The Shores at Waikoloa es una comunidad de condominios cerrada en el Waikoloa Beach Resort en la costa Kohala de la Isla Grande de Hawai. Ubicado en el corazón del Waikoloa Beach Resort. Las tiendas Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market y Kings Shops están a una milla de distancia y son excelentes para ir de compras y excelentes restaurantes. La playa de la bahía de Anaehoomalu se encuentra a pocos minutos en coche de Shores at Waikoloa.

Todos nuestros alquileres vacacionales incluyen un "suministro inicial" básico de: detergente para la ropa, bolsas de basura, esponja de cocina, jabón líquido, líquido para lavavajillas, toallas de papel, papel higiénico, champú acondicionador, jabón en barra pequeño, limpiador multiuso y sal /pimienta. balcony scenic view was terrible from the inside because the windows were dirty, out on balcony the view was great.get a new sofa and a real bed ,take the waves out of the carpet so you dont trip.

Our First Year Anniversary Celebration Getaway!

It was a perfect stay! The view is gorgeous, walking distance to Queens/Kings shops, and the pool/hot tub is the best way to end the day! Loved staying here! Thank you so much!

It was good

Overall great. The condo had a great layout and really excellent balcony. It was also in a nice quiet location that felt central to the west side of the island. When the AC ran at night, it made a cracking sound in the bedroom that was a bit disruptive, and the bed was a bit too soft for our preferences. Other than that, a great stay.

Sweet Property!

Everything is as advertised and is one of the cleanest properties we've stayed at. A well equipped kitched, along with ample supplies of paper products and cleaning supplies. Wonderful lanai, however would benefit from a ceiling fan to enjoy it more. Beach supplies and cooler are a nice bonus!

Upscale 1 bedroom condo with A/C and full appliances and free parking spot. Management company (Resortica) rep (Anna) was outstanding working with us despite condo owner unexpectedly putting the unit up for sale at the time we were staying there.

Everything you need!

We had family staying in one of the other nearby resorts. This location was a delightful respite from the larger busier locations. Everything had been thought of, bed was comfy. We especially liked all the beach supplies. Made the beach days so fun! Would stay again for sure!

Cozy and spacious enough

The condo had an awesome view! We watched the sunrise every morning and the moon at night! It was conveniently located, close to the shops and beaches. Modern design, thoughtful features. Everything worked, air conditioning, doors, showers, toilets and the internet. The kitchen was well equipped. Parking was on site with no problems.

Cozy Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. This condo was amazing. It was clean and beautifully updated and furnished inside with all the comforts of home. The bed in the master bedroom was like sleeping on a cloud. We also enjoyed sitting out on the wrap around balcony with volcano views. We especially loved all of the windows in this unit as it was very bright. We were very happy it had all of the beach equipment (chairs, umbrella & cooler) we needed. Check-in and out were very easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Spacious and gracious

The condo is very well situated near shopping, restaurants and sandy beaches. The space is nicely furnished with everything you’d ever need. The rooms are spacious, with beautiful large lanais and manicured grounds. Pool is pleasant. A few updates could be made but comfortable nevertheless. Staff was super responsive and very friendly. We stayed for two weeks and enjoyed every minute. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Nice and quiet

Wonderful view of the volcano off the patio, great view for morning coffee. Unit was as described and clean. Check in was a breeze. Noticed a very nice pool in the complex but didn't visit it. Close to shops and groceries and the grounds are very nice. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect for couple!

Lovely condo and lanai - perfect size for a couple. Nicely remodeled main bath. Very thick foam pad on bed but 100% cotton sheets would be better and fitted sheet that fits tighter do it doesn’t bunch up under you at night would be better.

Beautiful location close to everything

The overall impression: very good! The best: position of the building complex close to all we needed (beach, hotels, shopping), beautiful grounds, large apartment and lanai! Everything we needed was provided in the apartment! Not so good: very dark after sunset, barely distinguished the name of the building. The master bathroom's vanity was dusty and dirty, and so were the kitchen and entrance floors (they were sticky when we walked on them). That was easy to remedy, we just wiped these surfaces. All in all, things went well, and we would return there in the future.

Clean and quiet

This is a very comfy place, akin to bougie hotel room except without room/turndown service. It’s quiet and the sunrise over Mauna Loa is amazing. Had all the Beach equipment we needed to enjoy ourselves without any hassle. Only reason for 4 stars is the fact that when I lost my email (still don’t know where it went) with the codes we called a number listed on another email for management, and we never heard back after leaving a message. I ended up realizing that I memorized all the codes so it was fine, but still kinda weird that no one got back to us. So if you’re staying over a wknd just know you’re kinda on your own. Other than that, place was great. One other thing that has nothing to do with the place itself is that the little village where the place is located is very touristy. Almost exclusively tourists. And all the shops and stuff reflect that. So if you want to see the island and experience the real Hawai’i ya gotta drive. But it is a good Homebase for that. Enjoy! Mahalo!

Our new favorite!

What a great condo!! It was clean, quiet, and well equipped, It has a wonderful porch to enjoy the amazing view of Mauna Kea and surrounding land. We did not use the pool etc.. as our friends live in next neighborhood down so we used their pool. We did check it all out and it looked impeccably maintained. We were hoping for a Waikalola open play Pickleball group but not to be found. Keep in mind we really liked this place and will stay here again in a heartbeat so the following are only ways we think will make it better. 1. Please change out the mirrored sliding closet doors- we see these a lot in Hawaii and it makes no sense for sleeping. The dining room mirror makes great sense as it enhances the beautiful view in its reflection. 2. When I was sitting on the couch with feet up there was a wooden bar I sunk into- I had to sit on a pillow to soften it and even then felt the hardness. 3. We ended up putting a pillow on corner of bed frame as my husband ran into it a couple times coming from the far side of the bed. Overall… Thank you for sharing such a private, quiet, well maintained, centrally located condo home!! We hope to be renting it again next winter durning Whale season. Aloha

Comfortable but Old

It was difficult to find this particular unit as I couldn’t get my email up First thing we noticed was the smoke detector hanging on the wall. Phoned maintenance Wednesday, today is Saturday & still it hangs. Also notified office about the light switch in the laundry room. Wouldn’t stay on (kind of shorting out). Found a lot of the switches needed looking at. Then there was the bed. Great if you like soft beds….not a fan of them. Three one-inch foam mattresses on top of the old mattress! Sunk down a lot. Pillows are very hard so switched out for the nice ones for the hide-a-bed. Carpet needs a good clean, or better yet, replacement. Lastly there needs to be some kind of water filter system, maybe even a Brita. The water tasted “off”. Oh, and seriously, what’s with all the signs? On the bright side all the beach equipment was great to have. We enjoyed our stay overall just some things need to be fixed or upgraded

Great sunrise

Fantastic sunrise and singing birds in the Am. Very quite and we’ll equipped. Beach chairs and boogie boards were a plus! Hope to stay here again in the future.
