Comedor con capacidad para 10. Recolección de espacio con un televisor LED inteligente de pantalla plana de 65 ". Medio baño incluye granito y accesorios actualizados. Nueva lavadora y secadora Maytag. Espectaculares espacios al aire libre y vistas desde un porche cubierto completamente renovado y una terraza trasera. Múltiples mecedoras y tumbonas, además de un gran espacio para comer al aire libre. Principal del piso principal con cama king size, TV de pantalla plana montada en la pared con soporte giratorio, vestidor. El baño principal actualizado incluye tocador con lavabo doble, encimera de granito y ducha a ras de suelo con azulejos nuevos. This is a home for lasting beach memories. Our family (9 of us) spent a languishing week at Holden Beach living in comfort and convenience here. The entire process was seamless, the accommodations were spectacular, and the entire experience was flawless. Couldn’t believe how well stocked the kitchen was. Beds were super comfy and the bathrooms were updated. The outdoor seating was perfect for morning coffee or afternoon/evening lounging. The hosts were immediately responsive with questions throughout the entire process. We will definitely be back.

Great Beach House and Experience

Overall we had a tremendous experience and stay at this amazing beach house. The house is very clean and has been recently updated. The beds are firm and comfortable. I recommend this place highly and would book it again in a heartbeat.

Great House!

We loved staying here on our vacation! The house is lovely and the kitchen is well stocked. We loved being right on the beach and sitting on the back porch taking in the view. We would love to stay here again!

Great Beach House!

We had an excellent stay at the Beach House. Property was very clean and well laid out. The covered back porch was spectacular. Kitchen was well stocked. Great views and was nice to be close to the causeway bridge to get on and off the island with ease. Also thought this home was a great value compared to others we looked at. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect beachfront home!

This was our second time in the home and everything was perfect. Plenty of room for privacy and togetherness. Short walk to beach from our door. You don’t want to miss this beautiful vacation home.

Just right

This was a great spot to enjoy the beach with family for the week. The house is very comfortable and has great views of the ocean off the deck and from almost every room in the house. It's just a few steps from the beach and has all the amenities you'd hope for in a location like this. Owners were very friendly and communicative. We would definitely like to stay here again!

Perfect location and amazing views

Can’t say enough good things about the property. Very clean and comfortable. The outdoor seating areas were everyone’s favorite perk with the ocean breeze and great views. Indoors were great too with great amenities. Rental and communication with property owner was also seamless. Will be back for sure!

Awesome oceanfront!

Clean, beautiful, everything you need, big kitchen, table, family room- open seating which is perfect for family vacation. We had senior citizens to 40 somethings to two 6 year olds and this house worked for all of us. Lovely porch for morning coffee…. Neighborhood quiet…wish we were back and hope to rebook!

Family Time!

So many great things about our stay here. For me, the kitchen was superior to any kitchen we have stayed in the past. I usually bring all my knives, my griddle and more but that was not needed here. And the cutlery was more than enough, clean and well organized. Of course the view was spectacular being ON the beach. The house was incredibly clean - YAY and beds all very comfortable. Just can't say enough of the generosity of the owners that provided a relaxing and fun vacation! We are so grateful.

Retirement Celebration

I rented The Beachhouse for my retirement celebration with my best high school girlfriends. This house was everything! The location was perfect, the views were amazing and the house was stocked with anything you could want in a vacation home. This was our first trip to Holden Beach and not our last. I will definitely go back!!! Thank you Betsy and Brian for sharing your piece of paradise.

Retirement kickoff

It has been perfect. The house more than met the expectations and needs. My daughter with mobility issues was assigned the ground primary bedroom. This allowed her to rest as needed without having to navigate the steps. The design of the back deck with the step down section that allows full view of the ocean without to look through rails is brilliant!!!! The deck rocking chairs got a full workout. This has been the perfect vacation and send off to my second act in life.

House with a perfect view

We’ve been coming to Holden for many years and usually stay at our parents house across the street but were unable to stay there this year, so we rented this house, right across the street! It was such a different experience being right on the beach. Unobstructed views and quick and easy access allowed for beach walking and shell and shark tooth collecting whenever we wanted. The house has been remodeled since we last saw the inside of it many, many years ago and it is beautiful. It was just the right size for our family of 4 + grandma. There was even 1 room leftover and untouched! My son loved being able to play new to him video games, so that was probably the highlight for him. My daughter loved riding her bike underneath the house, we just parked our car at the end of the driveway. The road the house is on has become quite busy over the years, but we are used to it and some cars are more polite than others when you need to cross it. You do need to keep an eye on young children downstairs though. We missed a pool and hot tub, but we were still able to access my parents hot tub and pool across the street, so it was the perfect setup. Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your home! We hope to be able to do it again in the future!

Amazing Oceanfront Property

I can not say enough good things about this gorgeous property, the owners and our stay! It started out we were not sure when to head down to Holden Beach from MD because of Hurricane Ian. I was able to discuss options with Betsy the owner of the property for several days before our stay, while she herself was vacationing in the mediterranean for her anniversary. She was so helpful and stayed in close contact with me leading up to our trip about the house and the storm that could have impacted our stay. She offered to let us switch our week with the following week because the house would be vacant at that time. We ended up coming down a day late per Betsy’s request due to the shift in the storm and still accommodated us for a full week stay. When we got to the property it was everything we expected and more. The pictures just don’t do the property and the views justice, it was so gorgeous. We could see the ocean from every room in the house and could hear the waves from our bedroom. We could see the sun raise off the back deck to the left over the beach every morning and watch the sun set to the right off the back deck every night. Killer sunrise's and sunsets! And just steps (nice flat walkway) to the beach. I loved that the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. The furniture and decor through the house was so tasteful and beautiful. The deck furniture was great as well. Quality deck furniture, which had us living on the deck all week while enjoying the view of the beach. I have 2 small children and it was nice being able to see them from the deck and inside the house while they played on the beach (supervised😁). We had such a great time and we will definitely be staying again. Thank you Betsy and Brian for sharing your beautiful property with us. We hated to leave.

Home away from home

First family beach vacation!

We had a great time at the beach house! It was our first vacation as a family since having kids (ages 2.5 and 1) - we felt safe in the house and even found outlet covers in a drawer to keep little hands safe. Can’t beat the location right on the beach and the giant deck, we spent a lot of time napping and reading there. The house is right next to public beach access, but honestly the beach still felt private to us. Would definitely stay again!

Great house

We have been vacationing at Holden Beach for almost 30 years, and this is our new favorite house!! Fantastic views, great porch, lots of seating, and comfortable. We were traveling with a 5 and 6 year old and they loved it too. Can’t wait to return.
