherwise a great place to stay with families, we would certainly come here again. Thanks for the great getaway!!

Perfect vacation

This condo was the perfect spot for our multi-generation family vacation. The condo itself was HUGE - grandparents had their own bedroom/bathroom on the main floor, other bedrooms (and another bathroom) on the higher floor. Two living rooms (one on each floor) and a wonderful kitchen on the main floor gave us so much room to "spread out". We ate most of our meals in the condo and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The complex was VERY quiet and only a short walk to the main Clearwater Beach activities. The pool (which was shared with the hotel next door) was never crowded and the water was very clean & clear. This condo truly felt like a home away from home and I highly recommend this for other families staying in Clearwater Beach. If I could give this condo six stars, I would!!

This is the perfect condo for a family. We had 8 of us total. 2 couples, 2 adults in their 20's and 2 teens.There was plenty of room for us to sleep. There is a master bedroom that is completely private w is own bathroom. Upstairs there are 2 more bed rooms that are semi-private. (which is exactly what the photos show) There's a loft area with a queen bed that overlooks the 2nd floor. The other bedroom has walls and a door but no actual ceiling. it has fabric piece blocking the view from the loft. With all of us, we made it work utilizing the couch to queen conversion bed and the trundle day bed. The upstairs bathroom is huge with a double walk-in shower, double sinks and private separate toilet and sink area. The condo included parking for 2 cars (ideal since parking is pricey) and is the perfect location to walk everywhere from the beach, to shops and restaurants / cafes. The house has everything you need; complete kitchen, washer and dryer, as well as, beach items including towels, chairs and a beach cart. We definitely plan to go back. My only suggestion is to some how make the 2nd king bedroom more private from the loft view.. Also, keep in mind the master bathroom is also the only bath on the 1st floor. If you're traveling with kids / teens, it's totally fine as it worked great for our family. TOTALLY RECOMMEND!

Layout

It was in a great spot, walking distance to the beach, food and shopping. We have been to Clearwater multiple times but the people we traveled with had never been. The condo was nice but the layout was super strange. The bed and bath downstairs are nice. The second level bathroom is amazing and so is the living room hang out. The bedroom on yhe second level was strange as the ceiling is open but they do have a shade over it. The 3rd bedroom is up a spiral staircase and it’s a small room and bed. If you have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night you’re going down the spiral staircase to do so. Also there is no real privacy up there so you can’t change clothes up there.

Great location and beautiful place

This was truly a great VRBO that was within walking distance to almost everything. They provided an adequate amount of beach equipment which was lovely! My only request would be to have a few extra blankets and bath towels…otherwise it was PERFECT. I highly recommend staying here and will be back!

Perfect girls getaway

Great open spaces and great views. We saw dolphins in the morning while enjoying coffee on the balcony. Karinas restaurant recommendations were lovely.
